We stayed in a large room with 2 single and one double bed and extra room at back. Hotel backs on to Vondel Park so very quiet. Free coffee, hot chocolate, latte etc and yogurt from the lobby besides quite adequate bagged breakfast to start the day. Some might like a closet and fridge. Easy walk to museums, shopping, restaurants, canals and tram stops as well as AirPort Express bus. I’d stay again.

Very disrespectful employee working in the front desk claiming to be a manager for the day when asked for manager's contact info. Room is extremely small, won't be able to fit your luggage if you want to be able to walk from Bed to the bathroom. Bed was dirty with what appeared to be some type of bug. My room was on the second floor and had cracks and when you stepped on it, it felt unstable and unsafe. Staff had zero empathy and was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Nice room, very cosy. The staff were lovely, room cleaned everyday if requested. The shower was too small for me to stand in. One of the above-bed lights had wires hanging out and didn’t work. Overall it was a completely fine experience

A perfect location for a family visit to Amsterdam...charming, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, so easy and comfortable...lovely. And breakfast in the morning is delightful! Hotel Vondel Garden is a short walk to visit Van Gogh and all the Dutch Masters!

Most staff bar one lovely. Unfortunately, exception left nasty impression. Bathroom ok but tiny . Bedroom basic. Did not reflect 3 star rating in my opinion . Would have rated it as 2. Entrance area let's in down. Dirty and tatty. Stairs steep and lots of them Staff did help us carry things up. Good luggage storage area . Breakfast ok again basic .Again, hardworking, pleasant staff except for one.

Welcome & staff & AM breakfast & free coffee were great. The rooms are incredibly small. The location is excellent for museums and for 30 minutes walk to city centre.. The room price was very high.

I definitely do not recommend it.Radiators do not work corrupted.A hotel that certainly does not deserve its price.It has no features except that it is close to the center.The rooms are very small and very expensive.No breakfast.They found a heater and I warm up with it in the room this cold March.We try to solve the problem with our own efforts.I'll never stay in this hotel again.
