Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten vom Flughafen  entfernt. Es ist ca. 15 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es gibt eine U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe, die drei Minuten zu Fuß genug ist. Sehr bequem. Die U-Bahn ist nur sechs Stationen zum Palast.  Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß, sauber und hat ein gefärbtes Bett, genug für ein großes und deines Zimmer.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man von einem Crowne Plaza Hotel erwartet. Liegt etwas abseits des Hauptviertels, aber nur 2 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn (dem wichtigsten Fortbewegungsmittel in Madrid) entfernt. 10 Gehminuten nach Retiro und in 5-10 Gehminuten gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service provided by the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and professionalism. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed and exuded a sense of luxury. The elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail was impeccable, and I appreciated the little touches that enhanced my stay, such as the plush bathrobes and high-quality toiletries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's stunning rooftop terrace. Offering panoramic views of Madrid's skyline, it provided a breathtaking backdrop for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding while taking in the city's beauty. To start my review I will point out the positive things which were unfortunately not that many. The hotel is well located to most everything in Madrid via Metro or walking distance to all restaurants and shopping wishing the center of town. Great foodie destinations and shopping are close by, and that’s where the positive comments will stop. Upon checking in the first signs of poor service were obviously there. They mentioned that because I booked via the “App” Trip.com or other then we would not be considered like others who booked via their own site or preferred partners. The room was on the first floor and next to the housekeeper room which was non-stop and especially first thing early morning was my alarm clock at 7am everyday whilst on my vacation, so clearly not a a good thing. Second and another very important issue was the A/C which didn’t work correctly and was making noise, the room was warm and humid the whole time, I mentioned to the reception within 10min of checking in, 4 nights and nothing was done to improve or correct this issue. Any request or comment was never taken in a professional, responsible or respectful way. As I was on a well deserved vacation I didn’t want to get angry and cause more stress to myself, but I was clear that I would not let this pass without commenting on it. The breakfast was good, clean but very limited in regards to selection. When requesting your eggs as they mentioned at each table the request was always ignored and just whatever was available even cold eggs as times were sent out. I had to request each day that my eggs were to be prepared soft/runny and they usually brought out cold m, dry and overcooked. So they would give me a look when I asked to please prepare as requested and then after some time they would come back with the order as mentioned. Over all it was an effort that I don’t need or want at each stage of the interaction with staff and the facility. I will stick to my usual Usual choice which is Bonvoy group of hotels next time.

Es ist sehr günstig, in der Nähe des Flughafens zu übernachten. Ein Taxi zum Flughafen kostet etwa 20 Euro (ab 20 Euro vom Flughafen zum Hotel, 22 Euro vom Hotel zum Flughafen T4). Der Check-in an der Rezeption ist sehr langsam, man muss etwas Geduld haben ~ Andere sind sehr gut

Overall it was a good stay but, check-in time is 3pm (we requested early check-in and we were lucky to do so at around 2pm) while check out time is 12pm. We requested a late check out as we were travelling back from Segovia but had to pay and only granted until 2pm (we were back from Segovia at around 2.30-2.45). I think it is fair to be able to check out at 3pm when the check in time is 3pm but call me demanding 😥

Ich habe dieses Hotel für eine Nacht ausgewählt, um am nächsten Tag zu reisen, ich suchte etwas in der Nähe des Flughafens, die Lage gefiel mir nicht wirklich, es gibt keine Transportmöglichkeiten, es gibt nichts in der Nähe, ich würde etwas Abgeschiedeneres, aber mit bevorzugen Eine U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe, mit dem Auto schien es mir auch nicht sehr gut, ich zahle lieber etwas mehr für ein näheres und komfortableres Hotel, als so viel für den Transport auszugeben.

Große Lage, sehr schönes Frühstück, es gibt auch ein Starbucks direkt außerhalb der Enterance, die schön ist. Literalmente einen zweiminütigen Spaziergang bis Gran Via Straße, wo Sie alles finden können, was Sie möglicherweise brauchen. Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr ruhig zumindest im 5. Stock :) Im Allgemeinen würde es empfehlen und wieder kommen. Gracias Madrid!

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr bequem, das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Der Nebeneffekt war, dass das Zimmer sehr elementar und klein war. Das Badezimmer war durchschnittlich, obwohl die Dusche sehr schön war. Die allgemeinen Einrichtungen fehlen Amplitude. Die Größe des Pools ist wirklich klein. Es ist wie ein Kindespool. Der Fitnessraum ist auch sehr klein. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel, aber seine Einrichtungen könnten besser sein.

Die Wohnung war sehr zentrale in Chueca, in Spazierweiterung zum Nachtleben. Es war sauber und teuer. Die Straße ist sehr laut in der Nacht bis spät und früh am Morgen mit der Eröffnung des Cafés gerade vor.
