I stayed here at the end of February 24. The hotel was clean, the food was good, the pizzas are recommended. Not a great deal to do in the area, and arranging taxis can be difficult if your French is not great. Staff are excellent and will change money for you and help you with anything you need. Room was OK. Bit small. No view. But clean and comfortable.

The hotel’s exterior is misleading with a bare facade that worried me initially. But, it was a remarkable surprise thanks to the lush lobby and manicured landscapes across the pool. The hotel’s employees spearheaded by Manager Mr Jamal were a delight. The rooms are spacious and furnished tastefully unlike other commercial hotels that rate themselves with 5 stars. Unfortunately, the location is not easy to find as it is in an alley and the fact that hotel is a recent establishment that officially opened for Business in September 2023.

The staff was AMAZING, they are the reason that our stay here was so wonderful, From Amina at the front desk to the young men at the bar (billie, & I believe Ellei, sorry if I got those names wrong). the cleaning ladies were beyond great at their job and kept our rooms spotless. The restaurant staff made us feel welcomed everyday with a smile on their faces Finally the maintenance man was so helpful getting the TV and AC to work. All in all the staff there made this a 5 star hotel in my mind. Location was no so walkable but but safe and friendly neighors

Firstly good things. The hotel is located in a safe area. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. However location otherwise is a nightmare. You can not go anywhere without a car. Even the taxi drivers are asking about the location because they do not know it. The restaurant food is ok at its best. Pizza and fish soup were terrible. I paid 2500 DZD for airport pick up and now I am waiting my taxi to the airport and they say they arranged taxi and they do not accept card. However they accepted 850 DZD. This is supposed to be an international hotel and visa or Mastercard must be accepted in all types of services.

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.
