Silvester Aufenthalt 5 Nächte: Pro: Seaview Room im 26.Stock, perfekter Blick auf Stadt u Kaspisches Meer inkl 10 Minuten schönes Silvesterabend-Feuerwerk. Tagsüber und nachts fantastischer Blick auf die Glitzerstadt Zimmer: Angenehme Größe, Badezimmer mit Dusche und separater Badewanne von der man auf die Stadt blicken kann. Kingsize Bett mit durchgehender Matratze und leichtem Bettzeug sehr komfortabel, genug Schrankfläche und Stauraum vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln vorhanden. Minibar auf dem Zimmer war abgeschlossen und muss extra mit Deposit-Hinterlegung geöffnet werden. Sehr hilfsbereiter Fairmont Mitarbeiter namens Taghi mit höflicher Umgangsform und guten Englischkenntnissen Cons: Club Lounge für Gold Zimmer mit schlechtem Service. 40 Minuten warten bis man Getränke bekommt. Buffet mit Canapés gibts wohl nur , wenn das Hotel besser ausgelastet ist. Man bekommt eine kleine Menü Karte und kann sich drei Gänge zusammen stellen. Uns hat das Essen nicht überzeugt und wir sind lieber in ein lokales Restaurant in Baku gegangen. Wein und Bier in der Club Lounge nur lokale Getränke (z.B. Bier, Wein) aus Aserbaidschan inklusive. Blick und Einrichtung der Lounge (Bar19) war gut. Club Lounge Zugang würden wir in diesem Hotel nicht wieder buchen, da nicht überzeugend. Das machen andere Hotelketten deutlich besser. Wellnessbereich: Zu wenige Liegen vorhanden. Temperatur des Indoor-Pools wurde mit 28 Grad angezeigt, war gefühlt aber kälter. Vielleicht im Sommer besser, wenn Aussenbereich geöffnet ist. Badezimmer: Unangenehmer Geruch aus Toilette konnte trotz Beschwerde an der Rezeption nicht behoben werden. Reinigung nicht ausreichend. Nachdem wir Kuchen gegessen hatten, lagen die Krümel nächsten Tag immer noch auf dem kleinen Tisch. Einen Tag wurde vergessen unser Zimmer zu reinigen. Rezeption dauernd besetzt, so dass ich extra in die Lobby musste, um dort darüber zu informieren. Wurde dann umgehend durchgeführt. Wasserdruck in der Dusche zu gering. Badewanne Thermostat defekt. Es gab in Badewanne nur kaltes oder heisses Wasser. Mussten wir selber mischen. Frühstück: Buffet mussten wir extra zahlen, da nicht in Lounge möglich. Frühstücksraum sehr laut und wuselig. Englischkenntnisse beim Personal im Frühstücksraum nur teilweise vorhanden. Angebot und Auswahl in Ordnung. Käse-Auswahl von nur durchschnittlicher Qualität. Zimmerservice: Dinner Lieferung hat geklappt. Qualität der Hotelküche leider nur mittelmäßig und kein 5-Sterne Standard. Insgesamt: Tolle Architektur und Blick, aber Accor müsste mal ein paar unangekündigte Qualitätsaudits durchführen um einen durchgängigen 5-Sterne Standard gewährleisten zu können. Dies ist aktuell leider nicht der Fall.

Ich bin ein Marriott Gold-Mitglied, der mit Freunden reiste, wir haben uns für einen Aufenthalt in Sheraton entschieden. Die Erfahrung und Gastfreundschaft war absolut angenehm. Wir waren angenehmen (mit einem großen Lächeln) von Herrn Orkhan im Lobby begrüßt und er war sehr froh, unsere Anfragen zu berücksichtigen und gab Zimmer Upgrade und auch verbundenes Zimmer. Das Zimmer hatte einen großen Blick und geräumig. Orkhan machte unsere Erfahrung sehr erfreulich. Er gab uns Vorschläge zu Orten zu sehen und Restaurants zu gehen. Marriott Sie haben ein hervorragendes Mitarbeiter in Ihrem Hotel, Ihre Kunden werden gut betreut. Ich werde das Hotel und Aufenthalt an Familie und Freunde empfehlen.

