Wir waren vom Hotel Plaza Cavana positiv überrascht. Unser Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Pool-Zugang gebucht, somit durften wir den Pool auch ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten benutzen. Leider war dann morgens als wir dieses Angebot nutzen wollten ein Mitarbeiter mit der Reinigung des Pools beschäftigt. Das Frühstück war OK. Es gibt die Möglichkeit draussen zu sitzen. Leider ist es extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Öffnen einer Tür im Gang.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Right in the middle of Nerja yet down an alleyway so that it feels off the beaten track. The hotel was kind to point out some free parking options but we chose paid parking nearby. So many restaurants and shops just around the corner as is the Balcon de Europa This hotel is listed as a 3 star but is spotlessly clean (like everywhere we stayed in Spain). There is a small pool on the roof with enough places for people to sunbathe - some shade or umbrellas would have been a nice addition. The room was modern and offered all amenities. Breakfast was a decent selection. Excellent value on their nightly rates. Staff are friendly and helpful. This was a great choice for Nerja and we look forward to returning! Highly recommended!

We typically stay at AirBNB's when we travel in Europe, but decided to splurge on this place in order to have hotel amenities while we were relaxing on the nearby beach. Aside from the awesome location (overlooking the water and in the middle of the main square), this place was twice the price of most places we looked at and yet was not nearly as nice. It's an apartment but they don't give you any amenities for an apartment and yet also don't give housekeeping services as if it's a hotel. When we arrived there was a ton of trash loose under the kitchen sink from the previous guest and no trash can anywhere except a small one in the bathroom so you can see why that's where they threw their trash (and no one had cleaned it up). At one point my son spilled something in the kitchen and there are no towels, sponges, ANYTHING to clean it up - not even washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. We weren't going to waste our only bathroom towels on the spill so resorted to cleaning it up with toilet paper from the bathroom. The furniture all feels like old Ikea furniture, there was no way to take a shower without getting the whole thing completely sopping wet, and there was an old toothbrush on the ground next to the vanity when we arrived. Every time I tried to talk to the front desk they were enthralled in conversations with other staff members and wouldn't pause to talk to the guests. We had to complain three times to three different people to get someone to clean up the trash in the kitchen and the housecleaning didn't do anything in our room the whole time we were there except make the beds. And don't be deceived by the pictures of the pool. Based on where it is situated, in June it only gets about one hour of sun a day and the rest of the day it is cold in the shade. So much for staying at a hotel! I'm back to Airbnb's. I have found their hosts to be better than a hotel like this!

Echt, modern und größtmöglicher Komfort. Er hat gegessen · Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft Erfahrung, beginnend von Anfang an mit einem Kontakt von der Firma, die alle Details umfassend informiert, und ein späterer Kontakt mit einem Code, der den Zugang zum Zimmer ermöglicht und die Anlagen in einem wirklich komfortablen System. Ich muss hinzufügen, dass ich neben dem freundlichen Ton eine zusätzliche Upgrade zu Buchen im Zimmer gemacht habe, so dass ich ein großes Zimmer mit Meerblick, 65 Zoll TV, und eine sensationelle Berührung der Lichter und der Raumtemperatur, was den Aufenthalt wirklich komfortable machte. Zudem möchte ich noch auf den echten Tobogan hinweisen, durch den ich zweifellos gleitet habe, die oberste Terrasse von zwei spektakulären Höhen und eine Bibliothek mit verschiedenen Räumen, die die Leckereien der Bibliophile machen wird. Schließlich ist Frühstück ausgewählt und gesund, mit Qualitätsprodukten, und immer noch verfügbar Kaffeemaschine, Saft und Wasser sowie Früchte 24h. Es gefällt mir nicht ·Ich würde einige weitere Produkte in das Frühstück, zu fruchtbar, wie frische Käse, Aguacate, etwas Küchen und heiße Produkte: Soßen, Eier, Torte, Gürtel ... Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gepflegt und in den Wintermonaten sehr erhohlsam. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Speisenangebot war überwältigend. Am Strand kann man schöne Spaziergänge nach Nerja machen, es gibt mehrere Bänke zum ausruhen und sogar Toiletten, die sauber und gepflegt waren. Die Betten im Hotel waren sehr bequem und die Zimmer sind gross und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und wir waren viel unterwegs im schönen Andalusien.

