Es ist ein perfekter Aufenthalt für jemanden, der beabsichtigt, mit ihrem privaten Auto Darjeeling zu besuchen, da diese Unterkunft einen gut abgedeckten Parkplatz hat. Der Besitzer war freundlich und half uns, die Routen in und um Darjeeling kennen zu lernen, so dass wir Darjeeling auf uns selbst in einer unstörbaren Weise erkunden konnten. Das Hotel verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungen und das Frühstück war auch lecker und in guter Menge.

Zimmer sind sehr grundlegende. Kein Fernseher, Geyser funktioniert nicht richtig, Lebensmittelqualität ist nicht gut. Das Badezimmer ist nicht richtig belüftet. Aber das Personalverhalten ist gut. Viele bessere Hotels sind dort zum gleichen Preis vorhanden.

Property location was prime. It is located at walking distance of ghum station and you can easily get public transport to darjeeling i. E. Center to other view points in darjeeling. Stay was very satisfied and hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Mukesh, trisha and other staff helped us for booking cab, finding great view points and with other stay related issues. Thanks for all of them for our great stay at hotel.

Everything was perfect, the stay was beautiful. It is located just beside dell park, 45 mins from the kalimpong market. Peaceful and far away from noise. The resort is well maintained, though it is rated as 3* but we felt their service is like any of the top rated 4* hotel. Everyone was welcoming, cordial and just a one knock away for any kind of service. The premium balcony view we chose, which was worth of every penny and minute spent in the room. The clouds are coming inside room with a view of kanchenjunga and tees-ta river. Loved it. Only just for a note, local shops are very limited there, if you want any kind of dry foods or snacks, and the hotel restaurant food pricing is bit higher considering the locality. Though the a loo parathas they provided in breakfast and mixed fried rice and chilly chicken was very delicious. Overall our 3nights 4 days stay in summit sherpa was splendid. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful vacation with the raw natural beauty of delo, mountains, delo park and of course kalimpong. We visited darjeeling by taking car one day which was also a pleasant experience and returned back to hotel in the evening. Please note: there are other 2 branches of summit near kalimpong market area, but summit sherpa is the branch which is only located in delo. Wish you a wonderful stay there. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt hier im Hotel stolz, kalimpong. Zimmer waren ziemlich sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und freundlich. The location of the hotel is amazing! it is just a few steps from the start of the main market street. Moreover, the ground floor and first floor have amazing restaurants. The view from the hill view rooms is also nice. The hotel is located on the third floor, without any lift. Even though carrying luggage is done by the hotel staff, climbing could be challenging if you have leg problems. The rooms are small in size compared to price, but this can be considered a premium for the location. We had a bad experience during one of the nights as few other residents were talking loudly till 1 am. As the walls are wooden and surrounding very quite, the sound was very disturbing. I had to confront them directly to make it stop. No hotel staff could be found at that time to complain about it. It is better not to opt for complementary breakfast as there are no options except a single dish. It is better to buy it from outside as a lot of good options are available in walking distance.

I went to mirik on the 10th of september, 2023 & stayed at queen hill hotel & homestay. Amusing view from the balcony. Cheap & best price on proper mirik town beside the jhil. I'll also suggest the couple's to book queen hill hotel & homestay. On a moonlit night it will be an unbelievable experience. The entire hotel is neat & clean, also well decorated & hygienic maintained. Good food, very well & polite behaviour of all the staff.

It was a wonderful experience staying there. The hosts binod daju and his wife both were very polite and behaved like family. We felt like we were in some old known relative's home. When they get to know that me and my wife like mutton very much ( in north bengal and sikkim mutton is available with skin ), the cooked for us mutton the very next day in dinner. We were just awestruck. Overall food is very good. Room is very good. View is awesome. Didi even shared with us various kind of local recipes. It's was a real good experiance. Highly recommended.

The property is very clean and beautiful. The view is picturesque when weather is clear. We travel-led as a family and were provided two rooms. The size of the rooms was disappointing as they mentioned that those were the only rooms available with view and the bigger rooms had no view. The picture of room put up while booking should match the selected room otherwise it can create disappointment compared to the room charges taken. Food and service was overall good.

A very basic hotel with no correct information details on the site. The hotel manager is rude, and he doesn't know how to say no to the guests. He was too straightforward, and this attitude is not for the hospitality industry. Not even one local staff member was seen there. I had already paid 2400 for the executive room, thinking all the rooms have a mountain view as there is no information about room type in the site. I had put a msg requesting for the mountain view room as my partner had never seen a snow-capped mountain. Upto our disappointment, they showed us a dark and stuffy room where the view was another hotel's wall. Asked them for an upgrade, and the hotel manager told me to pay 1500, to which I asked if they could give a discount, and he abruptly said no.. it was around 8 pm that we reached and rooms were available. We upgraded for one night for their so-called premium room (mountain view) no diff in room at all.. except there was a window facing the mountain and bath tub in the bathroom with no valve. The linens were dirty. I didn't see any worth of paying 1500 extra for upgrade. I requested a refund for the 2nd day, which they refused, and trip.com gave me compensation points. The most annoying thing in all this was the hotel manager blaming expedia.com for not having the correct information on the site while I didn't even know trip.com is partnered up with expendia. He was blaming me, blaming ******* but except them. I asked if there was ac in the room for the heater, then he said.. they don't have ac in any hotels in darjeeling. I'm from Darjeeling, and he didn't look like he was from Darj, and I was asking about his hotel and not other hotels. To have this kind of hotel listed on trip.com would ruin the reputation of trip.com and not the hotel. Horrible experience.

The location and view is wonderful. The food was very costly and not up to the mark. Amenities and hygiene were good. The staff and manager should speak the official languages of west bengal. They openly refused to speak in bengali. Local organic farming is very good and it can be helpful for enrichment of the food menu as the only vegetable available in the food is potato.

It is hotel mainly used by travellers as a transit point, specifically when they are reaching njp by shatabdi, or catching howrah bound shatabdi early morning, location wise it is very near to njp railway station, but not 5 mins walk, as written in the description, a pedal rickshaw from stand took nearly 10mins, being an early riser i saw auto etc were parked in front of the hotel anticipating passengers who wish to catch the early morning train

-Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind relativ neu und die Zimmer sind nicht klein. -Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe des Glockenturms, mit Restaurants und Taxis in der Nähe. Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt, bequem zum Einkaufen zu jeder Zeit und überall am Abend. Gute Lage. -Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr nett. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass ich beim Einchecken lange Haare auf der Bettwäsche gefunden habe. Machen Sie Fotos an der Rezeption, sie nehmen sie sehr ernst. Ich habe die Decke gewechselt, aber es war immer noch Zuba Ba. Es wird geschätzt, dass die Bettwäsche nicht automatisch getrocknet und gebügelt wird. -Haben die Abholung vom Flughafen gebucht. Obwohl etwas teuer, ist der Fahrer von guter Qualität und stellt von Zeit zu Zeit die vorbeifahrenden Städte vor.