Quite disappointed. Firstly, do not book the breakfast. There is no choice at all, it’s porridge or omelette every day - you can’t even get your eggs done another way. The woman who serves it just stands blankly in front of you without saying a word, doesn’t explain the options, when pressed just replies “omelette” over and over. This is served with a croissant, a few olives, and a bit of bread on the side etc. The croissants are soggy and inedibly chewy at the bottom, clearly from frozen, literally couldn’t eat them. Bread is rock solid. We initially thought the price was decent when first booking breakfast (and hadn’t had it yet) but the street is full of cute places offering actual nice breakfasts for half the price, so it’s very high for the area. There’s also no air con in the restaurant and the sun hits it directly so it’s very warm. Besides the sad breakfast, the experience was mixed/poor. Besides the strange interpretation of customer service in the restaurant, staff are generally pleasant and ready to help with luggage. The bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and has a spacious shower, and the hotel’s location in the old town is ideal. 15 minutes from fountain square, maybe 10 to the promenade. Now for the flipside: only one flat pillow each, looking very lost on the large double bed. Duvet is the wrong size for the bed, it doesn’t even each the sides of the mattress, let alone hang over, so you’ll be duvet fighting all night. Room has a lot of floor space but they clearly didn’t know what to do with it, it all just feels a bit lost and uninspiring, certainly doesn’t feel like a boutique hotel at all. For some inexplicable reason they are reluctant to replenish the toilet paper until you literally go down to reception to ask for some each time; the cleaner is happy to replace shampoo but seemingly not toilet paper, and they only provide one roll at a time, so you’re always caught short at some point - just bizarre. Window for the room without a balcony is not to the outside but to the corridor which lacks privacy, not sure if we missed this in the room description but what couldn’t be expected is that the corridor remains fully illuminated all night and the curtains don’t block the light. You obviously also can’t really air the room because of the window situation.

I’ve just spent a fabulous 4 days in Baku, Azerbaijan which was made all the more special with my stay at the Four Seasons. I’d booked 3 nights with the 3rd night complimentary as they had an offer on. Upon my arrival I was treated to a smooth check in, then shown straight to my room which was fantastic. I’d booked a deluxe old city view which didn’t disappoint. Beautifully furnished, a fabulous marble bathroom with a separate dressing area and a great view of the old city from the balcony. I was on the 8th floor. Throughout my stay I was made to feel most welcome by all the staff & on my birthday I was treated to several complimentary cakes which tasted great but were not great for my waste line. I treated myself to dinner at Zafferano, which is where I’d been eating breakfast. Having stayed at serval Four Season properties I was a little disappointed with their breakfast, on the first morning I had Eggs Benedict which was just OK, the eggs were small and very watery. The following morning I asked for an omelette, this again was just average at best. However, dinner was a completely different affair. As a birthday treat to myself I had their pumpkin soup to start which was delicious, then their seafood risotto! Cooked perfectly and very tasty. Then I went for their Irish beef Sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. I didn’t need a dessert as I’d had an ever growing cake collection in my room. I spent my days walking round Baku, exploring the old city, visiting museums and clocking up well over 30 miles. I spent my early evening relaxing by their pool which was a little haven of peace on their 7th floor. As my return flight times weren’t great, I was treated to a complimentary late check out, which I was very thankful of. Before I checked out I ordered their Club sandwich from their room in room dining menu via their app. Ordering was easy but yet again the food was only average at best! Having stayed in some fabulous properties all around the world I consider myself a bit of a Club sandwich connoisseur, and sadly this didn’t really make the grade. My overall experience was very positive, and with just a few tweaks this place would be a 10/10! I’d definitely recommend it, I’d definitely recommend Baku and I’d definitely go back. Beautiful city, fantastic property, great service with a super location within the city. You couldn’t really ask for more.

Schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Baku. Der Eincheck war wirklich schnell. Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles was erforderlich wurde sofort bereitgestellt. Das Restaurant (Natavan Restaurant) im vierten Stock hatte einen schönen Blick auf die ganze Stadt. Das Essen war gut. Ich hoffe jedoch, dass sie das Frühstück etwas verbessern können. Das Frühstück serviert war meist die traditionellen Gerichte. Insgesamt war es gut, Allerdings müssen sie einige heißere Frühstücksartikel halten. Der beste Teil des Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel war die Lage. Alles war eine 5 - 10 min zu Fuß zu den meisten touristischen Attraktionen - Shirvanshah Palace, Miniaturbuchmuseum, Doppeltüren, Nizami Street, Phalharmony Gardens etc ...

