Volle Punktzahl, neue Zimmerausstattung, freundlicher Service. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Lage. Nachteile: Die Türkarte ist zweimal kaputt gegangen, die Mahlzeiten im Hotel waren zu teuer, die Prämie zu hoch. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beim Catering war nicht gut.

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber die Serviceeinrichtungen sind alle ok. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass der Preis wirklich zu teuer ist

Die Zimmerausstattung ist gut, muss aber modernisiert werden. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist nicht besonders gut. Einmal mussten wir früher kommen, und es wurde kein Lunchpaket vorbereitet (15 US-Dollar zusätzlich). Das Frühstück war dasselbe, was unverschämt teuer war. In der Lobby gibt es Kuchen auf Tellern und mit Zangen (keine Willkommensmenüs), aber dafür werden 15 US-Dollar pro Stück berechnet, was unverschämt teuer ist. Denken Sie daran! Alles im Hotel kostet Geld. Fragen Sie, bevor Sie etwas verlangen.

Auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, es lohnt sich wiederzukommen!

Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe beim Flughafen. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von einem Stadthotel erwarten kann. Alles ist sehr grosszügig. Im Hotel herrscht reger Betrieb und es hat auch Einheimische zu Gast. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Das Hyatt Regency ist ein schönes, modernes Hotel direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten kann. Dir Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, und der Geschäftsführer ist jederzeit ansprechbar.

Like most Hyatt Regencies, this hotel is quite solid and does the job well, being functional and good value for the money. As Globalists we were upgraded upon arrival to a suite. There was nothing wow about it and it was rather on the small side, but it was convenient having 1.5 bath and there were nice views from Meskel Square from our room. Breakfast was excellent, not only the restaurant was an inviting venue, but the food selection was on par with some of the best hotels in Asia and the Middle East. Happy hour in the club lounge was the lone weak point of this hotel in my opinion - the food was slim pickings. Service throughout the hotel was very good. Perhaps part of it was that staff do not often see young children as guests in this hotel which is more of a business hotel than a holiday destination. That said, it was quite striking that many staff were very friendly with our daughters, more so than in other places we have travelled to. The General Manager of the hotel was also visible and active, interacting with guests and with staff. He set the tone right and was a good example for staff to follow. Overall I am not a great fan of the HR brand in general because it can be a bit bland, but this hotel is quite good for what it is that I would have no hesitation returning.

We opted for a brief holiday, i am glad we settled in this fine establishment. All round perfection, MaashaAllah. Beautiful suite, great breakfast spread, room service and very supportive staff. The hotel is within town area and close to many amenities. They have a great spa to top it off.

From walking into the reception, to packing out your luggage is but a small part of the journey you are to start.Sit outside,close your eyes,hear the birds, this is Africa. Enjoyed the food, courtyard, and most of all the friendly staff, Tnx
