Received well at the hotel. Provided space for parking my car, though they have limited space being a commercial area. Location of hotel is excellent, which we liked very much. All the shopping we need can be carried out even late in the night, as the types of shopping is available nearby. Good restaurant is available in the hotel and hence need not search for one.

Reached hotel by 11. 00 am and requested for early check-in too but since it's booked, they charges me an additional amount of rs. 600- and then only allowed to check in. Location is good as near to kph b metro and so commuting was fine. Food also is good, no complaints but there is no direct lift to the floor as i was staying at 5th floor, so from ground have to take one up to 3rd and then a service lift from 3rd to 5th.

Wir haben für 5 Tage in diesem Hotel geblieben. Buchte ein dreibettiges AC-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ziemlich groß für 3 Personen. Das beigefügte Bad ist sehr klar. Die Bestimmungen sind besser als die Zimmervermietung. Das Hotel hat zwar kein Restaurant, aber 3 Restaurants im gleichen oder im nächsten Gebäude servieren Qualität und günstige Lebensmittel. Der Ort ist die höchste Attraktion - es liegt nur 1 Gehminut entfernt von der Metrostation Nampally. Der Hydreabad-Bahnhof liegt etwa 500 m vom Hotel entfernt. Cab, Auto sind rund um die Uhr verfügbar.

Nice spacious rooms and we enjoyed the stay with family here. Toilets were clean. Room was clean. Housekeeping staff were prompt. Hotel is right on a main road that cab service is easily available. Buffet Food was ok not so many options but cant complain. Taste was good. A very good and big hospital is just adjucent if needed in emergency.

Besucht Hyderabad für eine Ausstellung und für den Aufenthalt buchte dieses Hotel. Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal. Onkel Eigentümer war sehr nett mit wirklich hilfsbereiter Natur. Aus irgendeinem Grund musste ich meinen zwei Tagesurlaub zum Einsamen minimieren. Anfrage auf ihre Hilfenummer. Eine Shivanjali Madam half mir aus dem Weg und tat das notwendige. Das Frühstück war unbegrenzt und lecker. Medu vada und idli mit ultimativem Sambhar. Handtücher mit vorhanden sind ziemlich sauber. A/c war wirklich gekühlt. Gute Antiquitäten in der Lobby gehalten. Danke für Team Treebo.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Here are my ratings: Room: 5/5 – The room was spacious despite being standard. Breakfast: 4/5 – The breakfast spread was good, although lacking North Indian options. Bathroom: 3/5 – The bathroom was smaller than anticipated, and noise from adjoining rooms could be heard. Service: 4/5 – Service was prompt, but there was an issue. On the last night, someone knocked on my door to collect plates, despite not having ordered dinner. While understandable, it was disruptive at midnight. Staff: 5/5 – The staff were mostly helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out processes were swift. Location: 4/5 – The hotel's proximity to my meeting location was convenient. However, being situated in a busy intersection made for a noisy neighborhood. Opting for a room facing away from the street may provide some respite from the noise.

