Das Hotel liegt etwas Abseits vom Zentrum von Barcelona, aber man kann vom Bahnhof aus, der ca 15 Gehminuten entfernt ist, mit der R1 viele wichtige Standorte und Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Matarò selbst ist eine schöne Ecke und wirklich sehenswert. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist eher simpel: ein einfacher Föhn, Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo und ein kleiner Fernseher mit lokalen Sendern sind vorhanden. Alle Mitarbeiter inklusive Putzpersonal sind sehr freundlich und immer verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Die Türen des Hotels werden nach 00:00 Uhr so ”gesperrt”, dass man nur herein kann, wenn man klingelt. Die Tür wird aber immer zügig geöffnet, sodass man nicht lange warten muss

Ich war mit meiner Mutter über das Wochenende in Mataro, das Hotel ist sehr schön, sehr leckeres Frühstück und die Umgebung ist sehr schön und auch entspannt. 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Bahnhof, von da aus kommt man in 45 Minuten mit dem Zug in Barcelona an. In der Nähe vom Hotel sind sehr viele Restaurants. Ich fand die Luft, die Menschen und die Stadt Mataro sehr schön, für Paare und Familie sehr schön, da es nicht so laut und voll wie Barcelona ist. Die Bus- und Zugverbindungen zum Girona Flughafen sind leider sehr schlecht. Unser Ausblick war Tag und Nacht wunderschön. Das Hotel ist auch für Alleinreisende sehr schön, da man in Mataro auch alleine sehr gut entspannen kann

Very good for the price. Unfortunately upon asking 3 times i couldn’t get a hairdryer. Not many vegan vegetarian options for breakfast. But the staff was absolutely fantastic they made sure they could bring us something as nothing halal was available. They made us some eggs and gave tuna. The beds are singles joined together. Location was good for the beach days. But it was a hassle and a long trip to get to Barcelona City. Overall hotel was great
