Frauen: Vermeiden Sie diesen Ort! Wir hatten hier die schlimmste Erfahrung. Ich habe über ******* gebucht, wir (zwei berufstätige Frauen in unseren Vierzigern) kamen gegen 20:45 Uhr im Hotel an, George ließ uns in unser Zimmer, wir packten ein wenig aus und legten uns hin. Etwa 45 Minuten später klopfte es dann an der Tür und als ich sie öffnete, war George da und sagte: „Das ist nicht dein Zimmer.“ „Geh raus“ und schnappte mir die Schlüssel aus dem Schlitz, der den Strom einschaltet, sodass das Licht ausging, und versuchte, mich an mir vorbei in den Raum zu drängen. Ich trug ein kleines Nachthemd und sagte: „Bitte, wir sind noch nicht angezogen, gib mir eine Minute, um mich anzuziehen.“ Und er versuchte sofort, uns rauszuwerfen, aber alle unsere Klamotten waren ausgepackt. Ich hole mir die Schlüssel zurück, um das Licht einzuschalten, ziehe mich an und gehe nach draußen, um mit ihm zu reden. Er sagte, er mache keine Geschäfte mit ******* und weigerte sich, meine Bestätigungs-E-Mail anzusehen. George war äußerst unhöflich und schrie uns an: „Raus! Aussteigen!" Als ich ihn bat, freundlich zu sein und eine Lösung zu finden, sagte er, er brauche nicht höflich zu sein, weil wir „nicht seine Gäste“ seien. Er sagte, wie lange du brauchen wirst, um rauszukommen, wir sagten 5 Minuten und ich denke, es hat weniger Zeit gedauert. Wir wollten so schnell wie möglich da raus. Wir ließen den Schlüssel auf dem Tisch vor der Tür liegen und riefen ihm zu, dass wir gehen würden (er war ein paar Meter entfernt an der Bar). Er verfolgte uns und meinte: „Wollen Sie nicht wissen, welches Hotel verfügbar ist?“ Aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir ziemlich ausgeflippt und wollten einfach nur von ihm weg. Er schrie uns weiter an und ich bat ihn erneut, nicht mehr so ​​unhöflich zu sein. Als wir um 21:45 Uhr am Mietwagen ankamen, saßen wir etwa fünf Minuten da und versuchten, ein neues Hotel zu finden. Er trat an mein Fenster und forderte uns auf, den Parkplatz zu verlassen. Es war unglaublich seltsam. Wir haben uns dort nicht sicher gefühlt. Am Ende sagte *******, sie hätten mir eine Stornierungsbenachrichtigung geschickt, die wohl in meinem Spam-Ordner gelandet sei, weil ich offensichtlich nicht in einem Hotel erscheinen würde, das meine Reservierung storniert hatte. Ich mache George nicht dafür verantwortlich, dass er frustriert war, aber die Art, wie er uns behandelte, war mehr als schrecklich. Ehrlich gesagt frage ich mich, wenn ich Rezensionen wie diese lese, ob der Rezensent derjenige ist, der etwas daneben liegt. Aber ich habe noch nie eine Bewertung wie diese geschrieben, weil ich noch nie eine so schlechte Erfahrung in einem Hotel gemacht habe. Ich bin in viele Länder gereist, habe in vielen Hotels übernachtet und bin relativ entspannt. Aber ich möchte nicht, dass jemand anderes eine solche Erfahrung macht.

What a wonderful place!! So relaxing, beautiful surroundings. George and Maria made us feel so welcome. They made our stay from wonderful to perfection. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. I am going to come back!!

We have not been back since 2018 but it felt like coming home. A warm welcome after a long day travelling and we could relax. Maria, George, Albert, Rosa and Vasselli are fantastic. We have had the best and needed two weeks rest and relaxation for this year. We have been wowed by the island and it’s constant treasures. The people are friendly and welcoming. The food and wine marvellous and so varied from fish to meat to sweets to die for.Maria and George are incredibly helpful and will do anything to make your holiday special. We have felt like family whilst we were there and we will not be leaving it 5 years until the next visit. October is a super time and we had fantastic weather, but I think May for the next visit. Go an explore the island it is incredible we estimate at least another 10 years of holidays. Thanks again Kreta Natur for making this an amazing holiday

What a find! If you're looking for a quiet retreat, look no further. The owners, George & Maria are fantastic characters. The staff - Bill, sorting breakfast and Stefan and Albert looking after the bar were brilliant. Rosa kept the rooms clean & tidy. Can't wait to return. Highly, highly recommend.

Just returned from a week's stay at Kreta Natur,our first visit to this beautiful island of Crete. This was a last minute getaway and I am very happy we decided to stay here.The apartment was very clean with a beautiful veiw of the sea,there's only 12 apartments in the complex and from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. George and Maria the owners are truly lovely people and the staff are very friendly.Bill and Albert look after the bar and pool area which is a oasis in its self,Thank-you Bill and Albert for looking after us.The area is quiet but only 10 minutes walk to the front,we found a lovely beach about 25 minutes walk with sunbeds so near the sea it was amazing.Captains restaurant was one of our favourite places to eat and yet again the staff were very hospitable.back to Kreta Natur,I have stayed in 5 star hotels so going to a apartment was out our comfort zone,I enjoyed every single minute staying here and would certainly return,tranquil and beautiful. Thank-you for wonderful memories 🥰

I have never stayed anywhere more pleasant, enjoyable, relaxing, and friendlier than Kreta Natur Apartments. A truly excellent location to enjoy a holiday, there are no negatives at all. There are sufficient sun loungers and seating areas to cater for everyone staying at the apartments providing for a totally stress free experience. Breakfast by the pool each morning made for a perfect start to the day. The bar by the pool serves a great range of drinks and snacks day and evening. The staff are all first class and George, the owner, is a true gentleman. Thank you George for making Kreta Natur so great and for such a memorable holiday.

Without doubt the most relaxing two weeks of the year by far. For our needs the apartments are perfect, quite, tranquil and everything you need for 100% chilling. A well stocked bar ice cold wines, beers and Albert's amazing cocktails often delivered on a tray to our sun beds. The staff are all fantastic and always so attentive. My big thanks go out to Geogre and Maria who are now like "part of the family". no matter when. Maria's smile and wave always makes me smile. George is the smartest, calmest and genuine man I know. Not surprising nowing his old profession. Sandra and I really can not wait to return.

What a beautiful place. The service from Albert was the best. And the owners were so lovely. The other guests were so nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for the best of both worlds. Close enough to town to go out but also so quite and relaxing. Thank you to George, Maria and Albert you made our holiday better. X
