🚗 Verkehr: In Bezug auf den Verkehr, da Assuan nicht sehr groß ist, ist es sehr bequem, überall hinzufahren.Der Nil ist besonders schön, wenn das Wetter schön ist. 🧹Hygiene: Das Hotel wird hygienisch sehr aktiv gereinigt, es fühlt sich überall sehr hochwertig an und es gibt keinen Müll. Nirgendwo ist es schmutzig. 🍃Umgebung: Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass die Umgebung sehr angenehm ist. Die Kellner sind sehr engagiert. Sie tragen Smoking, wenn das Wetter sehr heiß ist. Die Serviceeinstellung ist sehr gut. Grundsätzlich kommen sie oft, um Sie zu begrüßen. Was brauchen Sie? 🔔 Service: alles einfach perfekt super

I really loved this hotel. The view from my room (5th floor) over Aswan, the cataract, Elephantine Island, Aga Khan monument, was breathtaking. As the hotel is on a hill, I cannot imagine any other hotel offering views like that. The rooms are very clean, though a bit dated, and large, with a balcony. Very generous outdoor grounds, nice swimming pool and a perfect breakfast buffet. Nice little shopping center with very good prices for souvenirs. All in all - a hotel I would like to return to.

I arrived from Luxor after staying at the Luxor Pyramisa Hotel and I have to say this place is sooooo much better!! Not just the location or the size of this place but the most important thing was that all members of staff are really friendly, welcoming and always smiling, greeting you when you walk past. A few members stood out very well to me, who are Carlos & Christine from guest relations, who are really friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed and my stay was pleasant. They also sent a complimentary drink to the pool when they saw i was taking a swim. I think these guys definitely deserve a reward!! Mostafa and Ahmed from the taxi/souvenir shop booked a few taxis with them and also an excursion to the Nubial village. Good prices and the taxi were always on time and waiting for me. Finally, I can't forget Faisal, the lifeguard/swimming pool guy. Very friendly, and as soon as he knew I couldn't swim that well, I decided to give me a couple of hours of lessons! a shame. I only went to the pool once on my last day at the hotel. But in general all staff are great but these guys are the ones who I spoke with on a daily basis while staying at the hotel. The hotel, in general, is kept in immaculate condition. The gardens are nice and green and perfect for an evening walk. It's on an island, so no one to haggle you outside and the crossing is free, runs 24hrs, every 20/30mins. Rooms are a bit old but you have to remember we are not in New York or London and in fact very south of the country where its remote and for the price its a good deal!! Views are good, and sunset and sunrise while crossing on the boat to mainland is a view for sure!! I had half board so that was breakfast and dinner on a buffet service. Good selection of hot and cold food at both times. Can't say anything bad. Drinks are extra and the fresh juices are great! Will definitely be staying here again for a longer time when I visit next time!!

Wir hatten direkt im Nubian Palace zu viert für 3 Nächte 2 große Doppelzimmer gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft gab es Probleme mit der Zimmerzuweisung, die wir aber mit dem Manager später lösen konnten. Es gibt sehr schöne große Zimmer, aber auch recht kleine Zimmer, in denen man Schwierigkeiten hat, das Gepäck abzustellen. Ein viel größeres tägliches Problem war die Wasserversorgung. Es gab während unseres Aufenthaltes selten Wasser im Bad dh Duschen oder Waschen war praktisch nicht möglich oder nur sehr eingeschränkt mit wenig kaltem Wasser oder Wasser aus der PET Flasche. Täglich gab es neue Erklärungen dafür und Versprechungen ...in 1h, am nächsten Morgen, Abend... etc so wurden wir jeden Tag vertröstet, aber auch nach 4 Tagen war keine Lösung in Sicht. Und morgens vor 12 Uhr war kein Verantwortlicher zu erreichen. Das hat uns ziemlich geärgert. Wlan gab es nur eingeschränkt auf der Terrasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich vor allem Mohammed hat uns jeden Tag zuvorkommend bedient.

