Stayed here during the Meskel holidays. Checking in took some time (2 hours of waiting) since we had no choice but to go to the hotel early before the roads close. Place has modern amenities that made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is okay, a good selection for vegans and health conscious alike.

房間設施不錯，但是需要更新 飯店早餐不是很好，且有一天要提早也不能準備餐盒（要另外收15美金）含早餐一樣，非常離譜 大廳有蛋糕放盤子與夾子（不是迎賓餐點）而是要收費的，一份15美金，非常離譜的貴 記住！飯店什麼都要錢，要東西前先詢問一下

房間小了點，但服務設施這些都很ok。唯一不足，價格確實太貴了

早餐也很豐富，值得再次入住！

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe beim Flughafen. Es bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man von einem Stadthotel erwarten kann. Alles ist sehr grosszügig. Im Hotel herrscht reger Betrieb und es hat auch Einheimische zu Gast. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Das Hyatt Regency ist ein schönes, modernes Hotel direkt im Zentrum der Stadt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten kann. Dir Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, und der Geschäftsführer ist jederzeit ansprechbar.

My experience at Hyatt was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was seamless and impressive. The staff were always smiling, super helpful, and extremely professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or assistance with amenities, they were always eager to help. The hotel's atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff's positivity was contagious. I felt valued and appreciated throughout my stay. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency for its exceptional service, outstanding staff, and unbeatable hospitality.

The best hotel in Addis Ababa, bar none! The service and staff are excellent! The rooms, pool/gym and restaurants are all fantastic and meet high standards. The hotel's location is centrally located to many of the city's attractions and having parking on site made things easier for me. I've really come to enjoy this property and I'm sure many visitors to Addis will enjoy it as well. JG.

I am compelled to share my utterly horrific experience at the Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa, which left my daughter and me feeling profoundly violated and disrespected. On March 31, 2025, a security staff member committed a reprehensible act of molestation by grabbing my breasts with the palms of their hands and squeezing them, and then repeating this heinous behaviour towards my daughter as we passed through the security area. This incident was not only deeply distressing but also a grave breach of personal safety and dignity. What was equally appalling was the hotel management's response. When I reported the incident, the manager callously questioned the validity of my account, ignored my questions, and refused to provide their complaints procedures. Instead, he raised his voice, further exacerbating our distress. This unprofessional behaviour is a stark reflection of the hotel's lack of accountability and commitment to guest safety. Warning to Future Guests: This hotel is not safe for women or anyone seeking a secure environment. I strongly recommend that future guests seek alternative accommodations where safety and respect are prioritized. The Hyatt Regency Addis Ababa's failure to protect its guests is a stark reminder of the need for vigilance when choosing a hotel.

The beddings very clean keep it up including the house Keeping staff and tea break staff was spot on which led to the safest and well cared room and safe away from home the house Keeping staff must be recommended for the job well done and making the stay the very good experience.

I have been in Hyatt Regency hotel since opening and I have never seen a good server like Michael from the lobby,specially the special ginger that he make with turmeric was amazing and I recommend every gust this special tea which is good for health.keep the good job Mike.
