Das Hotel ist sehr gut, das Personal ist ausgesprochen professionell, besonders die Betreuung im Speisesaal durch Herrn Arbaz war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück und das Abendbuffet waren sehr abwechslungsreich. Guter Wein, besonders empfehlenswert die Roof top Bar

In diesem Hotel ist einfach alles perfekt. Die Zimmer, der Servive mit dem sehr freundlichen Personal und ein ausgezeichnetes Essen. Auch ist es der perfekte Ausgangsort für den Besuch des Taj Mahal Vielen Dank für alles. Vielleicht komme ich wieder.

Schlimmes Hotel. Hatte vor 30 oder mehr Jahren mal eine Daseinsberechtigung, jetzt nicht mehr. Internet-was ist das? ach ja die WLAN - Anzeige ist da-das war’s auch! Unfreundliches und unwilliges Personal. Kaffee dauerte 2“ Minuten oder Selbstbedienung Lokaler Weißwein plötzlich ausverkauft- keine Alternative erhältlich außer teuren importierten Europäischen Wein… Personal hatte überhaupt keine Lust aber dank des TajMahal ist der Job sicher. Einfach schlecht und mit meinen Worten: runtergeranzt

Wir waren für 2 Tage hier. Das Zimmer war schön, sauber und sehr hell und ruhig. Gute Matratzen. Alles da was *** braucht. Halt ein 5 Sterne Hotel.Auch die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war okay, wenn auch etwas unpersönlich. Im Hotel war sehr viel los und wir sind in dem Trubel irgendwie untergegangen. Was wirklich nicht auf 5 Sterne Niveau war, ist das Restaurant in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wurde. Hier hat sich wirklich niemand gekümmert, obwohl genug Personal vorhanden war. Die Tische nicht neu eingedeckt worden. Keine Servietten, kein Besteck. Alles mußte *** sich an anderen Tischen zusammen suchen. Das geht gar nicht und das haben wir so in Indien auch noch nicht erlebt. Das Buffet war ausreichend und es gab alles was zu einem Frühstück braucht. Wir haben allerdings nicht im Restaurant zu Abend gegessen sondern nur gefrühstückt.

Bei unserem zweiten Besuch im Clark’s Shiraz in Agra möchte ich hier nur das Spa Center bewerten. Wir haben während unserer Rundreise mehrere Massagen in verschiedenen Hotels gebucht in diesem Hotel hatten wir mit großem Abstand die beste Ayurvedic Massage. Es war einfach nur traumhaft. Wir haben gleich einen zweiten Termin gebucht und haben dafür gerne die Silvesterparty verpasst. Es war einfach traumhaft. Besonders bedanke ich mich bei Shivam der mich mit einer besonders ausgewogenen kraftvollen und entspannten Massage begeistert hat Vielen Dank

links vom Eingang kann *** lesen wann der Grundstein gelegt wurde. *** sieht dem Hotel und den Zimmern das Alter an. Der Service ist dagegen sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Vielfältig, sowohl indisch aber auch etwas international. Ansonsten ist das ein großes Hotel. Wenn sie ein Zimmer im linken Turm bekommen müssen Sie an den Inhouse Geschäften vorbei. Die Verkäufer sprechen sie permanent an. Irgendwann nervt es. Wählen sie kein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Haupteingang. gleich daneben ist der Bereich für die Warenanlieferung. Diesen Logistikverkeht hören Sie Nachts. Die Fenster sind nunmal nicht dicht....scheinbar auh Baujahr 1961

wer ein Kasten ohne Emotionen sucht ist hier Richtig. Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht. Auf Anfrage wurde mir "erklärt", dass das so richtig sei. Wir werden einen Ersatz bringen. WiFi geht mal und dann mal nicht. Personal freundlich nützt aber nichts

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf unserer Rundreise durch Indien hier. Schade eigentlich. Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, das Personal ist freundlich, auch wenn die Englischkenntnisse teilweise verbesserungswürdig sind. Aber irgendwie hat *** sich dann schon verständigt... :-) Essen im Restaurant sehr gut, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Top!

This is a large 80’s style hotel set across spacious gardens close to all Agra has to offer. Large, palatial marble lined foyer with expansive hallways. Good sized, plush room with a/c and ceiling fan. Room has a fridge,safe, writing desk and two lounge chairs. Air conditioning struggled to get the room temperature below 23C but the ceiling fan was helpful. Water pressure was weak. We utilised the laundry services, which were quick, proficient and good value. The buffet restaurant was good quality - particularly the breakfast and dinner. As commented on earlier, the building is vast but both the upstairs bar and the buffet restaurant were both surprisingly small, making getting seating sometimes a challenge. They are currently undertaking some renovation works, which is happening quite unobtrusively, so I hope they remedy this in their refurbishment. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Excellent service by The Hotel Good ambiance in outside and indoor Food is Nice .suggesting please separate the counter for vegetarian and Non Vegetarian Food. Interior Design is amazing in hotel rooms Cleaning and housekeeping services is Good by

Long review but definitely worth the read if you are serious about coming here !! Excellent service from the staff unlike anything you had before. View was amazing. Wide range of lovely food. No dangerous insects or animals on land. Hotel in General constantly being cleaned. Fresh food cooked everyday. Once again superb staff. Me and my husband just came back and all I can say is Woww.... 👌 👍 😍 🥰 The first thing I would like to point out are the staff to be perfectly honest they make our 20th wedding anniversary as perfect as it was. From the moment we arrived they treated us like royalty. There was never a point throughout the holiday where they treated us any differently.They were genuinely interested in what you had to say and every day whether to be breakfast or dinner they would come up to ask how your day had been and you are having a nice time. A special shout out to ankit, arbaaz, satyam.every one in restaurant 😀 👌 all the Chef who prepare good food and nice Masala omletes for us. Big thanks to Mr MANOJ who treated us like family. Very good hospitality. He waited on us at night time and would always take our plate of food Once we'd gone up to the buffet and choose what we wanted and would then walked back to the table and would carry himself so we could go and sit down and serve it to us. Every day he welcomed us with smile 😃 Room was very cleaned full of amenities Thank to the young boy whom I forgot his name. Thanks to Tomar who welcomed us and help to carry our shopping bags everyday. My heartiest thank to Mr Amulya Kakkar who give us the opportunity to have our special dinner in Mughal restaurant for our wedding Anniversary which was a lifetime sweet memory 😊 ❤️ No words can describe our satisfaction in this hotel we came to stay for one night and end to 6 night. We spend 26 days in india 🇮🇳 believe us It's one of the best 5 star resort we stayed in. 10/10. Fully recommended 👌 👍 Thank Chiraz Hotel for this memorable stay. First visit at clarks Shiraz the stay was very nice we had an amazing time with the family☺️ Rooms were very nice we got the rooms as per our preference also the food was cherry on top all the buffet items were good and the options available were fabulous ☺️ We really appreciate and recommend the hotel to friends and family Best staycation☺️

A hotel with quite a good price-to-value ratio. Room, service and breakfast were quite good. The location is comparably quite and well suited for doing sightseeing and exploring the city. A good and reasonable choice when you go for Agra..

Last hotel on a tour of India, and probably the best. Huge room, very modern hotel, clean and tidy. Be prepared for it being busy, can be a little hectic especially getting a lift as all the tours seem to arrive at the same time. Buffett good with plenty of selection, great location for visiting the Taj Mahal
