Nice hotel, pretty comfortable if you just want a place to shower and sleep. Bed sheets smelled heavenly. Breakfast is not included, but with 5€, they provide it. I think it's a fair deal. Big and comfy balcony. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception and had to rang the bell. The receptionist then came and asked me "What do you want?" ® Wi-Fi connection and speed was ridiculous. 0,40 mbps download in the capital is a joke. The air conditioning was probably dusty. Every time I was switching it on, I was constantly sneezing.

This is an older hotel but affordable. The staff is welcoming and the room I was in was clean. They have soap, shampoo, toiletries, clean towels, etc... I stayed for 2 weeks and I didn't suffer being there. The small room is good for 1 or 2 people.
Likes:
1. Very kind and helpful staff. They were very nice for the whole 2 weeks.
2. Close to the ferry, parks, and local businesses
3. Has air conditioned rooms.
4. I would use their hotel again.
Where improvement is needed:
1. Breakfast needs to be simplified.
-- I like the bacon, eggs, and sliced bread.
-- Remove all cake and deserts. It's just unhealthy and not good for breakfast.
-- Add some potatoes to the breakfast like hash browns to the steam table
2. Move the breakfast table away from the Air Conditioner because it makes the food cold fast. That will automatically make the breakfast better.

The location was perfect for the event I was attending. Most of the staff was very helpful.
It was very loud due to a main road nearby.

This is a 2 star hotel so you are getting what you pay for. It is clean and has all needed facilities, you have an empty mini fridge you can put your things in, a kettle, a TV and AC. There is housekeeping every morning. You also have breakfast every morning which I was not expecting for a 2* hotel, the options are plenty. The reception is 24/7 so you can reach them any time you need. My only complaint that is preventing me from giving a 5/5 is the smell. When I first entered the room, either the curtains are not washed or the previous patron was a heavy smoker but the curtains were really saturated with the strong smell of cigarettes. As a non smoker the smell was really noticeable. Thankfully the balcony has two doors that lock, one metal grill door with gaps to let air in and the glass door, so I had to leave the balcony glass door open all day through the duration of my stay to dissipate the smell a bit. Perhaps an option for non smoking rooms should be added.

A small, very nice hotel in one of the quietest areas of Athens. Cleanliness - perfect, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly and responsive staff. Ideal location for visiting the Greek National Opera.