Brillante Lage. Wir hatten 1C und die größte Terrasse. fantastische Aussichten. Das Personal war im Büro und mit Online-Anfragen aufmerksam. Restaurants und Geschäfte unter den Äußerungen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist klein mit wenig Schatten und die Sonnenbetten sind auf einem anderen Niveau, nicht groß mit kleineren Kindern. Große Aussichten. Das Aussehen und die Hallen waren sehr sauber. Die einzigen negativen waren, dass die Möbel in den Aussichten gedacht sind. Es gab kein Ofen. Der Aircondition ist sehr laut. Kostenlose Parkplätze entlang der Vorderseite und der umliegenden Straßen, aber es ist beschäftigt und wenn Sie nicht früh genug sind oder beschließen, zum Tag zu gehen, vorbereitet, kann es bis zu einer Stunde dauern, um wieder einen Platz zu finden. Ich empfehle vor der Buchung der Sonnenbäder am Strand. Schön kurze Spaziergang in die alte Stadt, aber es ist auf den steigenden Treppen. Wir würden hier wieder bleiben.

Gut gelegenes Hotel direkt am Strand und 15 Minuten von der schönen Altstadt Nerjas gelegen. Wegen Corona gab es im ganzen Hotel sowie in den Gästezimmern Desinfektionsmittelspender. Vor dem Eintritt ins Restaurant jeweils Temperatur gemessen. Im Hotel bestand Maskenpflicht, am Pool konnte man natürlich ohne Maske liegen. Das Essen war meist gut und abwechslungsreich, mit Fisch und Fleisch sowie regelmäßig Paella. Die Kellner waren freundlich und haben schnell die Tische abgeräumt und Getränke gebracht. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, insbesondere die Front-Desk-Managerin Lola war stes supernett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte uns sogar einen Wasserkocher besorgt und sofort bei einem Safeöffnungsproblem geholfen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und guter Standard. Von unserem Balkon Zimmer 546 hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick zum Strand und dem abendlichen Sonnenuntergang. Die Zimmerreinigung hatten wir trotz eines guten Trinkgrlds am ersten Tag weltweit in den meisten Hotels schon besser erlebt und ich sprechen hier nicht von Handtuchreationen und Blümchen auf dem Bett, sondern davon, dass leider öfter keine Kleenex nachgefüllt wurden, eine Extratoilettenpapierrolle leider hier kein Standard ist und gebrauchte Plastikbecher inklusive Teebeutel stehen gelassen wurden anstatt sie gegen neue, saubere mal auszutauschen, was sonst in jedem 3 Sterne-Hotel gemacht sind. Das gibt es definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Sprachlos machte uns, dass meine Tochter, von der hereinkommenden Housekeepingangestellten angeherrscht wurde, weil sie in unserem Zimmer keine Maste trug. Wir verliessen dann schnell mit Maske das Zimmer. Der Pool ist schön angelegt und direkt an den Stand angrenzend, so dass man dort liegen und zum Baden ins Meer gehen konnte. Strandhandtücher bekam man kostenfrei an der Rezeption ausgeliehen. Uns hat es insgesamt gut gefallen und würden das Hotel wieder buchen auch wenn es viele Standards wie z. B. Badamenities, Bügelbrett/-eisen nicht gibt.

Just returned from a week at this hotel and we were not disappointed. It is in an excellent location,a short walk to the Balcon de Europe with its many shops & restaurants and near a lovely beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean with a very adequate breakfast buffet. The reception staff were very helpful and informative. All in all a great stay!

