Wunderbar und erinnerelig erster Besuch in Marbella, nicht enttäuscht, nach einem sehr angenehmen und außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in der NH Collection in Turin 2. Woche von September in einem weiteren NH Hotel zu bleiben. Die Lage ist gut - Spazierweiterung zu guten Restaurants, Supermärkten usw. Große einfache Lobby, freundliches Personal, bestellte Zimmer war geräumig, komfortable Bett, und Bad war groß genug - separates Tauchbad, das ist bequem und große Straßen. Nicht 100% sauberes Badezimmer und Zimmer, aber akzeptabel! Buffet Frühstück ist gut, mit heißen und kalten Lebensmitteln zum Feiern des Palastes. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel zu bleiben in schöner Marbella!!

Pessima experiencia. Zero de serviço. Na verdade um AirBNB metido. Não è um hotel, nem mesmo uma pensão com uma recepção. Temos de avisar com antecedência nosso horário de chegada para que alguém la esteja para entregarmos chave. No interior de Puerto Banus (cidade encantadora e de alto luxo) dispõe de um terraço com vista para as montanhas. Depois de 2 semanas de férias na Croácia e em Sevilha escolhemos essa acomodação (impossível chamar de hotel) a mais cara de toda a viagem para coroar esses dias. Que decepção. Mais caro que um 4 estrelas em NYC Um AirBnb sem serviço (péssimo desayuno) numa cidade encantadora. Não recomendo para ninguém !!!

A great budget friendly hotel 15 minutes in a taxi from Puerto Banus. For people visiting with families, bear in mind people will use this hotel for hen and stag parties to save money instead of stopping in the more expensive Puerto Banus so you may experience some noise of people coming in late. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, except when we arrived and relaxed around the pool bar for a few hours the jugs of Sangria were great! The hotel seems like a really great hotel for children with a small waterpark with slides. The hotel food was of a good standard. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Everything was quite enough. Room was small - a bit too small for 4 person - with one bunk bed, but it wasn't a big problem, cause we were in three persons and spend all evening on the city. Building is nice and open, with small terrace on every floor, and public kitchen under open sky - which is great. And service and receptionist were very kind and helpful. I can recommend this place for travelers.

Wir haben im Marbella Inn ein Studio inkl. Frühstück für 2 Nächte gebucht. Hier hatten wir eine kleine Küche und einen großen Balkon. Generell war das Zimmer sehr geräumig und groß. Außerdem gab es eine Couch zum ausklappen. Im Fernsehen waren auch ein paar deutsche Sender vorprogrammiert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung aber man darf hier wirklich keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Brotsorten und auf Wunsch werden einem auch Eier + Speck frisch zubereitet. Frisches Obst zum selbst aufschneiden ist auch verfügbar. Die Poolarea sieht sehr sauber aus und wer schnell genug ist, ergattert auch eine liege. Es gibt dort oben Sonnenschirme und einen super view! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und mega zuvorkommend gewesen. Grundsätzlich liegt das Hotel auch in einer super zentralen Lage. Die Altstadt ist in nur ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und auch verschiedene Strandabschnitte, Geschäfte und Lokalitäten sind direkt vor dem Hotel aufzufinden. Einen Punkt ziehe ich ab da das Hotel wirklich sehr hellhörig ist und die Badezimmer etwas modifiziert werden könnten. Für ein paar Tage jedoch vollkommen okay. Preis- Leistung ist wirklich sehr gut!

The hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. We spent 14 nights here in February. Our room was a superior room which was large and had a lovely bath and shower room. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. Evening meals were disappointing , ranging from a good choice to very little choice. Some evenings there was only one vegetable available and desserts were not replenished. Foods kept on hot plates was regularly cold. Foods were not labelled which made it very difficult for those of us with allergies. When we pointed this out, labels were provided for 2 evenings and only for those foods containing eggs. There was no information available for ordering drinks at the table and when we asked about wine we were told that we could have red or white. We understand that hotels in the area may be quieter in February but it did feel as if the hotel was operating on a skeleton staff. The hotel itself is lovely but our experience has left us very disappointed.

