Die besten Hotels in Anissaras, Griechenland

Dies war unsere erste All inklusive Reise und auch die erste Reise nach Griechenland mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter. Wir waren von der Größe der Anlage sehr überwältigt. Wir hatten öfters gelesen, dass diese in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das empfanden wir so nicht. Natürlich es es nicht brandneu und ein paar Bereiche sind definitiv schon älter. Es gibt das Main Restaurant und vier weitere (asiatisch, mediterran, beach Restaurant und ein Brunch Restaurant). Das Buffet hat für jeden was zu bieten. Natürlich ist die Qualität bei den einen oder anderen Speisen nicht so wie man es erhofft hat, aber das ist beim Buffet ja oft der Fall. Im großen und ganzen gibt es eine sehr große Auswahl und wenn man nicht ganz so schlimm penibel ist, dann findet hier jeder was. Die anderen Restaurants muss man separat buchen. Dieses darf man nur einmal die Woche tun. Wahrscheinlich damit jeder mal die Chance bekommt in den weiteren Restaurants zu essen. Das Asia Restaurant war hier wirklich sehr sehr gut. Da wären wir gern öfters essen gegangen. Am besten reserviert man schon von zu Hause aus!! Die Termine sind schnell weg. Die Cocktails sind überall auch ganz ok. Am besten jedoch waren die Cocktails an der Main Bar. Besonders abends. Das Personal ist zu 99,9% sehr freundlich und man wird immer sehr herzlich begrüßt und bedient. Besonders im Gedächtnis wird uns Vasilis und Maria aus dem Main Restaurant bleiben. Maria ist total lieb zu unserer Tochter und natürlich zu uns gewesen. Sie hat sich immer gefreut Maria wieder zu sehen. Vasilis ist ein sehr lieber und offener Mensch, der uns jede Frage gerne beantwortet hat und immer sehr hilfsbereit war. Es gibt auch einen Mini Club. Dort steht ein ziemlich cooles Piraten Schiff, was zum phantasiereichen spielen einlädt. Es gibt im Gebäude des Mini Clubs auch Gelegenheiten drinnen zu spielen. Mit Matten, Stiften und sonstigem Spielzeug. Desweiteren gibt es dort noch einen Pool für die kleinen. Dieser war für unsere Tochter dennoch etwas zu tief (niedrigste Stelle 0.5m). Aber sie war sowieso am liebsten zum planschen am Strand. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein total toller Urlaub und für eine Pauschalreise wirklich schön. Wir sind eher drauf los Reisende und nicht lange an einem Ort, aber hier gibt es einige Möglichkeiten und zur Not auch Mietautos um mehr als nur die Anlage zu sehen.

Ankunft ca. 21.45 Uhr girechischer Zeit. Personal war super nett.. Buffet hatte eigentlich schon geschlossen, durften allerdings trotzdem noch etwas essen. Essen war klasse... Viel Auswahl, alles immer frisch und super lecker. Zimmer war eher befriedigend. Im Badezimmer an einigen Stellen schimmel (Klar, gibt ja auch keinerlei Fenster oder sonstiges im Bad). Zimmer waren allerdings sehr sauber und ordentlich beim ersten betreten. Klimaanlage funktionierte erst nicht, war aber nach 3 Stunden noch repariert. Nun zur Hotelanlage: Riesen Resort, richtig schönes Ambiente. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer war ein Traum. Der obere von zwei Pools war leider komplett ungepflegt und gekippt. Keinerlei Chlor oder sonstiges. Wasser war eher milchig als klar. Dafür ist die Poolbar echt der hammer :D Hotelstrand auch super. Leider war das Wasser natürlich noch zu kalt. Zum Service: Zimmerservice hat täglich super Arbeit geleistet. Zimmer war immer tip-top gereinigt. All-Inclusive lohnt sich hier und wurde auch voll genutzt. Auch die ”Inklusive Cocktails” waren klasse. Barpersonal sowie das Personal im Essbereich extrem freundlich. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Pro: - Super Essen, Super Service - Personal super freundlich - Klasse Zimmer (bis auf die 1-2 Schimmelstellen) - Riesen Hotelanlage mit tollem Hotelstrand Contra: - Personal konnte, nicht wie angegeben Deutsch/Englisch sondern NUR Englisch. - Schimmel an einigen Stellen im Badezimmer - Pools gekippt, nicht gechlort und nicht gepflegt Fazit: Generell kann ich einen Besuch hier schon empfehlen. Allerdings eher für Paare oder Freunde. Familien mit Kindern bleiben hier etwas auf der Strecke. Für Kinder gibt es zwar Animation, aber nur recht wenig. Ich selbst würde nochmal dorthin, insofern man sich endlich um die Pools kümmert. Die waren wirklich nicht sehr schön sauber.