Beim Einchecken waren wir sehr enttäuscht über eine der obersten Zimmer, die wir zugewiesen hatten. Dies wurde schnell sortiert und wir wurden ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten, das mehr für uns gefällt, weil die schöne Aussicht und der einfache Zugang zum Pool. Das Frühstück war gut, aber mehr Getreidewahl wäre schön. Einige Bereiche des Hotels brauchten ein wenig TLC und einen guten Staub, aber für den Preis, den wir zahlen, wir nie erwartet Luxus. Es war schwierig, sich aufgrund des lauten Lärms zu entspannen, dass ein nahe gelegener Manhole-Deckel jedes Mal, wenn ein Auto über sie fahren. Die gute Zeit von 5 bis 9 war großartig und jeden Nachmittag genossen wir ein paar Getränke, bevor wir für den Abend bereit waren. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und es war immer Service mit einem Lächeln. Wir haben in der letzten Nacht im Hotelrestaurant gegessen und ich muss sagen, dass das Essen und der Service hervorragend und sehr vernünftig waren. Wir genossen wirklich unsere Zeit in diesem Hotel und für uns war die Lage großartig. Trotz einiger kleiner Nigger würden wir sicher zurückkommen, wenn wir Nerja noch einmal besuchen.

Wir blieben in dieser schönen Villa für 10 Tage. Es war absolut Devine. Sehr geräumig hatten wir 9 Personen und fühlten sich nie gekrämt. Der Pool wurde in hervorragender Zustand gehalten und wieder war die Gegend geräumig. Unsere Reise wurde noch erstaunlicher durch die wunderschönen gemacht

We stayed here for a week to cover the festival of the three kings. Nadiya the lady who greeted us was very friendly, and super helpful. Our pre-booked and prepaid taxi had let us down and we'd had to get a taxi costing €97. Nadiya helped us contact the original firm and we were able to get our money back, we couldn't have done this without her. The hostal is basic but it's very clean and perfectly adequate. The towels are changed daily and the bedding every other day. We asked for extra pillows and got them. Breakfast was buffet style and it was very good. Yes it was a bit chilly in the dining room so maybe a patio heater would be a good idea at this time of year. It is a hostal and not a 5* hotel but some people are never happy. We would definitely recommend this place 💕

The location of the hotel is ideal. Right in the middle of Nerja yet down an alleyway so that it feels off the beaten track. The hotel was kind to point out some free parking options but we chose paid parking nearby. So many restaurants and shops just around the corner as is the Balcon de Europa This hotel is listed as a 3 star but is spotlessly clean (like everywhere we stayed in Spain). There is a small pool on the roof with enough places for people to sunbathe - some shade or umbrellas would have been a nice addition. The room was modern and offered all amenities. Breakfast was a decent selection. Excellent value on their nightly rates. Staff are friendly and helpful. This was a great choice for Nerja and we look forward to returning! Highly recommended!

Das ist ein verstecktes Gemt Wir haben in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern während eines kurzen Aufenthalts geblieben, und beide waren sauber, komfortabel, gut konzipiert, und hatten schöne und geräumige private Terrassen mit Sitz und Wohnzimmer. Die Lage war sehr ruhig mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Es war ein sehr ruhiger Aufenthalt, ohne Lärm überhaupt, weder aus der Umgebung noch inne. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, mit einer großen Vielzahl von Pflaumen, Kuchen, frischem Obst, Joghurt und Omelette gekocht, um zu bestellen. Obwohl wir es nicht verwendet haben, erscheint der Pool und der Außenbereich extrem einladend. Die Lage war wirklich gut, etwas aus dem Zentrum zu sein, aber nur einen 10/15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Balcon de Europa. Insgesamt wurde es auf einen außergewöhnlich hohen Standard, mit Mitarbeitern nehmen große Stolz in ihrer Arbeit und gehen die zusätzliche Meile zu freuen ihre Gäste. Ich würde gerne einen Tag zurückkehren!

Das Frühstück ist von guter Qualität und wenige Arten. Der Service ist gut, aber die Einrichtungen sind alt. Ein Babybett mitzubringen scheint etwas klein, der Parkplatz ist ziemlich groß, 14 Euro pro Nacht. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich fantastisch, es ist am besten, auf dem Rasen zu liegen und mit dem Aufzug direkt zum Strand zu fahren, großartig!

