"酒店就在尼羅河邊，很大一片全是他家，有點類似於比較有特色的民宿，是努比亞的風格，房間裏有很多特色的裝飾。 酒店位置比較郊外，周邊荒無人煙很偏僻，所以也很安靜。從開羅飛阿斯旺我們預約的酒店接機結果收了55刀，大概開車四十多分鐘，感覺被坑了，其實可以直接出機場叫車，沒有網上説的那麼亂。 酒店的早餐還不錯，這個煎蛋非常好吃，有一位服務員，是努比亞人，對我特別nice，會主動幫我端東西，提醒我注意台階，是埃及之旅我感覺到最真誠友好的服務，可惜忘了問他名字，走的時候想找他給小費也沒找到。"

"Pros The hotel facilities were absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. Traditional Nubian style house. Every corner makes you want to capture the space. We had a rocky start but the hotel staff tried to redeem themselves. We lost an apple watch which the hotel helped us get back ASAP before we reached Luxor. We are grateful for this. Cons Awful communication and hospitality. We were the only guests in the entire resort because of low season but still received shitty service. The hotel is in a secluded place making it difficult to reach.It’s on top of a mountain on a dusty rocky road. The hotel offers a tuktuk. We did our research prior and contacted the hotel to arrange getting to the hotel from the village and check in since we knew we’d land in the AMs. We were ignored. We arrived at the village meeting point at 1:45 but only ended up getting to our rooms around 3:50am because reaching the hotel via call and WhatsApp was so difficult. The staff had no sense of urgency. We were frustrated and anxious in this wellness resort. Our taxi driver refused to take us up the mountain and the tuktuk refused to take us because of our many bags (which is understandable). I’m very disappointed in the service and I know the staff has lots of potential to improve on their service delivery. The hotel needs to be more cognisant of their customer service and guests hospitality. Staying here was stressful. Recommended if you want aesthetic vibes,a beautiful picturesque hotel with good breakfast. Don’t recommend if you prioritise great guest services, comfortability and peace."

"Das Hotel ist auf dem kleinen Berg, die Umgebung ist sehr schön, es gibt einen kleinen Pool, unter dem Berg ist ein Restaurant und ein großer Pool. In dem Zimmer können Sie die schöne Landschaft des Nilo River beherbergen, es ist wirklich so wunderschön. Der Kellner ist enthusiastisch und Gastfreund, der Service ist aufmerksam, jeden Tag gibt es unendliche Zucker und Obst, ich weiß, dass wir nicht zu frühstücken kommen können, und ich habe speziell zwei große Säcke für das Frühstück bereitet, um uns auf dem Weg zu essen. Es ist sehr intim. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu. Die Kellner geben uns jeden Tag ein kleines Tee-Blumenmuster. "We arrived at night, so we didn't know what it was like outside, but we were worried about the bumpy roads. We arrived safely at the hotel and checked it in the morning and found it in the souvenir district. It felt like a hotel in a village away from town, but the view was nice and the staff was friendly. I am glad I booked the hotel pick up and drop off. We requested that breakfast be served on the move."

"Es ist besser als erwartet und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat eine gute Einstellung. Ich habe auch im Voraus eine Lunchbox vorbereitet, wenn ich am nächsten Tag nach Abu Simbel fahre. Die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr praktisch. Es gibt einen Nachtmarkt in der Nähe und es gibt einen Boot vor der Tür. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt von einer Nacht sehr zu empfehlen."