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast im Atlantis Hotel und fühlten uns dabei wohl. Zu Beginn die positiven Punkte: das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, wir hatten auch für die Koffer ausreichend Platz. Dazu kam ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank mit Safe. Auch der Balkon mit Stadt- bzw. Hafenblick war ein absolutes Highlight. Die beiden Pools waren klein, aber fein, jeweils mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen ausgestattet. Für den Blick in den Hafen wählt man den Pool ganz oben, für Ruhe und Schatten den Pool unten. Besonders hervorzuheben sind einerseits noch die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption, andererseits das herausragende und reichhaltige Frühstück - hier sollte am Buffet wirklich für jeden etwas dabei sein. Die negativen Punkte möchte ich wie folgt zusammenfassen: aus unserer Sicht fehlte diesem eigentlichen Fünf-Sterne-Hotel das Besondere - es gab keinen Willkommensdrink, keine Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer, selbst Duschgel und Shampoo waren fest installiert. Außerdem empfanden wir den offenen Duschbereich als störend, eine Trennwand oder ein separates Bad wäre super gewesen. Zudem war uns der Zimmerservice ein Dorn im Auge - vollkommen unkoordiniert, mal erst um 15:30 Uhr, mal bereits um 09:30 Uhr, als man noch auf dem Zimmer war nach dem Frühstück. Wir hätten uns hier mehr Koordination und auch Gründlichkeit beim Reinigen gewünscht. Insgesamt möchte ich hier vier Sterne vergeben und eine deutliche Empfehlung aussprechen - allein das Buffet war es Wert!

Sehr schlechter Check-In, das Zimmer ist klein, das Essen ungenießbar Die gebuchte Suite, egal ob Suite oder nicht, zumindest ist die Fläche nicht 32~36 Quadratmeter wie auf der Buchungsseite angegeben. Es gibt keinen Fernseher im Bett. Das Sofa ist alt und hat ein schmutziges Gefühl. Hinweis Die Blumen werden selbst gekauft, damit Sie Ihre Stimmung verbessern können. Das Hotel hindert Sie daran, Hotels zu erstatten und zu wechseln. Kurz gesagt, dieses Hotel wird nicht mehr leben. In Bezug auf fünf Sterne hat es einen falschen Namen. Es ist teurer als das NJV Plaza Hotel am Syntagma-Platz in Athen. Das 28 Quadratmeter große Zimmer wirkt viel geräumiger als die 32 Quadratmeter. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant ist sehr durchschnittlich, das Frühstück ist zu schlecht, das Restaurant im 5. Stock ist auch ungenießbar, die cremige Pasta ist so ungenießbar und es ist salzig Ich habe über die Rezeption einen Mietwagen für 300 Euro gebucht. Ich habe ein super kaputtes Auto arrangiert und gebeten, im Voraus zu bezahlen. Ich war sprachlos, als ich das Auto sah. Kurz gesagt, dieses Hotel ist keinen Aufenthalt wert. Es ist auch nicht das Niveau eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels.

My husband and I have just returned from a week at Mitsis Laguna which we decided to visit to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and WOW this has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Hotel - the hotel is situated about 35 minutes from Heraklion airport, the grounds are stunning and well maintained by the hard working staff. I am not sure how many pools there are in total but we sat a couple of different ones, the main pool is heated and tends to be busier with music played throughout the day. We really enjoyed the quieter pool which was closest to our room (612) which was more relaxing if you wanted to just sit and read your book, but I think there are about 4 or 5 different areas and I am sure we would have been happy with any of them. Room - we stayed in a Bungalow with Sea View room, the room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, the only thing we did notice was a gap at the bottom of the front door so we did sometimes hear people coming back to their rooms at night but we ended up putting towels at the bottom of then door which helped. One day I returned to the room and my husband had arranged for flowers, a cake and Prosecco to by brought to the room which was beautiful! Staff - I am not sure where to begin but we were blown away by how friendly and attentive the hotel staff were, compared to another hotel we stayed in last year they are beyond comparison! Dmitri kept our cocktails and drinks topped up whilst we sat by the pool and was just brilliant! Themis and Andreas also looked after us at the all day bar, Themis is very good with recommending cocktails as there are lots to choose from. We also found the receptionists (Ygorgis and Anita) so lovely to deal with both on our check in and check out of the hotel. “The Captain” (F&B Manager) also looked after us throughout our stay and was fantastic. Even the shop staff were fantastic and very friendly, we regularly visited the main shop and made friends with the owner who even made us up a small goody back for the plane home which we thought was a lovely gesture. Food - amazing, lots of variety, the gyros from the beach bar are a must! We managed to book into most of the restaurants (Italian, Cretan, pan Asia, steak house) we thoroughly enjoyed all of our meals at these, they also have a great wine selection! We did only eat once in the buffet for dinner however again there was plenty of choice and we enjoyed our meal. A good tip for booking restaurants is to download the hotel app and you can book these using your holiday/hotel reference number prior to travelling. Breakfasts and lunch in the main buffet were also delicious! Weather - plenty warm enough in the sunshine to sunbathe, we did have a couple of days whereby it was overcast and some rain but on some days this would clear in the afternoon and be sunny again, we did go into the nearby town of Hersonissos on a couple of days (this cost 10euros each way in a