Nachdem wir andere Cafés für ein gutes Frühstück versucht haben, haben wir weiter gesucht, und wir beschlossen, auf den Markt zu gehen. Das Hotel Balcón de Europa ist das Qualitätshotel im Zentrum von Nerja. Es hat die Lage und Stil, und Preise zu passen. Das Café verfügt über einen schatten Patio an der Seite des Hotels, an der der Balcón de Europa selbst angrenzen. Es ist ein schöner Ort, sehr zivilisiert und komfortabel, mit schönen Meerblicken. Der Kellner nahm in einer Minute unsere Sitze ein, und wir bestellten zwei Tee und einen Latte Kaffee. Wir studierten das Frühstücksmenü und mein Partner und ich wählen das „Gesundes Frühstück“, das natürliche Joghurt mit Getreide, rotem Obst und Nüsse war. Wie bei anderen Frühstücken hatten wir hier in Nerja den Joghurt war weder kreimlich noch dick, wie wir mit wirklich teuren Supermarkt-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fett-Fet Der Tee war nicht so gut wie wir hoffen, es war eine Mischung, die, glauben wir, einen gebratenen Tee wie Earl Grey enthält (die wir beide nicht finden passt) und es war nur nicht stark genug für unsere Geschmack. Die Latte meines Sohnes wurde genossen. Wir erhielten von unserem jungen Hausmeister einen ausgezeichneten und offensichtlich gut ausgebildeten Service. Unser zweiter Besuch hier auf diesem Urlaub war unser letzter Morgen am Tag, an dem wir nach Hause fliegen. Wir haben wieder hier Frühstück (die Wahl meines Partners) gegessen. Dieses Café ist ziemlich bewährt, zivilisiert und alles ist „korrekt“ gemacht, es hat einige der besten Ansichten hier in der Stadt, und es ist wieder angenommen mäßig teuer. Wieder einmal war der Service unverfälscht, und dieses Mal bestellten wir Americano Kaffee, mit warmem Milch, für zwei, und ein Cappuccino für meinen Sohn. Mein Partner und ich wählen Toast, und mein Sohn wählen eine Bacon- und Käserolle. Alles war so, wie es sollte, effizient und angenehm Service, und das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr gut. Zivilisierte Service ist hier ein Markenzeichen, und es ist immer eine Freude zu sehen.

Das Hotel ist für 10 Tage in Spanien geblieben und ich kann nicht den Service, den Service, die Zimmer, die Reinigung, die Bars und das Personal fehlen. Das Hotel macht Ihnen viele Details, wenn Sie ankommen, Sie haben unbegrenzte Kaffee und kostenlose Tee und Sie bekommen viele Lotus-Koks. Das unglaubliche Frühstück ist alles und sie setzen es alle zwei für drei wieder. Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Zubehör. Die Zimmer stinken großartig und sind alles sauber, sorgen für viele Details. Sehr nett und aufmerksam. Andererseits ist die Modernität der Lichter, Internet-TVs, LED-Licht ... Es war überraschend. Es ist sehr nahe dem Zentrum der Stadt und Sie können ohne Probleme überall gehen. Wir werden zweifellos in diesem Hotel wiederholen. Gute Qualität, gute Preise.

Wir waren vom Hotel Plaza Cavana positiv überrascht. Unser Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Pool-Zugang gebucht, somit durften wir den Pool auch ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten benutzen. Leider war dann morgens als wir dieses Angebot nutzen wollten ein Mitarbeiter mit der Reinigung des Pools beschäftigt. Das Frühstück war OK. Es gibt die Möglichkeit draussen zu sitzen. Leider ist es extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Öffnen einer Tür im Gang.

Schönes Zimmer,komfortable Bett mit guter Flachs. Niedrig Dekor. Gute Wanderung in der Dusche mit Gel, Shampoo und Klimaanlage in Spendern. Reale Größe weiche Badhandtücher von guter Qualität. Kann nicht fehlen diesem Platz hervorragenden Wert für Geld. Sehr empfohlen.

