Ich schlief zum ersten Mal in BW Vista. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht für seinen 80er Blick verantwortlich machen. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, ein so großes Haus auf mehr state-of-the-art zu rekonstruieren, außer Zimmer. Ja Sie sind willkommen durch große Straßen, Treppen, lange Korridore. Personal: sehr freundlich und willkommen, Rezeption perfekt, brakfast riesig und Personal wieder sehr nett und sorgfältig. Parken direkt vor dem Hotel unter Überwachungskameras. Safe. Mittag war günstig: 4 Kursmenü für 240,- CZK. Nicht das Beste, nicht das Schlimmste. Glas guter Wein 80,- und der Pflegemann sehr nett, sehr erfahren. Das Zimmer: es ist sehr veraltet. Entfernen Flachbild-TV würden Sie in der kommunistischen Ära zurück sein. Vielleicht damals ＞ Ich würde 4 Sterne auf die Vordertür setzen. Nicht heute. Ich würde es mit 2, vielleicht 3 Sterne belohnen. Insgesamt: Ich kann dieses Hotel an Geschäftsleute empfehlen, die in einem ruhigen und sauberen Zimmer schlafen wollen und nicht erwarten ein super modernes Hotel. Es wird Ihnen sicher nicht beleidigen.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights this July 2023 in time for the BFL festival. Here were a lot of peole but on reception was very fast check-in and very friendly and clever team. Room 426 was clean - good job from cleaner Lucy :) The beds were comfortable. Maybe some small fridge is missing here - I think that is normally in hotels. We looked forward to breakfast every day because the food was very delicious. Huge range - salt and sweet and all fresh, yummy. Eggs, pancakes, porridge, garlic soupe, yoghurt, vegetables, fruits, hams, cheese, desserts, nutella, peanut butter, much types of bakery products ... all what you need to eat. Great coffee and juice, teas Wonderful work all team in restaurant. Every day with a smile and friendly mood. Cleaning dishes from tables, additional foods and drinks. I was excited!! :) Very funny was the cat robot for collecting the dishes :D My feelings are very positive and not last visit in this hotel. I look forward to the next visit. Ich habe dieses Hotel für sechs von uns gebucht, um im Dezember/Januar zum World Junior Hockey zu gelangen. Ich hatte so viel Hilfe von Kamilla, um sicherzustellen, dass wir das benötigte hatten. Sie war großartig. Das Hotel war sehr nett. Unsere Zimmer .. Wir haben für die größeren gewählt) waren zimmer, sauber und komfortabel. Das Büropersonal war hilfreich und untergebracht. Das Restaurant war gut, das Frühstück mit dem Buffet genau das, was nötig war und die Lage war großartig. Ein einfacher Tramfahrt zum Arena, oder in der Innenstadt mit einem Halt nur Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Es war unser Haus für 10 Tage und wir liebten jede Minute davon..Danke, Kamilla, Radka, Hanna und alle anderen Mitarbeiter für die große Reise.

Dieses Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Ostrava, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Masaryk Square entfernt. Mein Zimmer hatte ein Fenster im Hinterhof, so gab es keinen Lärm von der Straße (am Tag, an dem ich hier blieb, der Weihnachtsmarkt begann, so gab es viele Leute um das Hotel, Und es gab einen Eisrand vor dem Hotel, wo laute Musik gespielt wurde. Check-in und check-out waren schnell und ohne Probleme. Die Ausstattung meines Zimmers schien etwas älter, es schien mir wie ein Hotelzimmer aus den neunziger Jahren, die Art, die Sie in den Filmen sehen können von damals. Die Möbel waren älter und sehr einfach, das Badezimmer klein, das Bett ziemlich weich für meinen Geschmack. Es war hier sauber. Ich hatte Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant. Das Angebot war breit und alles, was ich hatte, war schmackvoll. Die Atmosphäre des Restaurants war sehr angenehm. Hotel- und Restaurantpersonal waren nett und hilfsbereit.

Es hat ein gutes kleines Restaurant neben der Tür, aber im gleichen Gebäude, perfekt zum Abendessen. Bett und WIFI war großartig. Badezimmer, schön bedeckt und attraktiv. Wenn es was gibt, die Zimmer waren etwas warm, aber es sollte beachtet werden, dass ich nicht versucht habe, das anzupassen. Und um den Aufenthalt zu schließen, war das Frühstück großartig. Nachdem ich in anderen Betrieben in Ostrava geblieben bin, kann ich sicher sagen, für meinen Wert meiner Firmenzulage, werde ich definitiv zurückkehren.

Ich würde nicht empfehlen, mehr als eine schnelle Haltestelle, die ich getan habe. Es ist für den Hauptbahnhof im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in Ostrava angemessen, aber zeigt seine Alter und scheint nicht zu wissen, in welche Kategorie es sitzt. Ist es Budget oder versucht es, etwas zu sein, es ist nicht? Das Zimmer, das ich hatte, war ziemlich datiert, obwohl ich glaube, es gibt einige renovierte Zimmer verfügbar. Haben einige der Artikel wie der beige Haartrockner in Hotels seit vielen Jahren nicht gesehen! Eine kleine Dusche mit einigen schlechten Ausstattung, Plug-Socken nirgends in der Nähe des Betts und nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage. Glücklicherweise öffneten sich die Fenster. Ich schlief gut, aber ich war trotzdem müde, so dass wahrscheinlich die Hälfte der Grund war! Der Ort war billig und sauber, so dass wenn das ist, was Sie nachher sind, dann gehen Sie für ihn.

I recently spent a week here and found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and well-kept. The bed was just right, not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was spotless. There were plenty of outlets and the lighting was more than sufficient. Reception was businesslike and professional. The breakfast offered had plenty of choices and was quite filling, especially as it was sometimes my only meal of the day. The only negatives were that the room was sometimes too hot and when ordering from the set menu in the restaurant at dinner, they were unwilling to accommodate dietary restrictions, telling us that no changes could be made. I would readily stay here again should my travels take me back to Ostrava in the future.

Disappointed doesn’t cover it. I’ve stayed before and it’s a good quality hotel. But what to make of a 4 star hotel that accepts your booking at its normal rate without telling you that all the facilities it has that make it a 4 star - little things like the bar, the restaurant, the gym, room service, etc - won’t be working for the duration of your stay? So as my biog says “you get what you pay for”…only here I did not get what I paid for. I got a 2 star hotel experience for a 4 star hotel price. But it’s the dishonesty of the management that sticks in my craw. They knew they were selling me a substandard experience from their norm yet didn’t have the grace to let me know or to adjust the price to reflect what they were actually selling me. My experience aside: the room was good quality and the three members of staff we met in this ghost town hotel were truly excellent and helpful. Can’t praise them more. When I said we were checking out after 1 night of a scheduled 5 night stay they facilitated this and made the process easy. But the honest thing to have done would have been to keep the hotel closed or offer a discount - there were only 13 rooms out of 140 occupied on the night. Maybe their contract with Accor won’t allow them to do either but this experience has been my worst in the many hotels across the world I’ve stayed in this year. And I’m a fan of Mercure hotels too! W

Sehr schöne Orte, aber die Leute sind auf dem Berg, es ist ein altes Haus, umgeben von nicht sehr bequem zu essen und zu fahren. Es gibt ein Paar älter und freundlicher Haus. Der Windsurf muss leihbar sein und keine Wasserkocher verbrennen.
