Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich war bestürzt, als ich mein Auto zu einem Preis von 30 USD / Nacht aufräumen musste, worüber ich vor der Ankunft nicht informiert wurde. Ich hatte das Gefühl, ich sollte es erwähnen, damit andere wissen, was sie erwartet. Der Standort befindet sich direkt am Kongresszentrum, das ungefähr 5 km mit dem Auto von den Stockyards entfernt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, ebenso das Hotel. Ich habe mich dort absolut sicher gefühlt und war mit meinem Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist ein tolles Hotel in einer bequemen Lage mit mehreren Alternativen zum Abendessen und Aktivitäten. Wir waren froh mit dem Layout und der Gesamtqualität des Hotels. Die Zimmerküche waren großartig, so dass wir in und entspannen konnten. Unser einziger Rückzug über die Erfahrung war schlafen. Großes Königsbett so keine Beschwerden im Zimmer, aber sehr unkomfortable. Die Linen waren zerstreut und Federn-Kleider waren nicht so komfortabel, wie ich mir vorstellen würde, wenn man den Kaliber der anderen Einrichtungen betrachtet. Wenn Sie nicht die Fluff und Komfort in den Bettausstattungen brauchen, sind Sie mit dieser Hotelwahl fest. Ich gebe dieses Hotel einen festen 4.5 für Komfort und Komfort für das Unternehmen, aber wenn Sie den Luxus eines Urlaubs und weiche Kissen zu bat betrachten einen höheren Preispunkt haben wollen. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel, das Personal und die Einrichtungen für einen einfachen Aufenthalt zu erwähnen. Ich kann auch keine Schuld von einem der Hotelpersonal oder der Affiliate, die sie scheinen mit Autospausen zu behandeln. Es gab einen kleinen Vorfall, der sehr professionell von Personal behandelt wurde, das ich am Tag Check-out bemerkte. Parkplatz ist groß und dicht war sicherlich nur eine Zufallsfrage und das Personal war oberst die Gewährleistung der Gäste und die Zubehör waren oberste Priorität. Danke Hilton, toller Aufenthalt. Впечатление об отеле сложилось хорошее. Он недалеко расположен от ж/д станции (15 мин пешком). На против отеля расположен магазин Quick Trip, кгде можно купить еду, напитки, пиццу. Завтрак был включен, но он мне показался бедноватым. Комнаты чистые, просторные, имеется большой стол, за которым можно работать с ноутбуком. Единственное, что не понравилось, то что кондиционер был близко расположен к столу и невозможно было работать за столом, когда он был включен. А так все ок.

Die Rezeptionistin war sehr nett und informativ. Von war geräumig. 2 Queensize-Betten angefragt und sie waren nicht genau im selben Zimmer; Ein Bett befand sich im Hauptraum mit Fernseher, Schreibtisch und Zweiersofa, während das andere in einem halb separaten Zimmer mit Schreibtisch lag. Es gab eine Tür, um es vom Hauptraum zu trennen. Wäre schön gewesen in einem Szenario ”den Kindern ihr eigenes Zimmer zu lassen” oder ein betrunkener Freund bekommt ein eigenes Zimmer. Das Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten oder angeboten, auch wenn es auf der Website stand. Hotelküche/Frühstücksraum wurde auch nicht angeboten.

Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, aber der Preis ist noch etwas teurer und der Preis ist generell. Es gibt einen gebraten Hühnerburger in der Nähe, es gibt ein Geschäftszentrum, es kann auch gehen. Aber neben dem Schwarzen Raum ist es noch nicht geduldig, abends zu gehen.

Meine Familie und ich blieb in einem Doppelbettzimmer. Das Zimmer war geräumig, Dusche war schön, das Hotel war sauber und erschien gut sanitiert. Der Pool und die HeizungsTube waren von 8 bis 11 Uhr geöffnet und beide waren erhitzt und im Inneren. Der Heißröhrchen hatte einen Knopf, um den Jet-Strom für 15 Minuten zu drehen und hatte eine maximale Zeit von 104F. Das Frühstück am Morgen wurde von 6am bis 10am serviert, denke ich. Sie boten eine Vielzahl von leckeren Lebensmitteln von Eiern und Sauce, Oatmeal, bis Getreide. Das Kundenserviceteam war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Dieser Aufenthalt wäre leicht 5 Sterne gewesen, wenn es nicht für unsere Feueralarm, die in der Mitte der Nacht in unserem Zimmer ausging. Es klang wie ein niedriger Batterie-Chip. Der Desktop-Betreuer konnte es wegen einer Verletzung nicht abschieben (er sagte), und konnte nicht einen sicheren Treppen zur Teilnahme an der Frage bieten, sondern bot ein Steptool. Mit einem Familienmitglied spotteten wir waren, den Steckstool prekär auf das Bett zu platzieren, um das Alarm aus. War nicht glücklich mit der Entschließung, aber zumindest stoppte es das Schütteln. Sicherlich nicht sicher. Als Nachdenken ... Ich habe nicht verstanden, dass es ”möglich” die Alarm, die ausgehen, um Kohlenmonoxid zu notifizieren und daher hätte geprüft werden müssen durch Wartung oder Front Desk vs mir davon aus, es war ein niedriger Batterie Chip. Glücklicherweise ist alles gut und die Der Rest des Aufenthalts war gut. Wir hatten nur ein paar Stunden Schlaf, aber es war ein komfortables Aufenthalt. Ich beabsichtige, in Zukunft mit den Hoffnungen auf weniger ”Spannung” wiederzubesuchen.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Es war ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer. Das ist das größte Plus daran. Das Personal ist ziemlich freundlich. Die Lage ist direkt mit einer kurzen Fahrt erreichbar, so dass es ziemlich praktisch ist. Das einzig Negative war, dass im Schrank neue Glühbirnen benötigt werden, da man nichts sehen kann, wenn man Dinge hineinlegt.

Das Hotel ist in der Dekoration, das Software-Kleid des Zimmers sieht sehr neu aus. Die Isolierung ist schlecht, das Geräusch der Kinder, das Geräusch der Korridore hört sich sehr deutlich. Der Geräusch des Betriebs der Geräte kommt plötzlich in dem Zimmer, ich weiß nicht, welche Geräte. Es beeinflusst den Schlaf. Das Badezimmer ist nicht sauber, das Haar ist noch da. Die Straße ist Wassergarten, eine bequeme Tour. Sie ist auch nahe der Bahnhof. Die geografische Lage ist überlegen.

Ich hatte eine sehr gute Erfahrung in diesem Hotel und werde zurückgehen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin. Alles Personal war so nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war lecker und am Donnerstag haben sie ein kleines Abendessen und Wein oder Bier Alles war so lecker. Dank aller Mitarbeiter halten sich die gute Arbeit.
