Great Hotel for a 2 star hotel. Hotel prices in Madrid are expensive so I would rate this a pretty good hotel. The staff is amazing and helpful. There was a front desk staff named Ignacio I think, I dont think I am naming the person right but he was very helpful and amazing. Informed us of things to do, places to go and was just very kind in general. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to center area but the metro is only 200mts away. The location has lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and churro places. Night time also is happening in the area. Would definitely recommend this.

Ein Zustellbett ist verfügbar. Wir sind 8 Jahre alt und es gibt keine Zustellgebühr. Aber diesmal ist die Hygiene nicht gut. Am Tag des Eincheckens war die Badewanne im Zimmer voller Sand und Steine und wurde nicht gereinigt. Als der Kellner, der das Nachtbett anmachte, ins Zimmer kam, bat er um Reinigung in diesem Jahr. Machen Sie nachts eine Pause in dem kleinen Garten und bestellten ein Glas Champagner. Der Kellner benutzte tatsächlich ein Glas voller Wassertropfen (schätzungsweise waschen und nicht trocknen) und schenkte mir Champagner direkt ein, oh! Am nächsten Tag schlief das Kind mehr als 19 Uhr. Infolgedessen war das Bett des Kindes unerklärlich nass. Später ging ich zur Rezeption und bat sie, bessere Betten zu bekommen. Sehr verletzt. Solch eine gute Lage, der Rest des Hotels ist großartig, die gesundheitliche Situation ist inakzeptabel.

Das Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, tolle Lage, saubere Zimmer (vor allem die Betten sind sehr gemütlich) und der angrenzende Park lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nicht unerwähnt sollte die tolle Dachterrasse mit dem hervorragenden Ausblick über Madrid sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, aber das Hostel selbst zu finden war schrecklich. Es gab absolut keine Anzeichen, dass das Hostel in einem Bürogebäude ohne Anzeichen des Hostelnames ist und wir waren um den ganzen Platz gelaufen und konnten noch nicht die Adresse Nr. 1 finden. Das Hostel kann nicht mit dem angegebenen Telefon kontaktiert werden und dankbar nach der Suche nach dem Informationszähler, dass wir den Ort finden. Aber selbst innerhalb des Gebäudes gibt es nichts, um anzugeben, welcher Ebene der Hostel ist, da der Gebäude-Informationstisch zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht bemannt wurde. Es gab ein paar Pickpockets, die uns folgten, gingen in das Gebäude, indem sie uns helfen und uns in verschiedene Etagen zu verwirren und konnten mit meinem Passdeckel wegkommen, die gestohlen dachte, es muss meine Tasche sein. Das Zimmer ist sauber, komfortabel und das Schlafen ist sehr ruhig. Die Rezeption und der Frühstücksbedienstete sind sehr enthusiastisch und freundlich. Es ist sehr bequem, den Bus zum Flughafen zu fahren, eine halbe Stunde.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, nur in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, aber da es Hostel ist, gibt es keine offensichtliche Fassade, sucht viel Zeit, um zu finden, die Leute an der Rezeption verstehen kein Englisch, durch die Computerübersetzung zum Vervollständigen Dialog. Service-Haltung ist nicht schlecht.

Das Zimmer ist in der Mitte von Madrid, mit einer ruhigeren Hinterstraße als die Gran Via. Rezeption und saubere Korridore sowie das Zimmer. Das Badezimmer und das Zimmer sind sehr neu und modern. Das Bett ist etwas kurz (ohne hohe Personen), die Heizung funktioniert perfekt. Sehr gute Behandlung durch das Personal und der Zimmerreinigung.

We were a little disappointed with our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, we had to pay 20 Euros for a taxi to catch our flight departing at 6am as the hotel’s free airport shuttle doesn’t start until 5am. There are very few amenities near the hotel. We were also hoping to weigh our suitcases before checking out but the hotel has no sets of scales. In hindsight, we would have been better staying in the city for another night.