Dies war eine letzte Minute-Änderung, weil unsere ursprüngliche Lage kurz vorbei fiel, aber wir konnten nicht glücklicher im End- das Hotel ist erstaunlich, absolut neu mit brillanten Einrichtungen, alles geschmackvoll dekoriert und zu einem hervorragenden Standard. Die Aussichten sind atemberaubend, mit dem Sierra Blanca auf der einen Seite und dem Meer auf der anderen Seite sichtbar. Die Gäste waren so willkommen und schauten uns und all unsere Gäste unglaublich gut an - die Hauspflege und Küchenpersonal waren so wunderschön und gingen wirklich die zusätzlichen Meile, um uns komfortable machen. Die Führung einschließlich Martin und Ivan ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass alles perfekt läuft und wir ehrlich gesagt konnten ihnen nicht genug danken. Wir freuen uns auf wieder zu bleiben und dieses schöne Hotel zu genießen!

1. Das Gel war teuer unter den zehn Tagen meiner Reise nach Spanien, aber das schlimmste 2. Mein Mann fuhr zurück zum Vordertisch und erhielt sie. 5. Ich muss am nächsten Tag zum Frühstück gehen, aber niemand kontaktiert mich, ob es gelöst wurde oder was. Die Hotelreservierungsgesellschaft gelöst das Hotel, also essen Sie 6. Ich werde am ersten Tag für das Frühstück bezahlen. 7. Ich komme am zweiten Tag zum Frühstück, aber das Personal jagte mich und bat mich, zu zahlen. 8. Es tut mir leid, wenn ich auschecke.

Dieses Hotel ist ein 5* Hotel in Verkleidung! Vermutlich weil es auf einer besetzten Straße und hat keinen Pool usw. Es hat eine 3* Rating, aber nicht dumm. Das Personal ist wunderschön und sehr hilfreich und professionell, und unser Zimmer war wirklich eines der besten, die wir je hatten - sauber, geräumig, modern und komfortabel. Es gab ein kleines Kühlschrank im Zimmer für Gäste, das sehr nützlich war. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für die Erkunden der alten Stadt Marbella, mit ihren wunderschönen Gebäuden, schönen Straßen und tollen Bars und Restaurants. Alternativ, ein kurzer Spaziergang durch den schönen Park und die Promenade gegenüber dem Hotel führt Sie zum Hafen und Strand, wieder mit einer Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants usw. Ich liebe diese Stadt und liebe dieses Hotel, und kann nicht warten, um wieder zu beiden!

I have stayed here before on a few occasions the last probably about 10 years ago. Travelled with my 15 year old daughter and wanted to stay in a familiar place and it didn’t disappoint. Both gentlemen I encountered on reception were very pleasant and professional. Our apartment was fantastic. We were given a room on the 6th floor. It had a separate kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual dishes and utensils you would need. The bedroom was lovely and bright with sliding doors to the balcony with a table and four chairs. The living room had three sliding doors out to the extremely huge L shaped balcony, I mean huge with two sunloungers. The kitchen also had a sliding door out onto a smaller balcony which had a clothes horse to dry your towels etc. The aircon worked perfectly. Any of the housekeeping staff were very friendly and we were given clean towels every day (even though we hung them up to reuse them) and our sheets were changed midweek through our stay. It was extremely quiet at night and we were not disturbed by other guests or street noise. Pool area was very clean and not busy although maybe the water a tiny bit on the cool side. All in all we had a very comfortable stay from start to finish and we will definitely return. Thanks to all at the Sultan Club.

