Overall good value for money, but the bedsheet are old and dirty and there is no sound proof at all

It was just after Cyclone Gabriella so the place were short staffed. Good customer service overall, although I had to wait for hours to get into the room. For $180/night, I do think it is not as good as to be expected. No shampoo or soap bar, no milk et, small room, etc. Overall, I think the place is very average.

地理位置很好，交通方便，距離queen street和碼頭都很近。晚上睡覺的時候很安靜。從International airport 過來可以搭乘NORTH線+NX1公交車，一個小時左右，有AThop card大約5🔪。 就是房間有一點小。 酒店有公共廚房，可以烤披薩吃，很多人一起做飯（圖2、3） 酒店門口的環境（圖1）

房間乾淨整潔，店員有會中文的，溝通方便，最主要的是可以做飯，廚具煤氣全包，自己在外面吃不習慣，買點食材回來就能做，整體體驗很棒，很滿意！

Nice facility with everything you need. Good kitchen and laundry room with a lounge for a fun game of pool.

Stay was fantastic, only drawback was our car was completely covered in bird poo after using the paid parking onsite

Fridge not cleaned..... last visitor's things in it. Door very difficult to lock. Lift took about 10 minutes Over $300 for a tiny, tiny room

Very disappointed in this accommodation, room is tiny. Didn't like being charged the deposit at check in. Would not stay here again.

I would never book here again. The rooms are small and smell musty. No Air Con in the rooms and they’re outdated and not very clean. We checked in and literally only stayed for 1 hour before deciding to check out and book elsewhere much nicer! You’re not allowed alcohol in your room, which is ridiculous or visitors either. The staff weren’t very friendly and the surrounding area wasn’t the nicest! I don’t recommend!
