Good complex in Central, location in Alexandra headlands. It comprises of all one bedroom units, good size with separate bedroom and lounge room. Some units are updated some little older. The pool and spa was nice and clean and the management were very kind and helpful.

From the time we got to Ocean Boulevard we were relaxed - greeted by the gorgeous Manager (I can't remember your name sorry). Flowers in pots outside, very clean and very inviting.
Right across the road from the beach and walking track) which we wanted) and about 100m to Alex Headlands Surf Club.
All front facing units which is what you want at the beach!
GORGEOUS pool... OMG gorgeous! Quite deep which we loved, and a spa but it was so hot we didn't use that.

The property is old and is crying out for refurbishment.. The cupboards are hard to open, very slippery tiles on the floor (when we asked for an extra towel to use as a mat, we were told we had to pay for it). You get charged $30 if you don't do the washing up (no dishwasher)! The car park we had was so frightenly small. It took a lot of manouevring to get in. The internet cut out on the second day. The only good thing was Christine, the receptionist, who was friendly. Give it a miss.

Our Apartment was not very clean, not dirty but could do with wiping down surfaces.
Television Controls very difficult -should be provided with instruction.
Called Manager and they had no idea how to operate.Manager got someone to assist, but still had trouble. Got operating at the time but once turned off did not operate satisfactorily again.
Just as well it was not too important for us.

Suited us for a three day stay. Lovely to be near the beach and get some ocean views.
Wouldn’t stay longer than that as the apartment is very small.

Our checkin and checkout was so easy, the manager was very friendly and helpful. Our apartment was nicely renovated, it had everything to make our stay comfortable, the pool was amazing, clean and we spent an afternoon there. We could walk everywhere without getting into the car. It was nice going for long walks to the Mooloolaba Spit and Cotton tree. I can recommend to other couples.

We really liked the ocean view from the balcony, very close access to the beach just across the road, proximity to the boardwalk up and down the esplanade, the central location for everything you might want to drive to across the Sunshine Coast and all the nearby places to eat.

This property is in a great location and the room had ocean views. The staff were lovely. The designated parking underneath was difficult to navigate as some people can’t park, but staff were helpful in sorting out this problem. Unfortunately the bed was awful. It was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Everything else was great apart from the bed.
