Stayed for 4 nights in a self catering apartment which was great! I was abit apprehensive about this hotel as the price was very cheap, so wasn't sure what to expect however was pleasantly surprised with the room which was very clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pools as water was too cold in April. Location was good, was walking distance to the old and new towns. We booked a boat excursion to explore the caves and dolphin spotting which was absolutely amazing and a must see!

Tolles adult hotel,wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht, das war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Den Strand haben wir nicht genutzt waren 10 Tage mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs. Es gibt tolle Strände und Buchten an der Algarve.

Arrived on our first family holiday with our baby booked 1 bedroom pool view apartment. It was ready on our arrival and as described very clean and comfortable. A number of days our dream holiday turned into nightmare….. it was 4.28am and we were woken by those who were staying in the room above us laughing, jumping around, moving furniture it continued for over an hour as it was our first disturbance and sounded like a few young girls we gave them the benefit of doubt that was was going to be a once off… the following night not a sound however my god did they make up for it the following night/early morning it started at 5:45am our baby woke and my husband had no option but to go to reception however it continued. After breakfast I went to reception to speak with management again explained my grievance only to be asked if I wanted to change room now due to fact it was no fault of ours and traveling with a baby I genuinely did not see why we as a family should move room (I would be of the option the party causing the problem should be moved) !!! We received no satisfaction from reception apology was given. On returning to our apartment later that afternoon there was a printed apology along with 3 apples 3 oranges and bottle of water for inconvenience we had suffered… whilst we appreciated there token it genuinely didn’t make up for the disturbances. Unfortunately I won’t be returning

Schönes Hotel, sehr nahe an 2 Stränden, Spazierweiterung zu *****, aber nicht so nah, dass Sie alle Parteien hören können! Zimmer war schön, cocktails sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und willkommen! Nur etwas würde ich weniger kommentieren, dass 5/5 Es gab fast keine veganischen Optionen am Frühstück, was schämend war, da wir für das Frühstück bezahlt hatten und ich nicht viel essen konnte! Jedenfalls anders als dieses wunderbare Hotel, wird sicherlich hier wieder bleiben!

Hatte ein tolles Wochenwetter war nicht aber die Unterhaltung und Mitarbeiter Jonas, Julio und Brenda machten den Urlaub in das, was es sollte sein sicherlich werden zurück gehen sehr freundig Hotel viele verschiedene Aktivitäten jeden Tag verschiedene Arten von Lebensmitteln

Das Zimmer war zwar mit allen Einrichtungen bequem, einschließlich einer Safe, deren Gebühr nicht zurückerstattet werden konnte {Warum} . Der Duschekubik war so jung, dass man nicht ohne den Fächer umdrehen kann. Wir beschwerten uns und sie waren genügend freundlich, uns ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten. Eine große Geste des Hotelmanagers, kam sie persönlich zu entschuldigen. Sehr zentral gelegen und das alte Büropersonal war großartig.

Wir sind für 8 Tage im NAU Atlantico mit Freunden gewesen. Zuerst zu den positiven Punkten; + grosszügige Zimmer (hatten eigentlich Meeresblick gebucht, vom Meer sahen wir nur wenig. + schöne Gartenanlage + kostenlose Parkplätze + schöner Strand ( achtung gehört nicht zum Hotel) Jetzt zu den negativen Punkten: - Begrüssung an der Rezeption lieblos und es ging ca 30 Min zum zwei Paare einzuchecken. Man hat beim Personal immer das Gefühl man stört und ist nicht willkommen - Die Bettwäsche wird erst gewechselt wenn nan reklamiert und das in einem 5 Sterne Hotel - Pools sind ganz okay, aber es liegt oft Abfall um die Liegestühlen seit Tagen herum und wird nicht weggeräumt. -Aschenbecher gibt es auch keine welche an die Liegeplätze genommen werden können, die Gäste schmeissen die Zigarettenstummel ins Gebüsch. Es könnte so einfach sein. - Personal in den Restaurants sind nicht motiviert, die einzigen welche Freude an der Arbeit hatten war der Herr am Pancake Corner so wie die junge Dame welche sehr gut Englisch konnte und immer draussen an den Tischen gearbeitet hat. Bei den restlichen Leuten hatte man das Gefühl man stört. - Beim Frühstück in einem 5 Sterne Haus erwartet man schon das dem Gast der Kaffee gebracht wird, nix da musste man jeden Tag anstehen für Kapselkaffee. -Am Pool gab es auch keinen Service welcher Getränke offeriert und von platz zu Platz ging, wir mussten immer an die Bar bestellen gehen und die Getränke hohlen. Nur an einem Tag hat ein junger Mann gefragt ob wir was trinken möchten. So kann man Geld auch verlieren. Insgesamt kann ich einfach nur zwei Punkte geben, da es in keiner weise ein 5 Stern Hotel ist und an der Gastfreundschaft und Service muss das Hotel noch mehr Gas geben um sich 5 Sterne Hotel nennen zu dürfen.

Booked a 3-night twin room to attend a friend's lecture in Lagoa. The hotel, or better, motel is excellent for those on wheels, not for those on foot. If you have disabilities find another town in the Algarve. Some sets of stairs do not have rails, you have to go round the entrance to physically 'get in'. The reception has only 1 staff member when off-season, be prepared and do it all online. Forget questions about taxis, transportation, and restaurant advice is really subjective. The room was very comfortable, the second door to a set of stairs (curled) with direct access to the car park/entry of the hotel area was not. Cold and humidity pass through the doors (front door leading to corridor inside as well), as doors need maintenance. Breakfast is good and varied, for all tastes, except gluten-free options. Internet signal very weak, had to use phone data package. Check-in is only at 4pm. Pro's. besides what I already mentioned: bus terminal 5 min walk, good restaurants each way 5 min walk (one is just next door), supermarket passing the roundabout, beds very comfortable. You can walk to the centre (10 min walk) but the town is without interest, unless you are there for an event, for those on foot, you can stay here and get to know other nearby cities in the Algarve by bus, as the terminal is so close, and it is not expensive to go around by bus.
