Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Ich denke dieses Hotel hat mehr Slots Vorteile: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist eine 10-minütige Fahrt vom Markt in der Bucht und eine 10-minütige Fahrt von der Insel entfernt. Das Gate ist ein Trolley-Terminal in Miami (der Bus ist kostenlos und es gibt viele Linien). Zur Begrüßung gibt es eine heiße Schokoladentorte und kostenloses Eiswasser und begrenzte Weine sind in der Lobby erhältlich. Der Kellner war warm. Das Restaurant 8 und 1/2 im Erdgeschoss ist gut, die Italienerin ist warmherzig und geduldig. Nachteile: Checken Sie um 16:00 Uhr ein, was etwas früher ist, also warten Sie bis 4:30 Uhr, um sich fertig zu machen. Wenn der Check-in später als erforderlich erfolgt, fallen zusätzliche Gebühren an. Zimmerausstattung ist nicht neu. Unten ist eine Baustelle, als würde man eine Kirche bauen. Es ist mehr als ein Jahr her. Die Arbeiter begannen wochentags um 7 Uhr mit der Arbeit. Erwarten Sie nicht zu viel von einem Zimmer mit Parkblick. Es ist ein Straßengarten mit Blick auf das Meer. Der andere Teil des Hotels ist das Superior Apartment, in dem Sie verschiedene Hunde in der Lobby sehen können. Das Parken im Hotel kann nur ein Parkservice sein, ein Preis alle 4 Stunden, 30 Dollar pro Tag und Trinkgeld. Hinter der kleinen Kapelle sind tagsüber 10 Dollar und über Nacht 10 Dollar (bitte nennen Sie mich Lei Feng). Es befindet sich gegenüber dem Bürogebäude und öffnet am Wochenende nicht. Darüber hinaus wird nicht empfohlen, ein Zimmer mit Frühstück zu wählen. Wenn Sie möchten, stellt Ihnen das Hotel einen Gutschein im Wert von 10 USD pro Person zur Verfügung, der für die 6 Restaurants im Erdgeschoss gilt. Es ist besser, ihn selbst zu essen. Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, aber die Frühstücksinformationen waren nicht an die Zimmernummer, Bestellnummer oder die Person gebunden, die es gebucht hat. Es ist zufällig an die Person gebunden, die bleibt. Das Hotel hat mein Frühstück nicht gefunden, und Ctrip hat es nicht gefunden. Ich habe es beim Auschecken gesehen und einen Tag Gutscheine gegeben. Ich ging Brot zum Mittagessen kaufen.

Sie können die Bucht und die Brücke von der Insel aus sehen, die Aussicht ist sehr reizvoll. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Hochbahnhofs der Stadt und bietet bequeme Transportmöglichkeiten. Der Schlüssel ist, dass die erhöhte Monorail in der Stadt Miami kostenlos ist und sich in der Innenstadt befindet. Es ist eine wunderschöne Landschaft für sich und sollte eine der besten in den Vereinigten Staaten sein. Das Marriott Hotel ist das gleiche wie das inländische, und der Service ist so gut wie immer. Das Hotel ist auch sehr praktisch, um verschiedene Attraktionen zu erreichen.

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected. Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality. PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, ordentlich und komfortabel, so gut wie immer, und die Lage ist unersetzlich. Der schönste Hafen und Park in Miami liegen direkt vor der Tür und es ist auch der belebteste Ort in Miami sind hier. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass sich der Zimmerbezug am Samstag von 15.00 bis 17.00 Uhr verzögerte, weil zu viele Leute da waren und die Reinigung noch nicht abgeschlossen war, bevor das Zimmer übergeben wurde.

Das Hotel liegt am Straßenrand und der Verkehr ist günstig, aber wir wohnen in einer Etage parallel zur Hochstraße, die immer noch etwas laut ist. Die ursprüngliche Parkgebühr für das Hampton Inn Suit betrug 30 USD pro Nacht. Die Steuer beträgt nur 20 US-Dollar und es ist Selbstparken. Die Ausstattung und Ausstattung der Suite ist ok. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt. Großformatige Fernseher verfügen über kostenlose Internet-TVs wie Hulu, und die trendigen Filme von Netflix können weiterhin angesehen werden. Es gibt ein menschenfeindliches Design. Ein Licht in der Trennwand zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer brennt immer. Beim Durchsuchen des Zimmers habe ich den Schalter nicht gefunden. Nachts ist es sehr schlecht zu schlafen. Das Frühstücksmanagement ist auch sehr gut, solange es sich um einen Gast handelt, der einfach ein- und ausgeht. Die Vielfalt ist gut, vor allem die Waffelbackausrüstung hat zwei Sets, der Kaffee ist kostenlos zum Einpacken und man kann auch heiße Schokoladengetränke zubereiten. Die Früchte sind nur Bananen und Orangen. Diese Orange ist eine hochwertige Blutorange und schmeckt hervorragend.

