Very good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.

Das Zimmer war gut. Das Frühstück ist etwas, auf das sie wirklich arbeiten können. Der Geschmack sowie der Service. Die Ausbreitung war ok. Der Geschmack war nicht bis zum Marke. Alles hatte überschüssige Salz in ihm.

Sehr gutes Hotel zum günstigen Preis und in einem bequemen Ort gelegen. Es ist wandelbar entfernt vom Restaurant Daucus und nicht weit vom Fahrzeugstation auch, aber direkt vom Hotel ist es nicht einfach zu finden Auto oder Cab. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und der Klimaanlage ist super stark, heißes Wasser war für 24 Stunden verfügbar. In der Nacht um 11 Uhr war der Lärm von Flugen sehr laut. Das Frühstück war Südindisch-Stil-Buffet und die Qualität ist gut, aber die Restaurant-Gewerkschaften verstanden kein Englisch überhaupt. Von dem Kaffeeraum können Sie immer eine Flasche kaltes Wasser bei MRP kaufen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt großartig.

Excellent service with all modern facilities. Very comfortable rooms with amazing food. All the staffs from reception, dining, housekeeping, security, etc are well behaved and helpful. Even it’s location is great, easily reachable to city and airport as well.

I usually go to ***y different hotels due to my work but out of all my favourite will always remain vivanta. The food, hospitality, environment everything is great over here. A special thanks to Mr. Dawa for being very vigilant and making sure that we had a comfortable meal. Kudos to all the staff members, keep up the good work.

I had stayed in this hotel for two nights *****with my wife in room no 505. Primarily the hotel staffs is too lazy to respond to your needs. Few issues need to be addressed at the ***agerial level for better and satisfactory stay of the guests. Firstly, I had complained about the AC leaking inside the suite more than once, the maintenance staff did sent a mechanic to repair and look into the matter. Despite that, the AC kept on leaking the whole duration of the stay. Secondly, the stench of the bathroom was oversighted by the house keeping staffs despite briefing them personally. There were also more issues but I have covered only two basic ones. Lastly despite all these ordeal me and my wife had to go through, the staffs didn't bother to give an acknowledgement nor change my room. Due to this lack of improper service and poor staffs response, I had to shift the hotel to some place else. However, the staffs were very polite and poised during the bill payment. They charged me full amount for all the services provided by them. It is earnest request to the ***ager to be more responsive and proactively involve in training the staffs properly.

Best ever place to book. Ambience, food , rooms and staff are amazing and very professional. Would love to book this place everytime id visit gauhati. Pool is cream and the room is very quick. Gym area Is a big place with every equipment available. M very happy with the different dishes available and the taste is very good. 5 star from my end. Thank you kiranshree 😃

Stayed here a dozen times in past few years. Convenient location, clean premises, enough open space, courteous staff and great food in a restaurant with nice ambience. But this time the food and restaurant service is less than expected. Menu remained unchanged, and felt unsedfood was repeated, reused in meals. Restaurant attendents too need to be more attentive. I hope this observation was incidental on that day and attention is drawn of the management.
