I reserved two rooms on points and arrived from AKL at 630am with my family of 4. I knew we were very early and had expected we wouldn’t be able to check in. We were greeted by Front desk manager Anna (sp?). She initially told us we could store our luggage and use the gym to change our clothes. After a few minutes m, she came back and said she was able to get two rooms for us to check into immediately. It was greatly appreciated. After that, check in was quick. My Diamond status was recognized and was offered free continental breakfast. We were given rooms 109 and 111 which are connecting. The rooms were well appointed and very stylish. Everything was modern from climate control to all the outlets available (including wireless charging areas on nightstands). Don’t worry if you don’t have an adapter here! The mattress is very comfortable, but I didn’t like the pillows. They made my neck hurt. Bath products are Crabtree and Evelyn and the water pressure is great. We did use room service one night and it was delivered within 30 minutes. The crispy Korean chicken was quite good. Breakfast in the restaurant is also good. $20 for continental and $30 for full. Standard options available. All the staff in the morning were friendly and welcoming. The location is about 25-30 mins from AKL, and south of CBD. It’s a good spot to base out of if you are exploring area south of Auckland. There are McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Sushi, and convenience store all across the street (5-10 min walk). This is not a place to stay if you are looking to explore CBD or are looking for a lot retail and food within walking distance. But for us, it was just fine. The entire property is new and there is a great modern style to it. All the staff were courteous and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Sehr gemütliches Volkssuiten, an dem Abend kam, am nächsten Tag öffnete ich die Fenster und sah das Garten eine Überraschung. Die kleinen Würmer sahen, dass die Leute zuvor kommen und ihr Kopf schütteln konnten. Frühstück im Kühlschrank, Eier sind ihre landwirtschaftlichen Waren, und vor dem Aufenthalt senden Sie ein elektronisches Handbuch, in dem alle nützlichen Nachrichten vorhanden sind. I am blown away by the amazing service, the cleanliness, the spacious room and design of this place. The staff have to be praised for being so accommodating and helpful. Genuine kindness from them provides such a good atmosphere and you don't feel like ”just another guest”. While it's hard to praise all staff, one in particular stood out. Grace from room service was so humble and kind and I hope that management sees this review and passes on the positive feedback. Thank you Grace :) I highly recommend this place for short or long term stays. They live up to the Accor standards and it's refreshing to see service like this at it's best! Familienzimmer mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, umgeben von Einkaufszentren und Supermärkten, ist sehr praktisch. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle und einen Bahnhof vor der Tür, und der Verkehr ist günstig. Etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt.

Es gibt kein Frühstück und das Parken ist tatsächlich kostenpflichtig. Der Kellner ist schwarz, was schlecht ist. Ich werde nicht die Initiative ergreifen, um Ihnen zu sagen, dass Sie ein Stück Papier zum Parken auf die Windschutzscheibe legen sollen. Wenn Sie es nicht sagen, werden Sie mit einer Geldstrafe von 65 US-Dollar belegt. Awesome stay, We stayed there 2 nights 2 adults and 2 children stayed there, The place was clean smelled nice. Awesome furnishings. There were other quest in the place but you would not know. The stay is a different set up where the place was like homestay in bulit up area other homes around. The streets and homes are clean tidy and quiet. We shared lovely kitchen and if you are upstairs we had out own little area to make coffee and tea and a lounge to relax. We planned activities in Auckland for our time there, and it was nice get back to a comfortable room and home. I would recommend the stay to others and would stay again Thankyou. Our children loved the place. I gave 3 for location it is in built up area and 3 for service, we saw no one during out time there had to ring for help. but the line was busy. Still ok place to stay.

Die Ausstattung und der Service des Hotels sind sehr gut, insbesondere die Rezeption während der wenigen Tage, die wir hier verbracht haben, sehr begeistert, der Druckservice des Hotels ist auch günstig, niedriger als in den meisten Hotels, es ist sehr gewissenhaft. Neben dem Hotel befinden sich zwei große Supermärkte, die vom Geschäftsviertel aus in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Der Raum ist rechteckig. Nur die Seite, an der die Tür geöffnet wird, hat ein Fenster und die anderen Seiten sind nicht atmungsaktiv.