Wir waren Mitte Juli 5 Tage im Gran Melia Don Pepe in Marbella in einem „Redlevel Supreme-Zimmer mit Meerblick“ mit inkludiertem Zugang zur Redlevel Lounge. Highlights: > Hotel ist direkt am Stand gelegen, mit eigenem Beach Club und einer wunderschönen Garten- und Poolanlage > Redlevel Lounge, in der es zwischen 11 und 21 Uhr kostenfreie Getränke, täglich wechselnde Snacks und ab 18 Uhr zusätzlich ausgewählte alkoholische Getränke / Cocktails gab > Für den Check-in und die Betreuung von Red Level Gästen gibt es extra Personal, das uns sehr höflich und zuvorkommend betreut hat > Poolconcierge > prompte und zumeist adäquate Reaktion auf Beschwerden (Problem leider nicht immer wirklich gelöst - siehe unten) Lowlights: > Nachdem wir uns über Schmutz, Haare und hohe Abnutzung in unserem Zimmer beschwerten, bekamen wir sofort ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Hier fanden wir an der Decke großflächige grüne Flecken, die auf unsere Anfrage am nächsten Tag durch das Reinigungspersonal entfernt wurden. > Beim Frühstück war immer mindestens ein Bestandteil verschmutzt, entweder die Gabel, der Teller oder die Tasse. > Es sollten täglich zwei Wasserflaschen im Zimmer sein, eine für die Kaffeestation und eine zum Trinken. Wir bekamen trotz Nachfrage am ersten Tag erst nach einer Beschwerde zwei Tage darauf die zweite Wasserflasche. > In der Nespressomaschine auf unserem Zimmer befand sich noch eine Kaffeekapsel, die sich dort wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Coronabedingten Schließung bereits mehrere Monate befand und nur mit Gewalt und leider nicht restlos entfernt werden konnte. Auf unsere Nachfrage hin eine neue Maschine zu erhalten, wurde uns dies zugesagt, aber bis zu unserer Abreise nicht mehr durchgeführt. > viele weitere Kleinigkeiten: 20 Minuten Wartezeit auf den Getränke-Service in der Redlevel Lounge, Tischreservierung per Telefon wurde trotz Ankündigung nie bestätigt, Saft- & Wasserbestellung beim Frühstück wurde vergessen, am Tag zuvor von RedLevel Service zugesagter latecheckout war der regulären Rezeption nicht bekannt, die unangenehm nachbohrte, italienische Restaurants in Marbella wurden doch nicht herausgesucht etc.

Wir blieben für die Nacht und waren wirklich zufrieden mit dem Service und der Unterkunft. Wir buchten die Suite mit dem Jacuzzi und es war nicht enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war bei der Ankunft sehr schön und sauber, und die Dachterrasse war schön und hatte auch einen Jacuzzi und eine Bar. Die Lage war etwas seltsam, wie es im Polygano ist, aber wir waren auf der Marbella Feria, so dass für mich es nicht störte mich gibt es genug Parkplatz und das Sicherheitssystem war gut für Ein- und Abreise . Ich würde wieder gehen .

