Absolutely awesome service and all rounded personal experience. Staff are very invisible yet ever present and attentive. All the service is with a broad smile and politeness that melts you away. It’s my second stay here and I didn’t think they could top my previous experience but they did so, effortlessly. Staff and management treat you like close loved family and no request is too much for them. A taste of authentic Moroccan cuisine is served at every meal with choice of sitting in the garden, in restaurant, rooftop or poolside. If you want tranquility and first class genuine service, this is the place to stay. It’s away from hustle and bustle of inner city yet close enough for city dash. A walk around the gardens and the neighbourhood brings a feeling of home away from home. Very peaceful and sensual. Definitely returning again.

From the moment we were welcomed by Sana we were treated like royalty. The suite we stayed in El Mamoun was exquisite, beautifully decorated and furnished in the traditional style. The young women who looked after us were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us with a gentle demeanor which we loved. The food was delicious, they even catered for one of us who has food intolerances. The grounds and pool area are delightful. It was paradise, a peaceful sanctuary where we enjoyed every moment of this luxury. I would recommend this Riad 100%. We will definitely return. Thank you Sana and your lovely ladies for all you did for us, we were sad to leave

After three days in the Medina this certainly was where you would want to be. The stars of this Riad are the staff followed by the peaceful location. The staff were friendly and attentive but never intrusive and as our flight was later in the afternoon and it was quiet allowed us to keep the room until then. Good location to visit the Atlas Mountains. The hotel organised a driver for us to spend a day there and we had a lovely time. Any regrets? Wish we had stayed a few more days and the spa was closed for a couple of weeks for decoration sadly but they would have recommended one close to us.

First time visiting Morroco and stayed at Riad Cle de sol for 5 nights. The staff are exceptional, very welcoming and kind. Tranquil and peaceful environment with variety of private spaces to relax. Food was available at all times. Clean and exquisite decor. I highly recommend and will visit again.

I travel a lot for both work and pleasure and have been fortunate enough to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world. Cle De Sol though, is in a class of its own. I can't thank the wonderful 'family' at Riad Cle De Sol enough! Mr. Khalid and the very lovely Sanaa, Saoud and team each went over and above anything I might have expected, making very sure that my son Suleiman and I had a relaxing but still adventurous holiday. There is something beautiful to see everywhere one might look - the gardens, the pool, the artwork, all of it is exquisite. The food is excellent too - I highly recommend the chicken tagine - and the locally grown fruits and vegetables are seriously good. It's about 40mins drive into the main square, (driver Muhammad will get you there safely), which is bustling and dusty, but well worth repeat visits, for the atmosphere, the bargains and the particularly wonderful food at Stall One. I will certainly return!

We spent 9 days in this wonderful place. We have been treated like kings. The place is beautiful, the staf is more than nice and Khalid the owner, is really great. Everything was perfect. Room beautiful, food great. The place to be to visit both Marrakech and the Ourika valley, and the Atlas.

This is an awesome place to stay. Great views of the Atlas Mountains, star gazing and spectacular sunrise and sunsets. We were treated like royalty. Unimaginable personal attention and my wife’s birthday & our anniversary treats we’re jaw dropping - absolute gem. The whole team were really really great. You’re left feeling like you’re the only one staying there - such personal service and attention to details. Despite short notice booking the experience and service was beyond expectations. Mr Khalid & his team literally give you the place and it’s just another home away from home! Enjoy a trip up the Atlas, walk around the Road gardens among olive trees and meet the tortoises. Don’t forget to try the hammam, visit Ourika, & Aghmat old city!

The Riad is so beautiful, lots of well decorated rooms, spectacular garden with lots of areas to enjoy in this amazing peaceful place. The staff are fantastic, nothing is any trouble. The food was amazing, lots to choose from. I highly recommend staying here and enjoy the tranquility Cle De Sol offers

I don’t like to give negative reviews but maybe once this was a 5 star but it isn’t any longer . Poor shower facilities and fittings and frayed worn towels and little in way of toiletries. This maybe hypercritical but remember this is meant to be a 5 star establishment. Add to this the worn and tatty pool furniture, lack of wardrobe and storage space, a pool with flies taking more space than you can as an individual and the stars rapidly fall away. I thought 5 star hotels had a fixed room safe and a fridge. No luck here, if you want a fridge you have to use the hotels kitchen and if you want a safe they bring you one. Unfortunately they don’t seem to get that if they can bring you a safe (which is in itself secure) then it can be removed by the same method. ( i.e. under your arm). Restaurant was cosy but the food again was only average, very limited menu with minuscule wine list. I could go on but this really was disappointing and didn’t live up to expectations. Finally a positive the bed was comfortable.