Nicht sicher, warum dieses Hotel nur 3 Sterne würde es geben 4. Zimmer sind schön - sauber und modern mit schönem Balkon. Dusche hatte erstaunliche Kraft. Lage ist perfekt für den Stadtbruch ...Nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum und gleich zu Festung auf dem Hafen vorn. Das Rezeptionpersonal war super hilfreich und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, aber könnte heißer sein ... war immer nur lukewarm. Kein richtiger Parkplatz im Hotel, sondern der Ort genannt Porto Parkplatz 1 Minute vom Hotel war awesome ...kosten uns nur 20 € für 5 Tage. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir würden hier wieder zum Jahreszeitpunkt bleiben, wenn Sie keinen Pool brauchen.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights in July 2022. There were eight of us in total so two families. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the middle of Heraklion, opposite the bustling square with its wonderful with its Artisan stalls which are worth visiting and only a short walk to the shops and wonderful selection of restaurants. Heraklion is a truly bustling and Cosmopolitan city. The Hotel is very close to Heraklion Archaeological Museum and a bus or taxi ride to the beach. It is also not too far from the port you can walk there but we took a very quick taxi due to the heat. Upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome and our baggage was taken to our room for us. The reception area is refreshing to walk into from the heat outside and the decor is lovely and very modern with a comfortable seating area. There is a downstairs bar which is very chic with beautiful artwork where you can eat and you can just walk through to the shops outside to have a mooch with is perfect. Our check in process was very smooth and efficient. Check out is at 12 and check in is at 2. We had travelled from Chania by taxi. and were a little early. The gentleman on reception was able to find our group a room to check into while they got our other rooms ready which was very helpful and we did not have to wait too long. We had the economy rooms two different types between us. The ones which have balconies and the ones which are inside but don't have a balcony. The latter were a bit bigger than the ones with the balcony and the children's bed has its own little area which we really liked. The bathroom and room were very clean and the cleaners were very helpful and polite. We had a small fridge all the usual amenities you would expect and the air conditioning always worked well. I really feel (being from the UK) that the hotel represents very good value for the price we paid - if we were to pay a similar price in England we would not be staying in nearly such a nice hotel that's for sure. Certainly not one with a pool on the roof! We absolutely loved the roof area. The pool is quite small (but still big enough to have a lovely, cool swim). The pool area is clean and there are sunbeds and chairs you can sit on around the pool and plenty of place to sunbathe. It is absolutely lovely the perfect place to relax and take in the view. They also have a lifeguard up there at all times which we were not expecting. The pool is open until 8 at night but you can still go up to the roof for drinks and to eat your dinner after this time. They also provide towels for you which is great. The bar on the roof is absolutely excellent and the service is impeccable. The bar staff and waiters and waitresses work so hard and are so friendly (whilst also remaining professional). The bar food is great especially the mini burgers and the club sandwiches are to die for. You can also have dinner up on the roof and there are lots of lovely tables and chairs to chose fro

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Hafen, auch nicht weit von der Innenstadt Iraklion. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, aber die sanitären Einrichtungen könnten mal wieder überholt werden. Das Internet ist umsonst und sehr schnell. Kühlschrank, Bett, Klimaanlage alles vorhanden. Klimaanlage schwierig bis nicht zu programmieren. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber zu den Nachbarzimmern ist die Schallisolierung nicht ausreichend, wenn man laute Nachbarn hat. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, teilweise auch deutschsprachig. Parken kann man hier nicht, es ist zu nah an der Innenstadt Iraklion. Wir haben im ”Central Parking” geparkt, ca. 200 m weg. Da kostet es über Nacht 10 € im Hoteltarif (Bezahlung im Hotel), sonst 15 €. Also sagen, dass man in einem der Hotels übernachtet. Man bekommt dann einen Stempel auf die Rechnung, mit der man am nächsten Tag ausfährt. Das Fahren in der Innenstadt erfordert das Rangieren mit dem Auto in engen zugeparkten Gassen. Mit einem SUV würde ich das nicht machen, Golf- oder Tiguan-Klasse geht gut, wenn man sein Auto einschätzen kann. Es gibt einen freien Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Wenn dieser frei ist, kann man Gepäck ein- und ausladen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, wird im sechsten Stock eingenommen. Da hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Hafen. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da, das Einzelzimmer kostete knapp 50 € pro Nacht mit Frühstück. Das ist sehr preiswert. Da kann man über kleinere Ausstattungsmängel im Zimmer hinweg sehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