Wir waren im August 2021 Gäste in diesem Hotel und können ein sehr zufriedenes Fazit ziehen. Das Hotel liegt ideal an der Strandpromenade und zählt nicht zu den mitunter ”hässlichen Bausünden” in Form von Riesenklötzen. Das Haus war so ziemlich das erste, das dort errichtet wurde und ist in den Jahren immer wieder renoviert und modernisiert worden. Es hat eine überschaubare, wenig anonyme Größe und punktet mit einem sehr niveauvollen Flair. Der gesamte Lobby-, Aufenthalts- und Restaurantbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Der Gartenbereich mit zwei Pools, Liegewiese und Sitzbereichen ist überaus einladend und hat mit seiner gepflegten Grünanlage mit altem Baumbestand ein großes Plus. Vom Garten gelangt man auch direkt an den vorgelagerten Strandabschnitt mit hoteleigenen Liegen. Das Doppelzimmer mit Bad und kleinem Balkon machte eine gepflegten Eindruck und hatte eine ausreichende Größe und Ausstattung. Da wir nicht die Top-Lage mit Meerblick gebucht hatten, sondern eine Seitenlage, hatten wir einen nicht so schönen Blick auf das Nachbar-Appartmenthaus, das eben zu den ”Kästen” gehört. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gemacht. Die Verpflegung - wir hatten Halbpension gebucht - war bestens. Sowohl das Frühstücksbüfett mit kalten und warmen, zum Teil a la minute frisch zubereiteten Speisen sowie Säften, Sekt und süßen Gaumenfreuden als auch das wechselnde Abendbüfett ließen keine Wünsche offen. Getränke wählte man abends extra von der Karte, die eine mehr als ausreichende Auswahl bot. Der Tisch-Service war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Uns fielen vor allem die sehr bemühten Service-Kräfte Nicolas, Ana und Joulian besonders positiv auf. Auch die Managerin des Hotels, Maria, suchte mit uns das Gespräch (auf Deutsch) und zeigte sich sehr an uns als Gästen interessiert. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man eigentlich alle sehenswerten Ziele Marbellas sehr schnell. Wie gesagt, die Strandpromenade mit angeschlossenem Hafenbereich verläuft gleich entlang des Hotels. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich der kleine Dali-Park, der zentrale Marbella-Park mit sehenswertem alten Baumbestand und auch die pittoreske Altstadt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der Luxus-Hafen Puerto Banus, den man aufgrund der beeindruckenden Privatyachten, der Luxus-Autos und -Geschäfte unbedingt mal gesehen haben sollte, ist am Strand entlang zu Fuß in knapp einer Stunde erreichbar. Zurück kann man dann wahlweise mit dem Bus oder - viel besser und schöner - mit dem Katamaran fahren.

Wunderbar kleines Hotel im Herzen von Marbella! Was eine angenehme Überraschung. Ich habe vor vielen Jahren mit Studenten in diesem Hotel geblieben und nach etwa 13 Jahren mit einer Gruppe von 15 Erwachsenen zurückgekehrt. Ich war besorgt ... aus keinen Grund. Das Hotel ist mit einem schönen, schönen und schönen Frühstück ausgestattet. Das Personal ist angenehmen, die Zimmer haben Balkone (wir könnten von ihnen einige der Prozessionen der Heiligen Woche sehen). Das kleine Restaurant hat ein annehmbares Frühstück - nichts fantastisches - aber schönes. Meine einzigen Kritiker sind so trivial, dass ich sie nicht erwähnen kann. Die kleinen Seifenbaren im Badezimmer waren trockene und scheiße Dinge, altes Haartrockner, aber es funktionierte .. und unser Bad Müll braucht Ersatz - rusty - ugh. Die Betten waren sauber und komfortabel, die a/c funktioniert auch gut. Ich würde in einem Blitz zurück!

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week in June in the centre of Marbella room was lovely we were on the 6th floor had sun all day on balcony & there was a table & 2 chairs the room was quite big with 2 wardrobes plenty of space safe as well we were b&b & the breakfast was fine there is a roof terrace with a pool & loungers every time we went there was no problem getting a sunbed sometimes we had the place to ourselves. 2 days before we were going home the air conditioning packed in they said all of the 6th floor wasn’t working but the engineer will be here today to fix it he didn’t turn up so that night was very hot & stuffy had to leave balcony door open next day they offered us a new room so we took it as it was our last night & what a difference fantastic air conditioning this room was even better than our original one we would definitely go back to this hotel as central to everything really enjoyed our holiday.

This 3-star apartment hotel is better than many 4 stars hotels we have been in. The staff was kind and helpful and parking was available. Pool view from the room was nice and so was swimming in it. The room had nice furnishment and a possibility to cook for yourself. The lobby bar was also nice and pretty. Cleaning was good and the cleaning lady polite. The location was very convenient at the city center. Overall value for money was good. If we visit Marbella city center again, we will come back here!

