Hotel Boulevard

Hotel is very good , near to everything , food is delicius , personal very proffesional , especially receptionist and manager are kindly . Cleaning staff are very very good . Everybody are very helpfull and worker on the hotels beach is a fantastic . Its possible to see football on TV during the evening /night and its very quite during the nights . Its just a couples of minutes to go to the harbour or to the center of Alanya and i will recommend this hotel to everyone who like Alanya

This hotel is for younger people, no children, there is no animation program. I was here with a friend and we enjoyed it very much. Not far from the hotel there is a promenade where there are discos, bars, shops, 100% entertainment. The beach is across the road from the hotel, it's a great location. The food is good, everyone has something to choose from. Meat every day, lots of vegetables, desserts. The service is very nice, they help with everything, no problems. The pool bar is great, but the alcohol is not 100% alcohol. The pool is beautiful :) Warm water. I recommend for young people who want to have fun. This hotel is not suitable for families with children. We will be back here next month and then next year :) Thank you Hotel Boulevard for a wonderful vacation :) Simona a Míša :))

We were on holiday with our 1.5 year old child and this hotel is recommended for families but we can't say same! The hotel's outdoor area is small and small children can't walk alone unless you want them to fell into the pool. In the secluded corner behind the hotel was a really old playground that couldn’t even be used. In the hotel lobby, one employee woman was really rude. Pushed to buy a safebox for the holiday because "it's only 14 euros for a week" We didn't take a safebox so she just blurt that the hotel wouldn't replace your lost items. A few days later, she asked us to the front desk and took a bed sheet from the bag and said we had ruined their sheet. There was something dark on the sheet that hadn’t left for washing and she wanted us to pay 10 euros in compensation. We didn’t know where the darkening had come from, maybe the slippers of a small child. We argued for a moment with the woman when she said this is not her problem we have to pay. In the end, she called ahead and the answer was that they would try to wash the sheet again and if the sheet did not clean then we would have to pay. A day later another woman asked us at the reception and said that the sheet is not clean and they give us a discount but we have to pay 8 euros. We paid. When we were going to the pool area and we had our own towels brought from home, the woman immediately attacked us to see if the towels were from hotel, you were not allowed to take them to the pool. The head of the restaurant hall was also horrible. He ran all the other waiters and argued with one employee. We were at the next table when the restaurant manager rebuked the employee in front of all the other employees and customers and drove the employee out. The way he treated the waiters was horrible to look at! We never want to support this kind of mistreatment and humiliation of employees! After all that, he presented her clients with "I'm such a best friend" -awful. The soundproofing is really bad, you can hear others talking about the room and the hallways and the cars on the big road are really loud. The waiters were nice, friendly and helpful. The cleaners were also lovely and friendly The chef was also wonderful! Food was ok and changed every day. No fruits at all... And the "cake time" was ridiculous. The range of alcoholic beverages was really narrow. They couldn’t make any all inclusive cocktails themselves, they didnt know any cocktails. The hotel had only one high chair for a small child. I don't think we'll come to this hotel again with the kids or even with out kids.

Vriendelijk personeel, hygiënisch. Niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen. Bedden liggen niet top, daartegen hotel op toplocatie. Nog geen 10 minuten lopen van centrum. Ik zou iets kunnen vertellen over het eten, maar doe dat liever niet. Ieder zo zijn smaak. Wij zijn na 4 dagen buiten de deur gaan eten. Aanraders zijn : ottomans bbq restaurant Oba, Mexicaans restaurant 2 straten verder dan hotel. Galipo in Tosmur. De pizza's bij Horizon Otel. De lunch op Aliya 1. Enz.

Ik had een vakantie geboekt via corendon. Dit is overigens mijn 2e vakantie via hun. Bij aankomst in het hotel , zag je gelijk al dat de foto’s van corendon niet kloppen , met hoe het hotel er werkelijk uit ziet. Het hotel was heel erg oud en ook gewoon smerig. Denk hierbij aan schimmel op de zwembad tafeltjes. Drinken uit plastic bekers zonder rietjes. Zo was de fanta 9/10 keer gewoon dood geslagen. Nu het ergste gedeelte ik heb 8/9 dagen lang onder “vieze” dekens geslapen. Pas toen ik gemeld heb bij de receptie dat ik nog steeds onder mijn vieze lakens sliep. Werd dit verschoont en toen ineens elke dag ook. Handdoeken waar ik 3 x per dag mee douchte, gooide ik op de grond bij het douche putje. DEZE VIEZE HANDDOEKEN WERDEN GEWOON OPGEHANGEN OM TE DROGEN OP HET BALKON. OOK daarmee kon ik mij dus gewoon weer mee douchen 🤢. Dan het verschrikkelijke bar personeel, dat de hele dag naar gasten aan het kijken is, niet tot geen Engels spreken. Personeel van het restaurant super vriendelijk. Maar ook daar gaat het mis , als je een all inclusief vakantie boekt. En er is zo weinig keus aan eten. En wat er ligt dat ook gewoon niet lekker was. Al met al deze vakantie heeft ons genoeg gekost. En helaas hebben wij 13 dagen lang 3 x per dag buiten de deur gegeten en gedronken. Gewoon geen sfeer in het hotel , geen entertainment. Het zit gedeelte waar je kan “ snacken “ daar ruik je de gehele dag verse katten drollen. Stoeltjes + tafels vol schimmel. Overal onkruid. Tuin word niet onderhouden. Nu denk je vast kan het nog erger ? JA DAT KAN. Je denkt veilig een complete vakantie reis te boeken bij corendon. Onze vakantie begon 31-08. De vrijdag erop kregen wij een mailtje dat onze vlucht tijden veranderd waren. Dus wij zouden 12/09 om 09:00 landen in Rotterdam. Maar dat werd ineens 19:45. Wij hadden xl stoelen geboekt die zijn €20 per persoon ivm de beenruimte. Maar omdat er dus ineens 2 vluchten samen gevoegd werden, waren die stoelen overboekt. Ik heb dus regulieren stoelen kunnen betalen opnieuw. En wacht nog steeds tot ik mijn €40 terug krijg Het fijne is alleen dat er gewoon 0 reactie op is. Maar we zijn er nog niet onze vlucht vertrok dus 12/09 om 14:20 Turkse tijd. Wij kwamen 19:45 aan in Rotterdam ! WIJ HADDEN NOG EEN TUSSEN LANDING IN MAASTRICHT. Zonder dat dit ook maar ergens vermeld stond. Wij hebben dus op die luchthaven +60 minuten kunnen wachten. Dit is voor mij zeer zeker de laatste keer dat ik boek via corendon Al met al heeft het ons +€400 extra gekost voor eten + drinken buiten het hotel Datum van ervaring: 31 augustus 2022

Возможно внимание персонала даже более чем 😍👍. Маленький уютный отельчик ! Nice me💓 если интернет не очень но мы же отдыхаем ..…отложите телефон расслабьтесь. Все дела сделала когда нужен был интернет.