Das Hotel liegt im Nobelviertel von Hyderabad. Wir kommen morgens um 5 Uhr an. Das wenig bemühte Personal an der Rezeption findet zunächst unsere Buchung nicht. Dann gehen wir auf unser Zimmer (Nr. 231). Da wir müde sind und das Gepäck nach 20 Minuten immer noch nicht da ist, gehe ich runter und hole es selber. Die Rezeption bemerkt das nicht, da das Handy wichtiger ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und geräumig. Es verfügt über einen Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee und einen leeren Kühlschrank. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten, da offensichtlich in einigen Zimmern die Kühlschränke bestückt sind. Dies kann bei der Endabrechnung unangenehm werden. Leider gibt es keinen Safe, was ich als ärgerlich empfinde, da ich die Pässe und Wertsachen auf den Besichtigungstouren mitschleppen muss. Auch ein Fön wäre schön gewesen. Am Ankunftstag gehen wir auf Besichtigungstour und aktivieren den Schalter für die Reinigung des Zimmers. Aber auch das wird ignoriert. Am nächsten Tag wird zwar gesäubert und die Betten gemacht, leider wird das Toilettenpapier nicht ersetzt. Ich frage bei der Rezeption nach, das Problem wird umgehend behoben. Es sind immer die „Kleinigkeiten“, die für den Gast wichtig sind. Wir waren schon in etlichen Hotels der Radisson Blu Kette, die alle recht gut waren. Das Hotel in Hyderabad gehört definitiv nicht dazu. Im Hotel gibt es auch einen kleinen Souvenirshop und eine Bar. Auf der Rückfahrt waren wir im „Lemon Tree Hotel“, ebenfalls in den Banjara Hills. Das „Lemon Tree Hotel“ ist deutlich besser, als das Radison Blu. AUFFÄLLIG: es gibt sehr viele sehr gute Bewertungen, die das Radison Blu Hotel in höchsten Tönen loben. Da viele der „Bewerter“ nur EINE EINZIGE BEWERTUNG auf TA abgegeben haben, ist hier Vorsicht geboten

I stayed here as part of a group booking with 25 + other extended family members for a birthday celebration. No doubt, the overall hospitality and service at Marriott is excellent, with our multiple service requests met, given the size of the group and many senior citizens as guests. The check-in welcome with drinks and pearl garlands were thoughtful gestures. The breakfast spread at Momo cafe is quite hearty, though the on-duty F&B manager showed some impatience with my senior citizen family members' multiple table requests. The Marriott Courtyard rooms were luxurious, well maintained, spacious and some of them had a great view of the lake. However, the Marriott Hotel and Convention centre needs a major upgrade. Especially, the private dining area space that we booked for the main event at Altitude Bar and Lounge was poorly maintained and run down with worn out furniture, missing ceiling lights, scratched wooden floors and a shabby terrace area attached to it, with exposed electrical work, bird droppings and damaged wall panels. The biggest disappointment though was the pre-booking sales experience, led by Mz. Divya and her team, and the ongoing conversation with multiple teams related to the above booked space. Starting with the room booking experience, there was not enough coordination and clear communication from the sales team related to the booking such as this being a group 'event'. Rooms were booked in Marriott Hotel and Convention Center when we wanted them at Courtyard since the former had rooms with bathtubs that posed a potential safety risk to senior citizens from slipping, and despite the team knowing this fact. Later on and after our visit tobthe hotel to tour the property, the Director of Operations, Mr Ghosh was very rude during a discussion on the run down nature of the booked event space. When we raised concerns about the infrastructure and asked for further discounts, Mr. Ghosh was happy to refund our hotel room booking advance and si6ggested we host our event elsewhere since Marriott received 'healthy business' and this wouldn't be a loss for them at all. I don't think this attitude is aligned with the overall brand image of Marriott and sends a message that Marriott only cares about money and not about respecting their guests needs and asks. This conversation could have been handled much better, given we were just 2 days away from our stay with a big group of family members, many over 70 years of age. Please train your senior management to engage more graciously with guests and bring more of brand Marriott's international standards to the overall infrastructure and people engagements for this property.

Der Gute : Es ist gut das Geld für die Prämienlage und den sofistikierten Service am Preispunkt wert. Das Personal war wirklich gut betätigt und super hilfreich, was den Aufenthalt super einfach machte. Gutes Frühstück verbreitete sich. Das Bad : Die Korridore hatten einen geilen Geruch, der uns schlecht beeindruckt hat. Insgesamt, ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel für Geschäftsreisende. It was an amazing experience in staying at Mango Suites Viera, Hyderabad. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was awesome with different varieties of food. Since I have booked early, check in process was smooth. The ambience of the hotel was very good. Staff was good and helpful. Everything was close by, Apollo Hospital, medical shops, grocery shop etc. Transportation was easily available. Overall we had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much.
