Insgesamt waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt angenehm überrascht, da es unser erster Aufenthalt in dieser Hotelkette war. Die Lage war praktisch, direkt neben der A2, aber dennoch ruhig in unserem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, der Kundenservice war großartig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war so viel besser als bei den etablierteren Ketten. Es gibt auch einen unabhängigen Kaffeestand nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt. Er heißt Grounded Coffee und wir empfehlen einen Besuch. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

I stayed here with my friend & cat for the night after getting off the ferry & it did the job perfectly. Could be seen as a little bit of a sketchy area at night but that’s not the hotel that’s outside of & we still felt comfortable to walk around to the car at night so it’s not dangerous. There was just a few drunk people around. Overall we had a good stay.

This is just an average chain hotel, located at the center of Canterbury. Clean, easy, express business chian hotel. Arrival experience is not very good as the reception isn't that friendly, maybe thats typical white people culture at chai hotel. ( Ps; not trying to be racist ) Serve standard buffet breakfast. Room is clean , size is standard. What's more you ask for, if that's only $260 for 2 nights for 1 room include breakfast .

The breakfast was not great would like more variety of cereal and the percolated coffee was not nice at all apart from that the room was okay

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief schnell und effizient und das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Mein Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt und bot alles, was ich für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchte. Das kostenlose Frühstück war eine nette Geste, mit einer anständigen Auswahl an Optionen, um den Tag zu beginnen. Ich schätzte auch die günstige Lage, von der aus man die umliegenden Gebiete leicht erreichen konnte. Insgesamt war es eine komfortable und problemlose Erfahrung und ich würde in Betracht ziehen, in Zukunft wieder hier zu übernachten.

Die Zimmer waren nette, außer dass es keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer gab. Gutes Essen in Restaurant / Bar und freundliches Personal, sehr günstig. Der Pool war eine schöne Ausstattung, außer ein wenig date und zu viele Regeln, die Kindern die Genießung beschränken, kein Sprung in, kein Tauchen, keine Fotografie usw.

Das ist meine 2. Aufenthaltszeit im Best Western Hotel Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit Blick auf den Dover Strand. Es ist geräumig und fühlte sich luxuriös mit dem preisgekrönten Bad und komfortable Betten mit großzügigen Mengen von Kissen für jeden Gast. Wir buchten ein Abendmassage und wir hatten alle eine entspannende Erfahrung und es war jeden Penny wert. Wir wurden für die Behandlung, die eine Kirsche in der Spitze war, einen Rabatt gegeben.

Ich habe drei Tage in diesem wunderbaren Hotel verbracht. Ich war von der Anlage begeistert und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber und ordentlich, definitiv einen Besuch wert.

This is a very nice hotel with plenty of available parking (a small fee of £5 per night is not unreasonable). We booked a family room which had two double beds for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a huge flat screen TV, refrigerator, and a small coffee table with comfortable chairs beside the window. The bathroom was a good size with batch and shower within - the side of the bath may have been a little high for someone with mobility issues. Large reception area with plenty of seating, a coffee bar and bar nearby. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with plenty of freshly cooked food and a good array of pastries. There's also a free gym, pool, steam room and sauna. But, of course, during our two night stay, the latter three were all closed for maintenance! We booked our two nights on separate bookings due to a change of plans. This caused some confusion at reception and took a while to sort out so we didn't have to change rooms.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend, mit guten Einrichtungen, schönem zentralen Hof, reichlich kostenfreier Parkplatz und sehr freundliches Personal. Mit Chatham und dem Dockyard in der Nähe, die Lage ist hervorragend. Nicht sicher, welche Kategorie dieses Hotel einsetzen! Es ist nicht luxuriös, sondern besser als Budget. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig datiert und die TVs müssen upgrade. Die Dusche, wieder ein wenig datiert. Wir haben ein Zimmer für drei gebucht, da unser erwachsener Sohn ein Lernschwächen hat. Er war froh, dass er ein separates Schlafzimmer mit seinem eigenen, kleinen TV hatte. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Hotel ist gemütlich und ein sehr gutes Frühstück wurde im Preis enthalten. Insgesamt, guter Preis für Geld.