Schönes kleines und feines Hotel mit schöner Gartenanlage im Poolbereich und wie ein andalusisches Dorf im vorderen Bereich gestaltet. Gute Lage in zweiter Strandreihe am Rande von Marbella. Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 10min zu erreichen. Ein Spaziergang nach City und Hafen Marbella ca. 20min. Für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Ausflüge empfehle ich auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Hauptstraße direkt vor dem Hotel, wer diesen Geräuschpegel ausschließen möchte, sollte ein Zimmer im Poolbereich buchen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen in Andalusien bis zur Straße von Gibraltar ist die Lage des Hotels, meiner Meinung nach, perfekt. Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit großzügiger Terrasse, die Einrichtung könnte zwar langsam mal eine Überholung vertragen, aber alles war sauber, hat funktioniert und war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal - ohne Ausnahme. Schnell und unauffällig, permanent bemüht unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm zu gestalten. Wir hatten Halbpension und waren vor allem mit der Qualität und Vielfalt im Restaurant äußerst zufrieden. Sehr abwechlungsreich und wirklich eine tolle Küche. Bei den Getränken waren ebenfalls Profis am Werk, leckere Cocktails und Longdrinks. Getränkepreise leider am oberen Limit, aber der Location Marbella angepaßt.

La Villa Marbella was the perfect place to stay in Marbella. We had visited Marbella ten years ago and knew what area we wanted to stay. There are many choices of hotels in the Old Town but I will not hesitate to say that this is the BEST. Our room was decorated in a beautiful stone and teak motif with gorgeous handpicked Indonesian furniture. Although it had wonderful windows out to a tree lined walkway, is was extremely quiet. The large bed was so comfortable and the room provided every amenity you would need. On top of all that, the location was perfect. Oh, and don’t forget to checkout the rooftop deck - a huge plus! Rose, Ben, Isabella and team could not have been more hospitable and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Eurostars Oasis, the hotel is brand new and modern with spacious rooms. What really stood out was the staff, they were so welcoming and friendly. With it just opening a few months ago they are all working really hard to build a great reputation, looking for feedback and going above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great stay. We booked an “Oasis Premium with Terrace” room which was on the ground floor facing the main entrance and set back from the road. The road wasn’t noticeable as the view was of a small garden area with privacy screen and the road is very quiet, we were very happy with our room. This side of the hotel was in the shade so if you want a room facing the sun ask for a pool side room. The sea view rooms are on the top floor with terraces. The hotel is not on the sea front so the view of the sea is in the distance over other the top of other buildings. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and golden mile promenade, and there is a supermarket round the corner. The location overall is excellent as it’s a lovely walk in either direction down the beach - about 20 minutes to Porto Banus, an hour to the Old Town. There are plenty of options to get about too - buses, Uber (always ＜ 10 min wait) and an hourly ferry between Porto Banus and Marbella Town. The hotel had a good continental breakfast with a few hot items and more choices on request. We went Bed & Breakfast which I think most guests had done too, and there are so many great options to eat out nearby. The pool and hotel lounge bar were nice quiet places to relax, and Carlos makes a great Margarita :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay to all the team at the Eurostars that make our holiday so memorable!

Mein Freund und ich suchten einen kurzen fünftägigen Pause vor ein paar Wochen, um die letzte der Sommersohle zu erhalten und aufgrund einer Empfehlung wir wählen Ona Alanda .Von Anfang bis Ende konnte ich nicht fehlen es .wir beantragten eine ruhige Gegend so wir wurden ein Apartment in Wir waren sicherlich ein sehr großes zweibett zwei Badezimmer Apartment mit jeder Ausstattung und in der Nähe eines kleineren Pools , Bar und hinter Nikki Strand . Wir haben ein wunderbares Frühstück und das Buffet Abendessen im Resort zwei Nächte . Es gibt zwei große Strandrestaurants 5 Minuten entfernt und mehrere gute Restaurants im Gegenteil . Die Altstadt von Marbella ist 20 Minuten in einem Cabinet entfernt, aber es gibt eine Busshalte entgegen der anderen Option. Die Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind in der Tat all das Personal so hilfreich ist nichts zu viel Problem, eine besondere Erwähnung für Paco, der uns so viele Dinge empfohlen hat. Wir planen bereits eine Rückreise im Frühjahr .
