Overall good value for affordable price. The room was a nice size however our room assignment was on the ground floor facing the busy road, with a lot of noise from the road and passers by, as well as incessant beeping from a street crossing directly outside the window. There is also a primary school across the street, and so a lot of noise from school children throughout the day. I think our stay would have been much more enjoyable & relaxing had we been assigned a room on the top floor or towards the back of the building, or if we did not spend any time in our room during the day. The kitchen and facilities were well equipped but could have used more supplies (tea, sugar, cream, toilet paper, shampoos etc.) since these ran out after the first day or two. There were no staff on site however customer service was responsive by phone/email and very helpful.

Das Zimmer ist nicht klein, und es gibt genügend Raum für die Gepäckpflege. Die Gesundheit und die Einrichtungen können gut den Bedürfnissen der Übernachter gerecht werden. Das heißt, der nahegelegene Supermarkt muss immer noch zurück zum Kreuzbahnhof des Königs zurück. Das ist schwieriger, sehr kostengünstig und sehr zu empfehlen

Room is neat and nice. There was too much noise from the party downstairs at night and church service in the morning. Double glazing should be used to reduce noise for guests. Also the bathroom floor and tap heads are dreadfully filthy. How can you wash your hand and close the tap head with dirt? House keeping needs to do better in that area, cleaning goes beyond shiny shower glass.

優點：房間地段還不錯，就在商業區邊上，出行也比較方便，周圍超市,飯店和一般的購物都能滿足。房間相對之前一直住的holiday inn要稍微寬敞一點，早餐也差不多。 缺點：入住時找了很久沒有找到我們的訊息，等了蠻久，自己也在和攜程溝通，總算給了一張房卡，進去一看是沒有打掃過的房間,於是又去前台換了一個房間,還和她確認過是住四天，誰知第二天房卡就失效了，又去前台溝通，不知道是管理上有什麼問題。 其次房間窗户是死的，不能通風,衞生也不打掃,連住四天沒有打掃衞生你能想象嗎,我天天掛牌子，還去前台和他們説需要打掃房間，態度很好，記下房間號，但是就是不打掃,這個有點接受不了。

Wirklich gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und schönen Annehmlichkeiten! Alles sieht hübsch eingerichtet aus und es gab keine Probleme mit der Sauberkeit. Das Essen war auch gut und es gab eine anständige Auswahl. Die einzigen Probleme waren der fehlende Tisch, wie auf den Fotos des Familienzimmers zu sehen, und dass das Hotel nur Badezimmervorhänge statt Glas verwendet, was ästhetisch seltsam war, wenn man bedenkt, wie hübsch der Rest des Zimmers eingerichtet ist. Abgesehen davon ist es ein toller Aufenthalt und ich empfehle dieses Hotel.

Es gibt viele fast-food-Restaurants in der Nähe. Waitrose ist nur genau umgekehrt, perfekt für einen späten Supermarkt Einkaufen. Naturhistorisches Museum, V&A sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer ist riesig für London Standard. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Hotel nur 1-mal kostenlos mit Wasser behält am Tag der Eincheckung.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Bankside Hotel, wenn auch nicht ohne Schwierigkeiten. Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten, wurden aber direkt neben der Aufzugslobby und gegenüber dem Wasserspender untergebracht, und da die Aufzugslobby und der Eingangsbereich der Zimmer überall harte Böden hatten, war es zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit SEHR laut im Zimmer. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass die Rezeption versucht hat, eine Alternative zu finden, aber es war nicht das, was wir suchten, also haben wir uns entschieden, dort zu bleiben, wo wir waren, und das Beste daraus gemacht. Abgesehen davon war alles andere an unserem Aufenthalt großartig, ein wirklich schönes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und unterhaltsamem Personal, tollem Frühstück (wenn auch nicht billig) und guter Lage am South Bank. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten (obwohl wir darum gebeten haben, nicht in dieser Zimmerlage zu sein). Besondere Erwähnung verdient das Frühstückspersonal, das dabei half, zusätzliches Obst für unser Kleinkind zu besorgen, und der Concierge, der ihm Weihnachtsgeschenke vom Baum gab ... nette Gesten.

