My Music Hotel Baku

I lived in this hotel from 27 April to 1 may. Meanwhile formula 1 2023. First. On the day of our departure, I requested an early transfer. The administrator did not knew English or Russian, and the waiter helped us communicate. The administrator confirmed to me that he would call the transfer and he would come 1 hour before the scheduled time. The administrator did not call, so the driver came late. the driver took us to the airport when the registration was already 20 minutes late. it was their fault that we were late for the flight Second. Your administrator, who didn't know English or Russian and we talked with the help of the waiter, tried to lie to me that the transfer was not paid and I had to pay in cash. But I found the proof of payment and I didn't pay him anything. Third. I found the room unclean, there was dust everywhere and there is photo showing it. The spoon shows the amount of dust and how clean the bathroom was. Multi-use slippers are likely to spread foot fungus well. Fourth. I have not had room service for 4 days!!! They did not change the towels! Fifth. The safe door did not work. The room was saturated with the smell of hookah. The window was blocked and I could not change the air. It was horrible for me because I can't stand the smell of hookah. Seventh. Due to their carelessness, the bathroom lock was jammed and after half an hour of shouting and banging, the neighbor heard my voice and called the administration. Eighth. You had terrible internet quality. i have tried to contact with them and they do not wanted to take responsibility.

Караоке отель, с очень красивым дизайном , номера большие , есть номера с балконом , бар работает 24 часа , еда очень вкусная , обслуживание в номерах тоже 24 часа работает. высокоскоростной интернет . завтраки вкусные , приносят в номер . Работники отеля оперативно решали все пожелания., спасибо всему персоналу за заботу и встречу . Обязательно приеду ещё раз.

Прекрасное место, чисто, аккуратное место, советую побывать. Можно неплохо перекусить, еду подают в различных дизайнах, очень понравилось. Главное без опозданий, все вовремя приносили. Мне понравились прекрасные халаты с копишенами.
