Die Leute, die im Hotel arbeiten, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit (außer an der Rezeption).
Leider ist das Buchungssystem veraltet, wodurch es für das Personal unklar ist, welche Zimmer frei und sauber sind. Leider hatten wir und viele andere Gäste mit Überbuchungen zu kämpfen. Wir mussten während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthalts 3 Mal umziehen.
Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber okay. Auf Wunsch kann eine zusätzliche Reinigung durchgeführt werden, wir haben uns entschieden, zusätzliche Reinigungsprodukte und Toilettenpapier selbst zu kaufen. Es gab überall viele Ameisen (in allen Räumen, in denen wir waren).
Die Lage ist schön, in der Nähe eines kleinen Einkaufszentrums und der Promenade entlang der Küste. Leider grenzen einige Zimmer an 2 Bars/Restaurants an, die bis ca. 03:00 Uhr sehr laute Livemusik spielen. Meiner Meinung nach sollten diese Zimmer für Leute geschlossen werden, die das Hotel besuchen, um auch zu schlafen. Schlafen ist in diesen Räumen unmöglich.

Hotel is in good location very near to the beach, staff were friendly and no real problems with the room, I didn't eat in the hotel so I'm not sure what the food was like but would I stay again, might do but it was a bit of a trek to the room.

Dès notre arrivée, on trouve qu'il n ya pas d'appartement disponible, on nous propose deux studios sachant qu'on est deux adultes et deux enfants un de 10 ans et l'autre de 2 ans. Alors qu'à la réservation on a bien choisi un appartement.
Après 3 nuits il nous trouve enfin un appartement où l'évier est bouché, plusieurs lampes qui ne marchaient pas , beaucoup de cafards.
On réclamait cela chaque jour pour réparation.... Mais rien.
Aucune communication, aucune réactivité.
On a réclamé à la femme de ménage, au agents de la réception à chaque fois, et chaque jours, (sachant qu'on a réservé 10 nuits) et toujours rien.
On a quitté l'hôtel aujourd'hui et rien de cela n'a été réparé.
Service nul.
Propreté zéro
Communication zéro
Et équipements n'en parlant pas.
Je ne le recommande pas.

Do not make the mistake we did. Just because it was cheap compared to other local ones truss me spend the money elsewhere. Normally we stay at Anezi hotel but this time we booked this as it was cheaper. We got there and the receptionist and colleagues were so rude speaking in their own country and tryna take more money from us at check in. She didn’t wanna show us the rooms before hand either and after reading other rooms I clearly know why. The hygiene from this place is disgusting bugs everywhere lights don’t work in the toilet and they don’t clean the toilets either. This place has no AC and you would think they do as it’s a hot country and every other hotel has it but they don’t. Needs renovations asap or it needs closing. DO NOT BOOK HERE PLS!! Spend a bit extra and book Hamilton hotel, Anezi hotel or Argana hotel they’re rlly good.

I've had a very pleasant stay at the Tagadirt, with a nice room that also has had a good WiFi connection, some rooms don't, but luckily we got one that does. The hotel itself has a very nice atmosphere with a beautiful style in which it is built, even though the ways to the reception can be quite long. The rooms are equipped according to their price. It's all a bit older but it's clean and it works. Staff is very nice and helpful, but they've clearly got friends who own a taxi business which is why they tell you not to get a bus to Marrakech but rather go by private transfer, which is very expensive. Don't listen to them in that instance. The pool is nice and clean, but in the high-season might be a bit small for my liking. I'm sure if they've got an investor for this place and they just renewed the rooms it'd be a very good hotel that could also easily bump up prices.