Alles war sehr gut. Das Frühstück bietet eine Menge Auswahl - außer das warme Frühstück ist nur am Wochenende. Auf der Reise-Website ist die zeitliche Kontrolle falsch (ow voucher sagt es nach 12, aber es ist nach 14) - trotzdem kamen wir zu früh, sie gab uns das Zimmer und machten Kaffee kostenlos. Das Hotel ist über Nacht verriegelt und das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Wir waren im Hotel, die heißesten Tage in der Geschichte getrocknet, aber sie bereiteten einen Ventilator - weil sie nicht AC (normalerweise) haben.

Stayed for 3 nights with my mum in 2 rooms, I requested side by side or same floor rooms when I made the booking 3 months ago, however they put mum on ground floor and me in the basement. My mum’s room was terrible, smelt like damp wet carpet, it was tiny, dark and had no airflow. The bathroom was oddly located outside of the room through another door. My room was opposite a large storage space and next to the breakfast room. The noise from guests in neighbouring rooms, breakfast room in the morning, staff going in and out of store room and the constant sound from underground train every few minutes was quite unbearable. Even though I booked the same room type my room was much larger and better configured than the one my mum got. The place was a maze, the room numbering made no sense and we were forever getting lost. Staff were polite but definitely not service professionals and it was obvious that none of them wanted to be there. The only plus was location location location!!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit vier Betten für fünf von uns. Die Betten waren komfortabel, aber das Toilette und die Dusche sind sehr klein! Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, in der Nähe von Fußgängern vom Park, Metro, Restaurants usw. Frühstück war schön, aber nicht viel Essen erwarten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in London war dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Suche. Der Besitzer ist auch ein sehr nettes Mann, mit uns chattet und gab uns Vorschläge für Orte zu besuchen.

We stayed for a concert at Wembley. On check in the reception staff gave is lots of helpful information - the 92 bus goes directly to Wembley stadium, and that it would be a slightly different pick up point. We actually decided to walk back rather than join the crowded public transport, but it was quite a long walk, I’d recommend walking a short way out of the crowds then back on the 92. The room was nice & bed very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was nice with a mix of continental & English breakfast items. I’d definitely stay again.

My wife and I had a stay at Mimis recently, and overall, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. However, I suggest doing some research beforehand, as the rooms are quite tiny. Even though we were aware of this before arriving, we were still a bit surprised by just how small they were. Despite this, it didn't negatively impact our experience or spoil our stay. The room and bathroom was nicely decorated. I only have a few minor observations rather than complaints. Upon check-in, we requested a late check-out, but the person at the reception seemed a bit abrupt, as he did with an older couple in front of us who had questions about their room location in the annex and that they hoped to stay in the main building. The pillows provided were not very supportive, as they deflated to almost nothing. If we had stayed for more than one night and asked for extra pillows, they would have been accommodating. Regarding breakfast, we inquired about the options available and were informed that they offered coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide hot food, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the choice of continental-style breakfast with cold meats and other items; we would have been willing to pay for it as we only wanted somthing light. Despite these very small things, they did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. We still had a pleasant time, and we are looking forward to returning to Mimis in the future. Location is great!

Ich hatte zwar keine hohen Erwartungen für dieses Hotel angesichts seiner Preis- und Lage, ich erwartete grundlegende Komfort, welche. Die meisten Zimmerausstattung war veraltet, aber noch in einem für mich akzeptablen Standard. Das Klimaanlagesystem war jedoch enttäuschend unzureichend, es konnte keine Wärme erzeugen und nur kalte Luft ausstoßen. Obwohl das Personal bei der Warnung vor diesem Problem unverzüglich einen elektrischen Heizgerät bereitstellte, blieb der Raum unbehaglich kalt. Der beeindruckende Teil meines Aufenthalts war der Zustand des Bettes. Der Füller in der Duvet hatte zusammen geklappt, wie das beigefügte Foto zeigte, wahrscheinlich aufgrund unzureichender Waschung. Das hat mich mit etwas mehr als zwei dünnen Blättern in Nullgrad-Wetter, mit einem nicht funktionellen Heizungssystem verlassen. Um etwas Wärme zu finden, habe ich mich aufgezogen, zusätzliche Kleidung und die Jacke über die Duveta weit aus einem komfortablen Schlaf zu tragen. Ich muss das Hotelpersonal loben, das in diesem ganzen Stamm ausgezeichnet war. Der Service war der einzige warme Aspekt meines Aufenthalts.

Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great atmosphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.

К моему сожалению. Будет в основном критика. Я проживал в отеле с 26.04 по 30.04. Бронировали через trip.com Стоимость номера вышла около 1550€ за 4 ночи без завтрака за стандартный номер с видом на площадь для 2 взрослых. К сожалению в этом отеле если вы с коляской, вы не сможете просто зайти в отель, там ступеньки. Если вы с обычной детской коляской тогда это не большая проблема, но если вы человек в инвалидной коляске, тогда это проблема. И нигде об этом не сказано. Завтраки на 6 этаже, но, когда вы прибудете на этаж номер 6 вы увидите лестницу по которой вы не сможете подняться если вы в инвалидной коляске, а если вы с ребенком который в коляске тогда вам придется нести коляску в верх. Поэтому хорошо подумайте имеет ли смысл платить за завтрак если вы с ребенком который в коляске. Персонал на ресепшен не подскажет вам об этом, они попробуют продать вам завтрак учитывая то что они увидят то что вы с коляской. Про номер, сам по себе номер просторный, но в нем нет вида на город, только на соседнее здание. Подогрева полов в туалете тоже нет, поэтому придется использовать тапочки. Напор воды очень слабый в туалете, не пойму зачем там ванна так как вы все равно будите принимать её в еле теплой воде. Уборка в номере отличная. Бесплатный мини бар в который входят 4 бутылки воды и 4 маленьких колы и пополняется он ежедневно. У нас окна выходили на тот самый вид на город и было достаточно шумно вечером. Швейцары молодцы и очень отзывчивы. Спасибо им за это работу. Так же мы столкнулись с ситуацией в которой нас не с могли заселить в 14:00 а вместо этого пытались предложить другой номер с повышенной категорией. Мы отказались и нам пришлось ждать 15:00. Впервые у нас такой опыт. Так же в номере нет адаптеров если вы приехали с Европы, вам придется просить их на ресепшен, они не подумали о том что бы оставить один адаптер в номере. В номере имеются USB порты. Но если вы с type C, тогда будут проблемы. Так же иногда лифт приходится ждать слишком долго. Подводя итог я не уверен что все выше перечисленное стоит своих денег. Расположение отличное. Основные достопримечательности в этом районе в 10 минутной ходьбе. Вокзала Victoria 25 минут пешком. Но учитывая все выше перечисленное, впечатление от отеля осталось очень странное. И я не уверен что этот отель стоит тех денег которые они просят. Это мой первый негативный опыт с отелями Marriott.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in der Nähe des British Museum. Es ist sehr bequem, die U-Bahn und den Bus zu nehmen. Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square und die Themse sind zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es praktische Speisemöglichkeiten, darunter viele chinesische Restaurants. Das Hotel sieht aus wie ein altes Gebäude, aber das Innere ist in einem modernen Stil eingerichtet. Der Raum ist groß und zwei 28-Zoll-Koffer lassen sich ohne Druck öffnen. Das Badezimmer ist nicht zu groß, aber ok. Der Kellner putzt jeden Tag und ist pünktlich. Beim Einchecken gibt es an der Rezeption auch leckere Kekse. Das Frühstück ist etwas einfach. Ich blieb vier Tage und es war im Wesentlichen unverändert (aber es scheint, dass das Frühstück in Hotels dieser Klasse in London im Wesentlichen gleich ist, typisch englische Frühstücksvarianten). Es wäre besser, wenn es zum Frühstück etwas Porridge gäbe (das Hilton Metropolitan in London bietet Porridge zum Frühstück an)

Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, bequemes Bett!:) Die ganze Nacht war Lärm von draußen zu hören (Generator, Bauunternehmer oder so etwas), was die Erfahrung etwas verstörend machte, besonders als ich der Rezeption mitteilte, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte!:) Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung!:)
