Visiting with friends. Initially the hotel is a nice layout. There are three accessible bars; The Lobby, Poolside and Restaurant bar. All of which serve a good, varied range of drinks, meals mostly branded. The rooms are nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. A great range of bathroom disposables including toothbrush& paste, razor & cream, loofah, soap, shampoo, body lotion, shower gel, cotton buds, sanitary products and conditioner. The staff are why I have bumped my rating up. The restaurant and bar staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. From helping connect phones to liaising with the bank and hospital when we had an emergency. Always a cheery greeting and smiles (well, from most but you always get one or two grumpy ones) The lifeguards are great and very attentive. What stopped me giving five stars was the food. Although it was good it was very much the same type of thing meal after meal. A lot of food wasn’t served hot enough. Mashed potatoes are packet.

Der Fisch war auch köstlich. Das Animationsteam ist großartig, besonders Çağla ist eine wunderbare Person. Sehr energiegeladen, sehr lustig, es ist offensichtlich, dass sie ihren Job liebt, aber oben Alles in allem hat sie ein gutes Herz. Grüße und Danke. Die Disco war großartig, die DJ-Auftritte waren gut. Wir hatten eine Menge Spaß auf der Bühne. Wie verrückt. Wir haben getanzt. Es ist offensichtlich, dass den Mitarbeitern ihr Job am Herzen liegt. Besonders vielen Dank an die Barkeeper, die Freundin an der Rezeption, die Schwester der Haushälterin Aysel, die Schwester der Pfannkuchenbäckerin und die Freunde, die im Restaurant arbeiten. Das Meer ist sehr schön, aber Badeschuhe sind ein Muss. Denn der Boden ist steinig. Pier-Lösungen sind es Nützlich. Plus, für die Schönheit des Wassers waren das Türkische Bad und die Sauna schön. Es hat unsere Stimmung verbessert. Der Pool ist schön. G***t ist genug. Es ist ein Preis-Leistungs-Hotel. Nachteile: Die Qualität der Getränke ist das Einzige Negativer Aspekt dieses schönen Hotels. Wenn die Hotelleitung dieses Problem auf ein vernünftiges Maß reduzieren könnte, wäre das eine wunderbare Sache. Es ist ein Hotel, in das wir immer wieder kommen würden. Vielen Dank für alles.

Hotel is advertised as five star Ultra all inclusive and definitely it is NOT either of those. Why this is not five star hotel -＞ Hotel and the rooms desperate need detailed restauration. Room furniture is old, curtains are dirty, toilets are terrible slippery and unsafe... staff rarely speaks English and (despite in some cases) are quite rude. Reception number you cant find anywhere (I managed to guess it) and when you get them they will ignore you (we requested three times additional bedsheets for sofa bed and got it tomorrow morning and second time we called due to faulty AC, they told us ”we will send someone” and nobody came)... Why this is not All Inclusive (especially not Ultra All Inclusive) -＞ 1. There are three meals including late breakfast and late supper. Breakfast with late breakfast is from 7-11, Lunch starts 12.30 and it is up to 14.00! So if you had breakfast lets say 10, its too short time to lunch. 2. Restaurant starts closing parts 30-45mins before the end of meal. It is quite annoying like everyone is waiting for you to get up and go. 3. Although Buffet is quite diverse and nice it is not organized good and it is always crowded - like on a flee market (imagine it in Covid-19, terrible) 4. Around the hotel you can get some drinks and coffee anytime - extremely limited offer (few terrible juices, watered down alcohol...) yuck 5. Beach is 5-10 min walk from a hotel. If you go there and you miss lunch you can get there a burger only. 6. Beach has limited number of sunbeds in reference to number of guests. you have to come early in the morning of lunch time to find sunbed. 7. MOST ANNOYING - Towels. You exchange your towel card for a towel on one place only, end of mould scented basement. If you want to change them you have to go there again. Most of the people change their beach towel once during their stay cause of this. You cant change it anywhere on the pool or on the beach. 8. Beach dont have its toilets, if you need you have to go 200m to public one that is, if I can say this nicely, unhygienic. I can go into the sea but my kids cant so I take them there, hold them - not touching anything 9. Not to offence anyone but if I cane here like some nationalities to get wasted from morning till evening, you can do that. Drinks are bad and watered down but you can get unlimited quantities. At the end hotel is ok, if it is advertised as ”Transatlantik 3* Full Board Hotel in Kemer” and price is half of what we paid. If that was the case I would give here full marks. False advertisement

The best friendly hotel in kemer, the best owner with staf and family make you feel always very welcome, very clean nice rooms and wounderful cleanings ladies also the pool area is perfect clean, breakfast is nice with new dishes every day, can absolutely recommend this hotel for a 100% relaxed holiday 🤩👌

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Anlage. Das Animationsteam ist wirklich sehr sehr gut und hilfsbereit. Das Essen und die Getränke sind wirklich sehr gut und lecker. Die Cocktails sind zudem auch ein großer Pluspunkt. Gerade im Bezug auf das Animationsteam kann ich nur ein großes Lob an Anastasiia, Julia, Diana, Said und Tural aussprechen. Sie haben wirklich sehr gute Arbeit geleistet und sich um jeden Gast gekümmert. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und ein schöner Urlaub ist hier garantiert.

Ich blieb im Get Genießen Hotel es ist ein wunderschöner Ort und die Mitarbeiter sind wunderschön und wirklich freundlich die Animatoren sind wunderschön Deniz behandelt mich wie Familie von Tag ein und modro ist genauso freundlich das Essen ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind immer lächeln I würde sicher wieder hier kommen die Pools sind schön und das Nachtleben ist gut Ich kann sehr empfehlen, dass hier kommen

Todo un acierto este precioso hotel boutique recién reformado, en la mejor zona peatonal y comercial de Kemer. A escasos metros de la playa, paseo marítimo y puerto deportivo. Y cerca de paradas de transporte público. Especial atención de su propietario Kemal que hará lo imposible porque te sientas como en casa. 100% recomendable, por precio y ubicación. Justo al lado tiene tiendas y una agencia de turismo donde se pueden concentrar infinidad de excursiones, paseos en barco… no dejes de visitarlo. Sin duda volveremos!

Es war ein unendlicher Urlaub, der nicht zu Ende war, meine Frau und mein 7-Monats-Sohn haben uns in unserem ersten Urlaub kommentiert. Und ein perfekter Urlaub, der uns in unserem Geschmack verblieben ist, wenn es nicht vorbei wäre, hätte das Hotel einen eigenen Transfer zu einem angemessenen Preis. Wir kamen sofort ins Hotel. Wir waren sehr müde, wir hatten das Abendessen nicht gefallen, also am anderen Tag, an dem die Gäste-Beziehungen-Abteilung anrufen, ich sagte, wir mögen das Essen nicht, weil Sie nicht gefallen. Und wenn wir an andere Mitarbeiter kommen, dann kommen wir in die Rezeption von der Reinigungsfirma... und die Leute sind so lachend, dass Sie es nicht übertrieben. Sie sagen, aber so machen alle Mitarbeiter ihre Arbeit liebevoll und lachen wie Bienen. Sie halten sich nicht auf, was Sie wollen. Sie wollen, sie machen die Zimmer zu sauber. Wir haben das Gefühl, dass wir uns das erste Mal entlassen haben, dass wir uns sehr traurig gefühlt haben, dass wir uns im Sommer auf die Familie verlassen... und wir warten auf den Sommer... und wir warten auf alles... und danke, Herr ERMEM und Akka Antedon... Ihr Personal ist perfekt... und das ist ein unvergesslicher Urlaub.
