My room was very small with no balcony. The lobby is very small and one of the lift was not working.

The room was big and comfortable. The pool was small but clean and well kept. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The location is right next to a few banks, shops and the metro is within 5 minutes walk. The area felt very safe as it’s nearby some embassies. The only thing that was not great was the elevator. It was extremely slow, you had to always push both up and down for it to arrive on your floor. So most times you’d go to then go down. And I did get stuck in the elevator once with a few other people. They did get us our rather quickly though. They are renovating so hopefully soon their new elevator will be operational.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location. Please fix the elevator and make sure the wifi doesn't drop out every 5 minutes, it's impossible to work.

Located in one of the safest area in cdmx , the room is spacious and neated. Also with a balcony inside . It is a comfortable stay for me .

房間不大，但對我來説也足夠了。提供了毛巾，香皂，沐浴露，洗髮水，身體乳，吹風機，紙巾等。拖鞋和牙膏牙刷需要自備。追上的礦泉水寫着收費，但打掃人員會免費贈予你水喝，如果不行，去外面購買也很方便。 我認為這個酒店地點不錯，看起來是繁華地段，臨近改革大道，周圍有很多便利店和飯店，處於一個比較漂亮安全的街道。價格也不錯，總之是性價比很高的酒店。

不錯的飯店，不錯的選擇。房間很大，在墨西哥城的酒店比較中算是硬件設施不錯的了，非常難得。 位置很不錯，是墨城的市中心，去哪裡都會非常的方便。

設施：非常老舊，沒有窗户 服務：服務比較冷漠，遇到的前台也不會英語 房間非常小，窗户是打不開的，但是半夜連隔壁拉拉鍊的聲音都可以聽到，窗外警車呼嘯聲不斷，還有小孩哭，路過的人的説話聲， 還好衹定了一天，第二天果斷搬走。

酒店比較舊，但是位置不錯，在ZONA ROSA，很安全，街上都是警察，邊上餐飲比較多，即使晚上也可以出去，每次出差都住這個酒店

酒店位置非常好，周邊有很多中餐廳，唯一的問題就是酒店的網絡非常差，需要自己準備自己的流量上網，離機場25分鐘車程

墨城住了5個酒店，這家是最差的一個，兄弟們能幫一個是一個： 1.一般酒店15點check in，好點的酒店還可以提前入住。這裏説由於打掃原因，16點才check in。 2.房間靠街，吵的要命，5天晚上沒怎麼睡過整覺。 3.房間抽水馬桶壞的，一直沖水，叫人叫不來，最後自己修的。 4.這麼多家酒店唯一洗髮水用完的，打掃完房間也沒有更新。打前台電話2個多小時才換。 5.餐廳借叉子，唯一不肯借的。 6.打掃房間不及時，又是打電話很久上來，僅倒垃圾。我們説要做什麼她再去做什麼。按理應該有統一標準吧。 7.陽台的燈，統一關，最少在晚上12點以後。靠陽台睡非常亮。。。 8.電梯按鈕是壞的，早上10點和下午開始裝修錘牆。 9.Google Map上的五星級酒店，前台不會講英文。 一定不會再來👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

衞生：可以 就是馬路邊邊有點聲音很大，周邊環境安全，周邊有中國餐廳食物隨便可以找到方便出行，餐廳有中國餐廳北方老闆開的。

老舊，設施老化，電梯坐着很恐怖，衞生間門關不好，唯一好處是有個陽台
