Der Aufenthalt war gut. Wir haben das Zimmer nicht sofort gekriegt. Es wurde um eine halbe Stunde verzögert. Dann wurden wir das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen. Der Zimmerservice war gut. Es ist nur der Empfänger hätte ein wenig mehr freundlich sein können.

The hotel pic on some travel websites is not updated. The entrance to the hotel is from the rear of the building. One has to descend into the basement via a strangely wide spiral staircase to reach the reception. I found this a little un-nerving and claustrophobic. I was checked into a room immediately. After a while there were loud banging sounds coming through the ceiling. I went up to investigate and found that the kitchen was on the terrace (!!) and hence the sounds. I complained and was promptly checked into a better, noise-free room. Pros: 1) Clean rooms 2) Good Air-conditioning 3) Very polite and responsive staff 4) Good location Cons: 1) Very limited breakfast Verdict: Good for the rate.

We stayed in their studio suite as we were 2 adults 2 kids and the room was massive with soft and cozy bed, study desk, balcony & clean bathrooms. They have an house restaurant which offers cozy indoor and open outdoor seating area where you can enjoy your food with your pets. They have two swimming pools one for kids and one for adults. They also have an outdoor lawn with two cozy cabana seating area where you can relax, unwind & enjoy the sunset. Our stay @ The Bark was Truly one of a kind experience for us in Lonavala and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Y ulll appoint staff who cannot understand & speak in English.As a hotel you must know people will come from even out of Maharashtra & next basic language is English. Als ich das gleiche dem Herrn Ashok Bihari erläuterte, weist er auf den Finger hin und sagte: ”Komm nicht wieder hierher”. Ich erinnere ihn daran, dass sein Gehalt bcoz Gäste kommen. Die Gastfreundschaft von Null und Personal braucht Ausbildung. Wenn Sie auf mein Profil klicken, ulll beachten, dass ich die besten von Hotels bewertet & hatte nie Probleme.Aber das war die schlimmste Gastfreundschaft bcoz aus einfacher Grund, dass das Personal nicht in Englisch kommunizieren kann & verstand das Wort EAT LESS.

People in City Inn are very courteous and service-oriented. I spoke to Somnath ji at the reception. He has booked 2 rooms for us without any hassles. There are 2 restaurants - out of which Street cafe is an open air restaurant, especially great for dinner. They serve delicious sandwiches, chat, Mastani, south Indian dishes, pizzas, etc. The service is really good and quick. One more speciality of the hotel is that they have a bake and cake shop. All the bakery items served and sold are prepared by home chef at City Inn. It is great to have fresh breads and cakes for breakfast. Overall, this is a great place to stay when in Baramati.

Guter Platz, sauberes Zimmer.. Grundausstattung (nur Seifen und Handtücher) . Es war ok für den Preis und die letzte Minute Buchung. Große Lage, wirklich angenehm und sauber Zimmer, die Speisesaal war geräumig, aber ein wenig lustig. Das Ding, das hier einen guten Ort zum Aufenthalt macht, ist Lage. Auch das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich mit ihrer Zeit und Beratung. Die Nahrung war gut aus der nordischen und südlichen indischen Küche ausgebreitet.

Hausbewahrung ist schrecklich keine Zimmerreinigung richtig, Zimmer elektrische Schalter Zustand ist schrecklich, nicht mit täglichen Handtüchern und Wasserflasche wir brauchen alles zu verlangen, sie haben nicht Kaffee und Tee in dem Zimmer nur am ersten Tag haben sie hinzugefügt, aber einmal Es ist über, ich denke, als kein Haus, das kommt, um es zu füllen, zu sauberen Zimmer und Ihr Bett. Wir sollten nicht erwarten, dass ein solcher Service vom Hotel nicht bevorzugen, hier wieder zu bleiben, für frühe Eincheckung auch sie mir einen halben Tag Preis. Nicht empfohlen.

I checked in on 9th of jan I was upgraded to the suite because of my platinum elite status the bathroom was a nightmare the drainage was not functioning the whole bathroom was flooded after the shower couldn’t move because of my nerve issue spoke to Laxmi Singh happen to be Assistant front office Manager for the refund of my stay she refused and didn’t make any difference to her very unprofessional manager employed. She didn’t even enquire about my wife who was stuck in the bathroom . It was a NIGHTMARE
