Insgesamt war alles sehr gut, das Zimmer war gross und schön. Das Bett war bequem, nur Vorsicht im Bad, der Boden ist bei Nässe sehr rutschig. Kann weiter empfehlen, für diese Preisklasse war es sehr schön.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was abysmal, with rude staff and an unhelpful receptionist. The breakfast was a disaster - empty dishes, no bread, and we had to rely on the kindness of other guests to share their food. Even basic requests for water were met with reluctance, requiring repeated reminders. To add insult to injury, the hotel's excuses for the pool closure were inconsistent and frustrating. First, they blamed Women's Day, preventing us from swimming. Then, they conveniently cited a technical problem on another day. Overall, this hotel's poor service, uncooperative staff, and lack of basic amenities made for a thoroughly disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My son chose this hotel because of swimming pool. However, we learned when we arrived at the hotel that days of the week is divided for men and women. That day was women's day and we learned we are not allowed to use the pool that day but next day. We would stay only one night. So, we had to cancel our reservation. The staff at the reception were helpful but it is not nice to mention that swimming days are divided between men and women on their website.

I needed to check out early, and front desk told me that as long as ******* makes the change they would too and would also refund me. Then 2 days later, i get an email from ******* saying that the hotel is not going to refund me. So I just thought that was not ok to lie to me and then go against their word when I left. Another thing is when I arrived my friend was going to help me with my stuff at 9 am and they would not allow him to come up. So he had to wait in the lobby until I was ready to leave the hotel and everytime I entered the hotel the staff wouldn’t even look up off their cell phones to see me walk in. So I don’t understand why they caused us such an inconvenience at check in.

Had a great stay at Mardiva. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The staff are very helpful. Buffet Turkish breakfast is included. The indoor sports centre is huge and the heated pool and sauna were spotlessly clean (they have women/men only days). There are minibusses that pass by the hotel every few minutes it seems and a couple go directly to the old city so very convenient even though the hotel is a little out of Mardin city. I would definitely go back and recommend it highly. Great value for the money.

Otel ***et temiz ***et güzel rahat konaklayacağız bir yer fakat klimayı açmamıza rağmen oda çok soğuktu üşüdük. Ayrıca kahvaltıda kullanılan malzemeler kötü değildi iyi de değildi daha iyi olabilir. Genel olarak sevdiğim bir otel oldu.
