Hotel excelente, quartos bons, banheiro, limpo e cheiroso. Gramado bonito e com piscina. 7 minuto da rua das pedras. Apenas o café da manhã era rasoável, bolo duro, pão mais ou menos. O que não gostei foi o check in 15h e check out 11h, a diária não dá nem 24h. O restante muito bom. De olho na Tb que não pega quase nenhum canal. Bom custo benefício

-The hotel is very nice, close to some beaches in búzios. -The room was clean, but saw some bugs, not sure it’s their fault though, as the place is surrounded with trees and grasses. -The pool wasn’t clean though, wasn’t appealing for me to swim in it. -Breakfast has a lot of varieties, and very well displayed and covered (again because of the insects). I like that it stays open until 7:00pm -On the check-out, they only asked me about what I had from the fridge, they didn’t check if what I said was true, which I found very trustworthy in term of hospitality. -It’s bad that the receptionist only speaks Portuguese, but it’s like this everywhere in Brasil, so it’s hard a bit for foreigners to communicate with them.

Localização excelente, ótimo atendimento e instalações. Ótimo café da manhã. Quartos amplos.... poderiam investir em um espelho no quarto, ganchos para pendurar roupas e uma cadeira no quarto. São itens que melhoraram muito o conforto do hóspede.
Mas gostei muito de modo geral!

Es excelente el lugar la atencion y los servicios Lugar muy limpio , desayuno supremo, bar y pileta hasta las 10 de la noche con servicio de cenas. Recepcionistas todo servicio, atentos explican todo. Lo mejor el servicio de combis a las playas para la gente exclusiva del hotel, sumaria GERIBA y Azeda, de todas maneras lo que esta es de 1000 puntos !!!!

El hotel es muy lindo. A 5 Cuadras del centro (en plano) Con un lindo jardín con pileta y bar. Muy recomendable para ir con niños. A 3 cuadras de la playa de Forno y 6 (en subida) de la playa brava. Las habitaciones son normales con frigo bar. Muy buena la limpieza. Si tengo que mencionar algo a mejorar es el hecho que contratamos una excursión desde el hotel y como salíamos 7:30 y el desayuno se sirve a partir de esa hora nos dieron una vianda bastante pobre. Quizás tendrían que ver la posibilidad de hacer excepciones con los huéspedes que contratan la excursión desde el hotel

Horrible experiencia, llegamos después de 12 horas de viaje solo para descubrir que la reserva que hicimos hace 8 meses, a través de la misma web del hotel, fue cancelada unilateralmente. Viajamos con 3 niños pequeños que no daban mas con el viaje. Alexander, el recepcionista insistía de manera grosera que todo era culpa nuestra. Claramente sobre vendieron nuestra habitación por un mejor precio. Cuidado con este hotel, en especial a todos aquellos que como yo planifican sus vacaciones con tiempo.

Lo pasamos muy bien durante nuestra estadía en el hotel Latitud Buzios, la atención de todo el personal fue excelente, las instalaciones están limpias, muy buen desayuno, servicio de mucama muy bueno, la piscina exquisita, buen bar para disfrutar las tardes y noches, ambiente familiar, ideal para la familia, todo lo que soñamos para pasar unas lindas vacaciones en familia. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente posada, localización muy práctica para ir al centro caminando todas las noches. atención muy buena del personal, muy buen desayuno. Súper prolija, muy recomendable. Volveremos sin duda. Buena calidad de wifi.

Quarto confortável, cama muito boa, roupa de cama bons, o banheiro deixou um pouco a desejar, a manutenção em geral, o vaso estava um pouco solto... Ponto alto foi o cafe da manhã, muito bom! A piscina estava suja quando cheguei, no fim do dia. Atendimento muito bom! Me hospedaria novamente.