Die Eincheckung war wirklich einfach und beunruhigend kostenlos. Ich habe dem Betreuer meine Informationen erzählt und sie konnte mich sofort aufziehen. Der Preis auf trips.com ist etwa $50 günstiger pro Nacht pro Zimmer!!! Das hat definitiv ein Lächeln auf mein Gesicht gebracht! Ich fuhr in dieses Hotel, aber es kamen Tonnen von Leuten aus Flugzeugen ins Hotel und das Hotel war um die Ecke des Flughafens, so dass es in einem sehr bequemen Bereich war! 10/10 würde es noch einmal empfehlen!

Großes Namenshotel, die Aufenthaltsqualität ist garantiert. Der Flughafen-Shuttlebus des Hotels ist bequem und schnell. Dieses Hotel ist auch Sammelpunkt für viele chinesische Reisebüros Myrme Day Tour. Das im gebuchten Zimmer inkludierte Frühstück ist sehr einfach, es gibt keine Möglichkeit weitere 16 Messer/Person für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück zu haben.

Location is convenient. Room for improvement, viewing from the amount paid for my stay, we only received 2 small bottles of water for our 7 days stay. First time experience hotel don't provide kettle for hot water, in room only provide coffee and no option for tea. Felt like I am stay in the 2 stars hotel. Not worth the amount I paid per night of 350+ stay. Don't think I will be returning back to stay.

Service: Der Abholservice vom Flughafen war gut. Nach dem Aussteigen aus dem Flugzeug wurden wir direkt am Hotel abgeholt. Es gab eine ältere Rezeption (vielleicht der Manager), die sehr nett war und uns mit Begeisterung bei der Lösung des Problems half Problem. Hygiene: sehr sauber Ausstattung: Sehr komplett, ähnlich der Einrichtung eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels. Fitnessstudios und Schwimmbäder sind Standard, und es gibt sogar große Veranstaltungsorte. Umgebung: Es liegt auf der innersten Seite einer Halbinsel in einem See und ist auf drei Seiten von Seen umgeben. Es wird dringend empfohlen, dieses Hotel selbst zu wählen.

Hotel muito bom, café da manhã excelente. Porém a experiência foi horrível. Por ter chegado tarde, nosso quarto foi cedido para outra pessoa e ficamos com um quarto para 03 pessoas e a nossa reserva já paga, era para 05 pessoas. Nosso voo atrasou, chegamos tarde e tivemos que perder tempo e se estressar com essa situação. Embora a administração do hotel, tenha agido de má fé, quero elogiar o pessoal da Trip.com, que me deu toda a assistência e me ajudou com o problema. Todos os atendentes profissionais e gentios. Bewertung: Ich kam um 7:00 Uhr und fand kein Personal, keine Rezeption und keine Check-in-Anweisungen. Meine Frau und ich mussten draußen warten, bis ein anderer Gast kam und uns reinließ. Innerhalb traf ich jemanden, der ich dachte, es sei Personal, aber er war nur ein anderer Gast. Er versuchte mir zu helfen, das Hotel zu kontaktieren, aber niemand konnte auch andere Gäste erreichen. Es gibt keine echte Lobby, nur ein Hof. Ich wartete drei Stunden draußen, bis jemand endlich antwortete. Dann wurde mir gesagt, ich konnte nicht bis 3:00 Uhr anmelden, es sei denn, ich habe $100 extra bezahlt. Das ist mehr als die meisten Hotels für die frühe Eincheckung, die etwa $20 beträgt. Ich bat um eine Erstattung, damit ich verlassen konnte sie verweigerten. Ich habe mit dem Hausbetreiber (der einzige hilfsbereite) ohne Wahl meine Gepäckstücke verlassen und musste sechs Stunden mit meiner Frau um die Stadt gehen, bevor ich zurückkam. Als ich endlich eincheckte, habe ich nur eine Textnachricht mit einem Türcode keine Person, keine Willkommen. Das Zimmer hatte viele Fehler, und beide haben sich nachts schlecht gebitt. Es gab sogar Hexen in der Küche. Das ist kein echtes Hotel. Es ist überpreist, schlecht verwaltet, und hat keinen Kundenservice. Vermeiden Sie, wenn Sie um die Grundbesuchsfreundschaft kümmern.

Ein gutes Hotel mit guter Umgebung, Hygiene und Service. Bei der Buchung des Hotels haben wir angegeben, dass wir nach 15:00 Uhr einchecken können. Wir kamen früh um 11 Uhr an. Wenn der Laden keinen frühen Check-in erlaubte, würden wir das Gepäck aufbewahren und spielen. Sie sind einfach ohne ein Wort eingezogen. Insbesondere möchte ich sagen, dass die Matratzen des Hotels mäßig weich und bequem sind. Wenn es Nachteile gibt, ist es weit von der Stadt und dem Strand entfernt.