What sets the Kato Waidi Nubian house apart from its wonderful location inside the Nubian village and by the Nile riverside is the owner/manager Mahmud and his wonderful staff. Mahmud was super helpful when it came to guiding us about the things to do in and around Aswan and he also helped organize our trip to Abu Simbel and our drop to Luxor, at a very reasonable price. He gave us valuable tips on what to buy and where as well. Coming back to the resort, it is pretty big and very nicely done up. There are two sections - the main one is adjacent to the river and the second part is just behind it with at least one corner room with a full view of the river. The main section has a large open air dining area with many tables right next to the river. All the staff are extremely helpful and cooperative and the food is delicious as well. We tried the local dishes and really enjoyed them. The resort has a number of friendly cats and a couple of friendly dogs (which get bullied by the cats) and it was good fun to interact with them. We love animals and enjoyed the cats rubbing themselves against us below the table while we were eating but if someone is afraid of animals then this may be something to think about. Although we stayed in the annexe and not the main part of the resort, we also found it nice. All the buildings are built in the Nubian style of architecture with brickwork arches with no keystones. The rooms were functional and although a bit small, were ok. They gave a sense of what living in the village would be like. Our bathroom was large and nice too with a bathtub, although having a shower curtain would have helped. Anyway, I am nitpicking here. We loved our stay at the Kato Waidi and would love to stay there again.

Ich habe 20 Schläge gespielt, der Duft der Servicepersonals ist nicht brauchbar, ganz kurz, Wenn Sie kurze Aufenthalte vom Flughafen hierher machen, wäre es besser, wenn Sie von der Stadt hierher wohnen, es ist keine gute Wahl, die Mitarbeiter des Ladens sind enthusiastisch und freundlich, der Chef hat eine kleine Abweichung von dem Verkehrsangebot zum Abu Siber und ich weiß, dass ich es wirklich weiß.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Nil. Der Preis ist günstig, die Zimmer sind komfortabel und der Besitzer und das Personal sind sehr gastfreundlich. Es ist eine gute Wahl, hier zu übernachten, wenn Sie nach Assuan kommen!

This hotel is a destination on itself for several reasons. 1- It has the best ”accessible” view of the Isis temple. Warning: the very best view is just a quick hike to the top of the boulder pile on the east flank of the hotel; but don't do it- I got in trouble with 2 soldiers for trying to take pics from there- in Egypt the temples are protected by soldiers that don't want people taking pics from high angles. 2- You are spending the night in an authentic Nubian village. We loved our rooms! 3- The food is authentic, and in our opinion, the best Egyptian food that we had in our trip. 4- You get there in a boat! Add to that the top customer service and the friendliness of the hosts. Among the things they did for us: 1- The manager organized our trip to Abu Simbel with a funny and empathetic driver that never ever asked us for a tip (he got one of course but the point is that he wasn't pushy, which adds to the experience). The price for transportation was fair. 2- The manager let us watch the World Cup games in the TV that they have for the staff room- no TV in our rooms. Interacting with the staff adds to the trip experience. 3- We got our breakfast packed so we could take it during our drive to Abu Simbel. We didn't ask for it. We were a group of 5. All of us loved this place and if we ever go back to Aswan, we know where to stay. We would have loved to make more use of other facilities, or at least spend some significant time by the bonfire. Das Hotel war wirklich schön, ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen mit schöner Architektur und Dekoration, beeindruckende Aussicht auf den Nilen aus den Zimmern, sehr saubere und komfortable gemeinsame Bereiche und Zimmer. Entspannende und private Lage. Einzigartige Erfahrung. Der Service war gut, aber wir haben einige Misskommunikationsprobleme mit dem Personal, das im Restaurant serviert. Für uns war es schwierig, mit ihnen in Englisch zu kommunizieren, und es kostete uns einige Probleme mit unserem Verzehr und Lebensmittelrechnung. Es gibt einen Raum für Verbesserungen für das Hotel in diesem Zusammenhang. Obwohl die Lage für uns wirklich schön für andere Gäste oder Touristen kann ein Problem erweisen, da es nicht einfach zugänglich ist. Das Hotel bietet zwar ein Shuttleboot zum Festland, wir mussten einige lange Wartezeiten am Festland durchgehen, um die Fahrt zu bekommen. Ohne ein Telefon, um gut zuvor für den Transport zu rufen, wird es wirklich anders, um das Hotel zu erreichen. Wir hatten Glück, dass unser Tourführer in Aswan, mit seinem lokalen Telefon und uns immer helfen konnten, das Hotel zu kontaktieren und das Boot für uns zu bekommen.
