Our stay in this hotel has been first class. it was very convenient to find from our other stay in a different hotel, when arriving the check in was super easy and efficient with an equally warm welcome! When entering our room we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and spacious the room is. The room layout is very well thought out. Everything within the room feels luxurious, the bed and pillows especially, my sleep has been restful and undisturbed which I value greatly. The shower and toilet facilities in the room are lovely and everything is provided for you, shampoo and body wash are available to use as well as tooth brushes and tooth paste! More highlights of our stay are the TV the view from our windows and the staff. We have really enjoyed the comfort of the large TV so we can relax on an evening eating the local cuisine while enjoying our favourite shows. I must say that the staff here are the kindest. They offered me a freshly brewed coffee one morning in the lobby and are always smiling and ready to help at a moments notice, helping us to store our scooter away from the rain. Local spots are only a short distance away, supermarket , restaurants, pharmacy etc. We have enjoyed our stay here so much, that we cancelled our other bookings just to stay here longer! I give the highest of recommendations to anyone wishing to stay here.

We visited the homestay and it felt really homely. However, there are some shortcomings which i personally don’t feel very pleasant about. We reached there earlier than the supposedly check-in time as the flight was a redeye flight, we were told to wait. During waiting, we were told to fill up the visitor form but some of our phones can’t do the submission due to unreceived OTP. Also, this is a residential apartment so Taobao items are not kept at front desk. It’s delivered to nearby pickup point which can be across the street or at the edge of the area. Before entering the residential building, security guard will request for your details, once again. And every time you enter you have to get access from security. This is something that is very tedious, especially when the security swapped shift. The house, although homely, was very humid and stale. There was supposedly an aircon in the living room but was removed. Visiting in summer was a torment. Unit is electrical saving in the sense that you have to activate the button behind the main door everytime you open and close the door. If you dont, it will deactivate the electrical supply. With that said, you have to return to a extremely hot and humid unit every single day. Kitchen was dirty, unkept. Toilets have foul smell of drainage, sewer flies were observed as well. Common toilet right beside the main door appeared to be translucent, which got the user getting paranoid over the silhouette when showering, especially in the night. Housekeeping wasnt done for our 3 nights stay. We came back to untidy room and was told that cleaner had knocked off despite uncompleted jobs. When asked for essentials like toilet rolls and mineral water, it was the cleaner aunty who delivered, while taking her time and nagging at our request for delivery. We paid for extension because our return flight was late, but cleaner aunty came in even before our agreed time. Just so that she can knock off on time after cleaning the unit.

Location: right on the promenade by the beach with restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Service: the staff were very friendly and patient with the language barrier. Amenities: I liked the balcony with a dining table. The room was very spacious with nice decor. I appreciated how they gave me washing up liquid and laundry detergent. Other places I stayed at in Hainan didn't and I had to buy my own. I liked the amount of storage space. However, I don't like disposable towels. It's very uncomfortable. Some of the cooking equipment they provided was very old and worn out. It should be updated. There also wasn't any hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks, making it difficult to wash my hands or dirty dishes properly Cleanliness: severely lacking. The cleaning staff don't do a thorough job. The bathroom floor was wet when I checked in and the bathroom stank of urine. The shelves in the fridge were also really dirty. It also looked like the cleaner forgot to clean the toilet. And for some reason they filled the holes in the shower wall with toilet paper. Overral: Because they don't provided hot water for dish and hand washing and don't clean their rooms properly before check-in, I cannot recommend others to stay here cause it's a health violation. Next time I go to Haikou I will find a cleaner place to stay with hot water throughout the property. It's a shame because it's a really nice property in a great location. Great but wasted potential.

Standard-Pflegeprodukte inklusive Pappbechern sind vorhanden. Im Waschraum stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Verfügung. Bad und WC sind separat, inklusive Badewanne, Handtüchern und einer Badematte. Der Bereich ist klein, aber ausreichend. Es gibt einen separaten Nassbereich für Bad und WC. Eine Regendusche ist nicht vorhanden. Große Hausschuhe und ausreichend Kleiderbügel und Haken sind vorhanden. Die Steckdosen sind etwas ungünstig platziert. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber dem Volkspark und ist gut gelegen. Busse fahren in alle Richtungen, einschließlich Bahnhof und Flughafen. Zahlreiche Imbissstände, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Einkaufszentren befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist sehr beliebt. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber gut.

Ich war sehr komfortabel während meines drei Wochen Aufenthalts. Die Aussicht ist vom 17. Stock entfernt. Die Lage ist sehr bequem. Es ist über die Straße von Chengxi Bahnhof. Es gibt einen großen Einkaufszentrum auf den unteren Ebenen. Das Bett war bequem. Die Dusche funktionierte gut. Die Klimaanlage sparte mich von der Wärme. Der große Projektor war lustig, einige Filme zu sehen. Der Gastgeber kommunizierte schnell und war immer zur Verfügung, um mit allem zu helfen. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Gesundheit: Gut Position. Nein, das Frühstück. Die Umgebung ist weit entfernt. Rund zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom internationalen Steuerfreihändler, zwei rote grüne Lichter. Das Zimmer kann das Meer sehen. Es gibt einen Balkon.

Alles gefällt. Sie lieferten sehr frühen Eintritt und späten Abreise. Neuansiedlung und Ausweisung entfernt. Alle Fragen wurden schnell gelöst. Das einzige, ein wenig schwer zu verstehen, wo der Eintritt zum Gebäude war.
