Familienfreundliche Hotels in Haikou

Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut, insbesondere die beiden Servicemitarbeiter Xiao Tang und Xiao Deng sind sehr nett, geduldig und sorgfältig. Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier und ich werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass es am Silvestermorgen in Haikou so schwierig sein würde, ein Taxi zu nehmen, und hätte fast meinen Heimflug verpasst. Am Ende konnte ich dank der Hilfe der schönen Frau an der Rezeption pünktlich zum Neujahr nach Hause gehen. Vielen Dank!

Die Zimmerdekoration ist relativ neu, das humanisierte Design ist gut und das Buffet ist reichhaltig und zufriedenstellend. Als ich im Hotel ankam, bekam ich eine Tasse frisch gebrühten Kaffee. Die Kellner sind nett und enthusiastisch. Ich bestellte das hainanesische Hühnchen-Reis-Mittagessen im Hotelrestaurant, aber es gab kein Abendessen, also bestellte ich etwas zum Mitnehmen, das von einem Roboter geliefert wurde. Das Hotel ist klein, liegt zur Straße und ist praktisch für Reisen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Im Grunde kann man sagen, direkt gegenüber der Station von Haikou East, aus dem Stand von Haikou East, kann man in zehn Minuten zu Fuß ein Hotel erreichen. Hey, obwohl die Öffnungszeit des Hotels in den letzten Jahren auch geschrieben wurde, sollte es auch lange geöffnet werden, Von dem ursprünglichen Hotel zum Mittelmeer wechseln. Die Anlagen sind noch ein bisschen zerstört, aber für diesen Preis kann ich sie akzeptieren.

We were passing through Haikou and needed a good value place to stay. Room was recently refurbished. Staff helpful and friendly. Booked the family room with kids theme and separate kids bed. Very pleasant stay. It also has a ball pit and play area for kids. Perfect for my 6 year old boy.

Atour light is a great hotel even though its not as big as other hotels. I like to praise the staff'for their positive, helpful attitude. I am satisfied with their service, especially a young man by the name of Yan Yee who goes beyond his duty to help with translation of english. Assist in booking our cab and assist especially with the mandarin address which we were clueless. Kudos to all the front line staff and ground staff who were very helpful even when they were busy. A young cheerful lady staff (did not get her name) was also very helpful too in helping us on our final day of checkout when we have difficulty with the didi booking App. We very much appreciated their fantastic service, the past few days of our stay here. Keep up the good job. Your management should be very proud to have such a great team. Our 4-nights stay here was made pleasant. 【服務】 酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，前台服務員小芙很熱情，服務很周到。還給我們免費升級了大床，早上退房還送了兩瓶免費礦泉水。 【衞生】 酒店服務非常貼心用心，房間佈置温馨，睡覺很舒服，衞生間一次性用品都是消毒後獨立包裝，訂的是大床房房，床很大，休息很安靜。總之，衞生無可挑剔真得很乾凈，我連攜帶的一次性床被都沒用上，服務隨叫隨到！退房還可以寄存行李，贊！ 【環境】 環境分給到5分！裝修非常有品味，房間的朝向很好，陽光充斥，中午的時候還可以曬曬太陽，感覺很治癒。夜景也無敵！ 在這家酒店，感受到了優質服務與舒適環境的完美結合，真心推薦給來海口的朋友們。 【設施】 酒店的住宿體驗讓我印象深刻，服務周到。房間內部設施很棒，網速很快，總之，這次入住體驗讓我感受到了家的温馨，酒店的各項設施和服務都很棒。
