A Cozy Getaway with a Few Quirks I recently had the pleasure of staying at Block C in a wonderful location near the beach. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there, as the bedroom was spacious and beautifully designed. However, there were a few quirks that left us slightly puzzled. Locating the signage for the establishment proved to be a small challenge, but it added a sense of adventure to our experience. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room left something to be desired. It struggled to keep the temperature comfortably cool, and we often found ourselves feeling a bit hot. It would be great if this aspect could be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay. Nevertheless, spending evenings on the balcony was a delightfully cozy and relaxed experience. The ambiance was inviting and lent itself to unwinding after a day of exploration. The surrounding garden and environment added to the overall charm, and we truly appreciated the pleasant surroundings. I highly recommend visiting this place for a minimum stay of 2 to 3 days. Anything less would make the trip feel rushed, as there is so much to explore and enjoy. Despite the minor quirks, our overall experience was enjoyable and memorable. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here and would gladly return for another visit.

The hotel was not as expected as per the photos , its was all different, old and unkept with no renovations, once we arrived we were so disappointed and the owner was very intimidating and strange and he made us very uncomfortable and scaring , he was pushing and offering us drinks which was already made we were suspicious and declined the drinks and he was very pushy , we were very scared and he refused to compensate us, me and my partner had to take a taxi and booked another hotel which was out of our budget, this experience let me very distress and anxious. I will not recommend this hotel . It’s all lies and fake and deceiving.

這個酒店的問題是管理問題，酒店很大，路線標識不清晰，我走了30分鐘才幸運的找到房間。並且早餐訊息出錯，停車訊息出錯。這些問題通過管理改善，應該可以收到好的效果的。

12月で夜は冷え込んでいたので、エアコンをつけたところ全く機能せず、代わりに白い氷のようなものが沢山降ってきました。布団もシーツのようなものだけだったのでとても寒かったです。スリッパ等もなかったので、とにかく冷たかったです。朝ごはんはとても美味しかったです。

***MACHEN SIE ES EINFACH NICHT*** Wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort und haben einen guten Preis für All Inclusive bekommen, aber ich hatte nicht erwartet, was wir bekamen. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und hat eine herrliche Lage am Strand, aber die Zimmer sind abgenutzt (wenn auch sauber) und trauen Sie sich nicht, nach einem Doppelbett zu fragen. Da ich ein Doppelzimmer im ******* gebucht hatte, hatte ich nicht damit gerechnet, dass zwei Einzelbetten zusammengeschoben und als Einzelbetten benutzt werden. Nicht weiter schlimm, aber als ich die Dreistigkeit besaß, die Rezeption zu kontaktieren, um dies anzufragen, wurde ich sofort mit einem passiv-aggressiven Kommentar abgewiesen: „Ich will nicht unhöflich sein, ‚Madam‘, Sie haben ein Apartment gebucht, Sie bekommen zwei Einzelbetten. Es gibt keine Doppelbetten.“ Dann gab es das Problem mit der Buchung der A-la-carte-Restaurants. Diese sind furchtbar. Plastikstühle unter Plastikplanen für das „Mandarin“ und das „Mexikanische“. Das Essen war nicht viel besser. Nachdem mir gesagt wurde, dass sie ausgebucht seien (und ich schließlich ausgebucht hatte), war kaum jemand da und es gab keine Atmosphäre und einen halbherzigen Service. Die Getränke sind einfach. Bier und warmer Wein am Buffet in Plastikbechern, das einzige Glas gibt es im A-la-carte-Restaurant. Sogar in der Ocean Bar gab es Plastikbecher, aber das Personal dort lächelte tatsächlich und war freundlich und machte halbwegs anständige Cocktails. Es ist ein langweiliges Hotel mit langweiligem Essen und ohne Atmosphäre. Sehr veraltet mit unhöflichem und desinteressiertem Personal. Vielleicht ist es in den Sommermonaten besser??? Ich bezweifle es irgendwie. Ich bin viel gereist und kann ehrlich sagen, dass dies der schlechteste Kundenservice und die schlechteste Kompetenz in einem Hotel war, den ich je erlebt habe.

We hotels heart lies in its staff! The hotels area is big and complicated, also it is somehow old and shows basic equipment. There are many employees who maintain the hotel and everybody is helpful and friendly, for instance the ladies at the reception who helped us a lot when we had a problem with our room and the guys at the restaurants & bars. The food at the buffets is good. Fresh salads bar and desserts. If you re going to choose fast food, dont expect much. Same for the wine. In conclusion, it is enjoyable. Has perfect location next to sea. Try to got a room in the backside, where it is calmer. And be good to the staff, they will be good to you.

Great choice if you are looking for an all-inclusive. Great selection of food and entertainment options. Close enough to the main streets but far enough away that it isn't loud. I highly recommend checking out Old Town Albufeira as well while you're in town.

Below average hotel - the “all inclusive” (doesnt even include coffee at the main bar…) is runned down. We were missing towels one day, and had sheets put on that had yellow pee spots. Of all the nice places in Albufeira, would definitely never stay here again. Considering that Muthu seems to be a common hotel here, it really is below average.

Need to change hotel which was further to the beach and the check was slow they take 20 minutes to find my reservation , the hotel is overflow with british who are drunk all night and scream and fight in the hotel I couldn’t sleep the room are so run down