In Spain there are hostels and hostals; the latter is similar to a hotel or guest-house. A hostel (with an ”e”) is a youth hostel in anywhere, as I understand. Now we have that sorted-out, this review may help you to ‘get-over’ any perceived stigma or embarrassment about staying in a hostal (potentially assumed to be a cheaper and lesser standard of accommodation). Our hostal was on the Carabeo Road; a stones-throw from the cultural centre of Nerja (the Balcon de Europa). Unfortunately the hostal was also adjacent to a large open-area variously used for events, including the ‘Nerja Feria’; a festival which is held in early October. When we booked we hadn’t realized it was festival week. A few days before flying-out we were advised of the festival, and given the opportunity to cancel (much appreciated, thanks). The noise was truly horrific and lasted all afternoon, evening and all throughout the night until about 5am. It was virtually impossible to sleep at night; we had to use earplugs, or otherwise grin and bear the constant noise. This is not where you would stay during the festival unless you are extremely hard of hearing, or a heavy sleeper, or you are intending to attend the festival. That was the only seriously bad issue here, mostly it was otherwise good or very good. We booked a double room with en suite bathroom/WC. The bed (actually beds) however were two separately sheeted single beds pushed together. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent and failed at various times despite, we were told by the very kind and attentive management staff, a substantial investment in what appeared to be a Mesh or Wi-Fi booster system. The English speaking staff were in an office right next-door to our hostal, other hostals owned by Tre Soles (Three Suns) are also situated on the Carabeo Road. There are two more: one with smaller rooms ideal for shorter stays, and the other with, I understood, apartments with great sea-views. In our room the bathroom generally was great: the shower was fantastic, the plumbed-in hairdryer was excellent, but the bidet tap was a bit over-enthusiastic, the basin tap conversely was slow, and the sink plug was very difficult to remove: ideally it needs a chain (or maybe pliers should be provided). In the main room there was very efficient remotely operated air-conditioning, a remotely-operated TV with just local channels (very, very occasionally in English), a fridge (essential to keep drinking water cold; we drank 1.5 liters a day in our room), plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, there was also a desk and a bench-chair, plus bedside cabinets with table lamps, and an occasional comfortable armchair. The room was serviced every day to a high standard, but the air-conditioner, and the extractor fan in the bathroom, badly need to be cleaned. Direct access was possible from our room (No. 23) via French Windows to the back garden with patio tables, chairs and parasol provided. Other rooms had access to the back garden via a

Wenn Sie es Ihnen gestatten können, wohnen Sie an anderer Stelle oder zumindest Buchzimmer mit Balkon - vielleicht sind sie von besserem Standard. Ich werde mit positiven beginnen, gut die einzige: die nahe dem Strand. Der Pool des Hotels ist ein Dach, den Sie ohne Schlüssel nicht erreichen können, Sie müssen es von der Rezeption erhalten, aber es gibt niemanden auf der Rezeption. ''Pool'' hat keine Fläche für Lounges. Wir blieben eine Woche und der Hausmeister kam nur einmal um die Handtücher zu ändern , und hinterließ unser Zimmer frei ... Die Zimmer sind extrem veraltet und run-down , unsere eigene Catering 'Wohnung' (echt klein, eine Art Gefängniszell vibe) hatte neue Badezimmer, so dass eine positive Sache. Ich würde es nicht wieder buchen und der Grund ist, wenn es heiß wäre, wir würden nicht in der Lage sein, Luftkoni zu verwenden, da es aussah, als es 50 Jahre alt war und der Formgerüch kam aus, auch kein Balkon und unsere Ansicht war in die Treppe ... . Sehr unkomfortable Betten und vor allem Kette. Wenn Sie hier bleiben planen, bringen Sie Ihre Toiletten einschließlich Toilettenpapier mit Ihnen . Küche hat Kessel, Mikrowelle, Hobby, Kühlschrank und wenige Stücke für die Küche usw. und ein Teehandtuch.
