We always stay at the hyatt for business trips and usally they are accommodating. Today was the last time we would ever spend our money with the company. We had a three night stay at this location and asked to use a meeting room for a zoom call to handle an important business call, the baby we have would be too loud and may distrupt the business call. We were told NO! In the past the hyatt hotels have been more than happy to let this happen. Most of the time the rooms are unoccupied. Tonight we asked and were told no, by one of the front desk managers. We then ask if we can rent the room becuase we needed a private setting for the call she said, no; the rooms are rented weeks in advance. I then proceeded to ask to rent another sleeping room for the call. Then decided it was better for me to check out and do business elsewhere. Needless to say we will sit in the car to take the business call. They definitely need to be more accommodating to loyal guests. Book elsewhere.

All Staff Members, very helpful. They do it with a smile, ALWAYS. Cleaning crew very nice, they do great job.

After staying in multiple hotels the past 2 years, this one is by far the BEST. I've dealt with rude to extremely rude staff members. I am happy to say every staff member at this location are excellent at customer service.

We were in town for my sister’s funeral and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good experience during a hard time.

Nice restaurant n the same parking lot. Many dining options just across the road. This was a great property at a terrific price.

The check in process was quick and easy we had our standard Poodle with us and it was great There was an area right in front of parking to let her potty

We stay here at least twice a year for the weekend, and this last stay will be our last. The door to our room was hard to close, the in room phone didn’t work, the chrome cast wasn’t working, the bathroom door stuck really bad also. The hot water in the shower had to be turned to cold and only a small area of the cold side actually produced hot water. The only reason that I have the staff a 3 out of 5 was because Justin worked hard to try and help us out. The woman who was the “front desk manager” was rude, and spoke over me when I was trying to explain our situation. I was asking for her to make sure there was a note under our reservation saying that Justin had submitted for a refund to *******, and she kept saying “you just do t know what a folio is, but we have no way to show proof of anything. Even when I kept repeating that I was asking for her to have something in the hotel computer about it, in case I had to call. So disappointing that we can no longer use this hotel for our weekend retreats.