Ich war schon oft in diesem Hotel, im Zentrum der Stadt gelegen, sehr strategische Lage, die lebhafteste Hauptstraße von der Tür entfernt. Die Mahlzeiten im Hotel sind großartig und der Service ist gut

A well-appointed hotel in a privileged location within the Cathedral precinct. The staff were helpful with a courteous and friendly disposition. Breakfast was excellent in quantity and quality. We strongly recommend this hotel when visiting Canterbury.

Unterkünfte in schöner Holzeinstellung. Friedlich und trotz der Bäume hatte die Sonne noch glänzend. Es war an einem warmen Spritz keine Fans oder irgendwelche anderen Kühlgeräte so Glück hatten wir unsere eigenen. Auch es scheint nicht ein Telefon zu rufen Rezeption, aber sonst gut ausgestattete Unterkunft und planen, ein wenig länger nächstes Mal zu bleiben, um die Lage und Unterkunft voll zu genießen.

Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Stadt, und es ist ganz in der Nähe der Stadt zu Fuß ..... Die untere Ebene ist eine Bar und ein Restaurant, aber es ist ruhig, mit einem kleinen Fluss davor, die Zimmer sind europäisch und sauber? , und Sie können die Kathedrale sehen.... .Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, ich habe ein komplettes englisches Frühstück gewählt...

Kleine Einzelzimmer. Sauber und gemütlich. Badezimmer und Toilette ist auch sehr klein. Eine Schiebetür für das WC. Sehr nahe dem Stadtzentrum, High Street und Departement Shop. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Busterminal.

A lovely hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was faultless and we had dinner there one evening which again was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This was genuinely a wonderful and most special place. The Rocksalt Rooms are in a separate building to the Restaurant - but you check in at the latter and walk you over. Note all the streets here are cobbled, which can be slippery when wet. They are a real BoltHole as they are described, and there are only four total. 2 on 1st floor, 2 on 2nd floor, with one per floor harbour facing. I'd definitely suggest that the upgrade is worth it. The rooms are compact but exceptionally well presented. I've odd little niggles, theres no bedside of any kind - floating shelf would work, where do you put your mobile? And the metal bed frame is ornate and was loose on the footboard. The biggest challenge is where to put things. There are a few hangers on the back of the door and a small set of hooks, but not a drawer or proper place at all. I get space is a real premium here - bedside with 2 drawers all you need! The wet room is compact as everyone says. You won't keep the floor area outside the shower dry, it's not possible. The sink is a corner one with no space to place things but there is shelf in the bathroom for all your luxuries. The body wash / conditioner / hand soap / hand moisturiser are great quality. Noise - it's by the Harbour so they start early, but for us it was part of the charm of the location, the fresh fish smell was totally incredible. Breakfast is not to be missed, across in the restaurant with the best view, it's harbour side. Loved the granola, yoghurt, compote starter. I had English Breakfast as I was hungry, it was great quality but disappoining - it was more style over substance. The bacon is cooked to crispy, not my style at all but great quality. He had the Salmon & Eggs and it won hands down. Local, fresh, decent portion, on wonderful Sourdough. Luckily I was saved a bite. A point or two more - the bedside light fused the circuit and the room was plunged into darkness. Looked for fuse box, could not find. Ended up in Restsurant. They had to get keys to a location they used to own but don't now (ground floor of the Rooms building). This took a while as the keys had to be obtained. I get how this used to work, but not now - the fuse box needs moving. The if we cant fix option was check out and refund - erm no!! There is the most incredible Team member behind the Bar/ Restaurant from Bulgaria whose name I have really tsckily forgotten. For which I apologise. She is truly wonderful and made the visit for me, id return solely to see her again!!! Overall we loved Rocksalt Rooms and would return, to have dinner in the restaurant too! Das ist das vierte Mal, dass ich im Holiday Inn Express in Folkestone geblieben bin, aber die Kosten dieser Buchung waren viel höher als ich zuvor zu zahlen hatte. Das Hotel ist gut, und das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet, eröffnet um 6 Uhr, ermöglicht einen frühen Start auf Le Shuttle.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut.