Ein schönes Villa-Hotel auf einem Hügel im TV-Tower-Bereich. Die Umgebung ist etwas seltsam, weil um viele unbauliche Wüsten. Innerhalb des Hotels die Umgebung entspricht dem Namen Botik. Volle Autonomie von außen. Bereich mit Pool, Pool, Restaurant und Banketthall. Eine geräumige klimatisierte Zimmer mit Parkett und Teppich, moderne Bleibetteinrichtungen großartige Betten / Matratzen. Eine separate Freude über die Panoramablick aller Suiten. Die Aussicht ist von der türkisischen Meere am Horizont und den Nachtlichten von Baku fasziniert. Es gibt seinen eigenen Hammer, Sauna und Massageraum. Interpretative, responsive Mitarbeiter auf den Rezepten was Sie nicht sagen sollten über die Jungs, die Frühstück servieren und die Frauen, die Zimmer sauber. Hier spüren Sie die Spannung, dachte ich, wegen der Sprachbarriere. Nicht jeder kennt Russisch, vor allem Englisch. Frühstück, übrigens, bedient auf Ihrem Auftrag. Und alles wäre gut, aber die Bestellung bringt eine Zeit, was bedeutet, dass während Sie Käse und Omelet essen, Ihr Kaffee ist schon cool. Прекрасный управляющий по имени Эдвин, встретил нас максимально добродушно, рассказал про самые вкусные рестораны, какие достопримечательности посетить и где обменять деньги. Очень грустно уезжать, такого гостеприимства мы не встречали ещё нигде! На ресепшен работает очень милый парень по имени Ибрагим, он встретит вас так же добродушно. Владелец отеля уделил нам тоже особое внимание, угощал вином и рассказывал много интересного, каждый вечер мы проводили время в общей компании и это было очень очень здорово! В общем, друзья, если вы в поиске отеля - однозначно выбирайте это место! Рекомендуем выбирать номера на втором этаже, в отеле имеется красивый балкон , в номерах чисто и проходит регулярная уборка. Ребята , вы просто лучшие 🔥

Wir gingen als Familie dorthin, hatten zwei Zimmer genommen. Das Hotel gab uns gute Zimmer im 2. Stock mit teilweiser Aussicht auf die Flame Towers. Die Zimmer sind gut dekoriert und sind groß und geräumig, und nur das perfekte für eine Familie. Das Restaurant befindet sich im 3. Stock und die Terrasse hat nur einen perfekten Blick auf die Flame Towers und die Umgebung. Es ist sehr klein und sehr gemütlich, nicht genau das komfortableste. Das Frühstück war nicht so groß, sie hatten nicht einmal einen Toaster, das funktionierte und als wir die Mitarbeiter gebeten, das Brot für uns zu heißen, wir haben ein bisschen Widerstand gefährdet, Sie müssen ständig nur um alles bitten und es kommt, wenn Ihr Frühstück ist fast vorbei. Service ist super langsam, nicht viel erwarten. Ehrlich gesagt, würde ich gern nicht das Frühstück dort überhaupt haben. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. im Herzen der alten Stadt, in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station, viele Restaurants um. Trotz der schlechten Erfahrungen mit Lebensmitteln und Service empfehle ich dieses Hotel noch für seine Lage, Komfort und Sauberkeit. Das Volk Aserbaidschans, wohin wir hingingen, war uns sehr nett, so dass ich nicht zulassen werde, dass ein Hotel meinen Eindruck über das Land vernichtet,

Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt und ist verkehrsgünstig zu allen Orten, es soll bald eröffnet werden, die Hardwareausstattung ist super (was die Altstadt betrifft) und die Toiletten sind in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Hotel, und die Altstadthotels scheinen so zu sein.Die Straßen in der Altstadt sind nicht zum Kofferschleppen geeignet und Taxis können den Hoteleingang nicht direkt erreichen, also in der Altstadt wohnen ist für Touristen geeignet, die nicht viel Gepäck haben. Was mich jedoch während der gesamten Reise unglücklich machte, war der Service des Hotels. Ich buchte drei aufeinanderfolgende Nächte über Ctrip. Ich war nicht sicher, dass ich das Hotel über Facebook kontaktiert habe, um die Reservierung zu bestätigen. Das Hotel hat auf die Reservierung geantwortet und sie erhalten , aber wenn ich im Hotel mehr als 11 Uhr am ersten Tag ankam., sagte , das Hotel , dass es kein Platz für die erste Nacht war, und schickte mich zum Hotel nebenan. die nächste Tür nur ein kleines Bett und Frühstück. das Zimmer waren kleiner als 10 Quadratmeter und hatte ein Doppelbett. die 29-Zoll - Box hat ich nicht vollständig geöffnet gebracht werden kann. ich mit Da Vinci gebucht die Zimmer völlig unerreicht sind, und das Hotel Ansatz ist völlig unverständlich! Ursprünglich sagte ich, dass ich am nächsten Tag nach 12 Uhr wieder umziehen könnte. Ich ging um 12:30 Uhr zur Hotelrezeption, um dies zu bestätigen und stimmte dem Umzug zu, aber nachdem ich eingezogen war, sagte ich dem Zimmer, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde habe mich gebeten , für eine halbe Stunde zu warten und ich im Hotel saß. die Rezeption ist für mehr als 2 Stunden gewartet ... , bevor sie schließlich den Raum betreten, lassen Sie die Rezeption des Hotels überhaupt in der Koordinierungszeit nicht geholfen hat, nur mich warte, was sehr unglücklich war! Die unangenehmste Erfahrung im gesamten Prozess! Besonders schlecht war der Service an der Rezeption des Hotels, auch um Hilfe danach zu bitten, ein Taxi zu bekommen, auch wenn die Entfernung kurz war. Das Bild wurde an das Gästehaus nebenan geschickt, da Vinci ist das gleiche wie das Bild auf der Website, und es gibt kein anderes Bild, wenn er schlecht gelaunt ist.

Нам оплатили местные через Букинг со своей карты и на ресепшн ни как не могли найти оплату. Работникам ресепшн за работу оценка два. Ноль информации и внимания. Before I checked out I ordered their Club sandwich from their room in room dining menu via their app. Ordering was easy but yet again the food was only average at best! Having stayed in some fabulous properties all around the world I consider myself a bit of a Club sandwich connoisseur, and sadly this didn’t really make the grade. My overall experience was very positive, and with just a few tweaks this place would be a 10/10! I’d definitely recommend it, I’d definitely recommend Baku and I’d definitely go back. Beautiful city, fantastic property, great service with a super location within the city. You couldn’t really ask for more.

Quite disappointed. Firstly, do not book the breakfast. There is no choice at all, it’s porridge or omelette every day - you can’t even get your eggs done another way. The woman who serves it just stands blankly in front of you without saying a word, doesn’t explain the options, when pressed just replies “omelette” over and over. This is served with a croissant, a few olives, and a bit of bread on the side etc. The croissants are soggy and inedibly chewy at the bottom, clearly from frozen, literally couldn’t eat them. Bread is rock solid. We initially thought the price was decent when first booking breakfast (and hadn’t had it yet) but the street is full of cute places offering actual nice breakfasts for half the price, so it’s very high for the area. There’s also no air con in the restaurant and the sun hits it directly so it’s very warm. Besides the sad breakfast, the experience was mixed/poor. Besides the strange interpretation of customer service in the restaurant, staff are generally pleasant and ready to help with luggage. The bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and has a spacious shower, and the hotel’s location in the old town is ideal. 15 minutes from fountain square, maybe 10 to the promenade. Now for the flipside: only one flat pillow each, looking very lost on the large double bed. Duvet is the wrong size for the bed, it doesn’t even each the sides of the mattress, let alone hang over, so you’ll be duvet fighting all night. Room has a lot of floor space but they clearly didn’t know what to do with it, it all just feels a bit lost and uninspiring, certainly doesn’t feel like a boutique hotel at all. For some inexplicable reason they are reluctant to replenish the toilet paper until you literally go down to reception to ask for some each time; the cleaner is happy to replace shampoo but seemingly not toilet paper, and they only provide one roll at a time, so you’re always caught short at some point - just bizarre. Window for the room without a balcony is not to the outside but to the corridor which lacks privacy, not sure if we missed this in the room description but what couldn’t be expected is that the corridor remains fully illuminated all night and the curtains don’t block the light. You obviously also can’t really air the room because of the window situation.
