Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Wie in Italien üblich etwas kleiner als in Österreich doch sehr praktisch. Tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer,  schafft Wohlfühlatmosphäre! Super Frühstücksbuffet!!! Die Auswahl reicht von frischen Obst- und Gemüsevariantionen bis über Speck, Eier, Schinken, Käse, div. Müsli, Joghurt, Süßes (...usw. usw.) Es wird laufend Frisches wieder aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Bei Bedarf unbedingt nachfragen. Besonders an der Rezeption ist man unglaublich bemüht behilflich zu sein, wo es möglich ist Wünsche prompt zu erfüllen oder gute  Lösungen zu finden. Das erlebe ich sehr selten. Seit Jahren kommen wir ins Hotel Katja und treffen sehr oft Leute die auch schon langjährige Gäste sind. Das spricht für sich.

Top Hotel, Traumlage, unglaublich freundliches Personal. Komme seit vielen Jahren nach Bibione und kenne die Hotels/Apartments. Das Hotel Royal hebt sich ab! Das Hotel hat zwar „italienische Zimmergrößen“, aber das stört nicht. Zimmer sauber, Bad und Dusche alles super. Man ist am hoteleigenen Strand, großen Pool oder ein paar Straßen weiter beim Shoppen. Räder zum Ausleihen auch super! Das Frühstück reichhaltig (wenn auch Süßspeisen-lastig). Preis-Leistung 10/10 would recommend

Sono stato in questo hotel per un week end, avevo corso nelle terme di Bibbione. La notte tra venerdì e sabato qualcuno dell’hotel ha messo musica house alle 4.30 del mattino per circa 15 minuti svendo penso tutti. La notte di sabato alle 2.30 del mattino dei ragazzi sotto la mia camera hanno iniziato a suonare clacson e urlare ( di chi è la Y grigia dietro la loro auto) svegliando tutta la via !!! Mi alzo e vedo che questa auto è stata parcheggiata dietro le auto e oltre tutto praticamente in strada impedendo alle persone d’uscire, chiamando la pulizia e dopo un ora di manovre sono riusciti ad and****ne. E notte in bianco !!! La mattina di domenica vado al corso alle terme prendo i miei asciugamani e li porto in auto, mentre poso gli asciugamani nell’auto esce una ragazza che mi chiede se sto portando via la biancheria della struttura, io la guardo basito chiedendo sorpreso se le sembra che io possa prendere o fare una cosa del genere ?! Alche gli dico che se non si fida controlli pure … mi rispose che non si sa mai … che succede di tutto e che non serviva il controllo, rientra senza dirmi SCUSA !!! Poi rientro e chiedi di chi era questa auto Y grigia che svegliato tutti nella notte, mi rispose che se la gente è maleducata lei non può farci nulla e che questi ragazzi hanno parcheggiato nei parcheggi della struttura, quindi lei per farla pagare a questi ha pensato di mettergli l’auto dietro impedendo d’and****ne … gli rispondo che questo suo gesto ha disturbato tutta la via e sopratutto i suoi clienti … e poi non risponde più e non chiede SCUSA del suo gesto doppiamente maleducato !!! Io ho trovato assurdo tutto ciò, lasciando perdere odore da vecchio sulla struttura biancheria vecchia e rovinata, tavoletta del wc rotta! Devo fare i complimenti alla ragazza della cassa e reception per la sua mancanza completa di professionalità …

Wir waren dieses Wochenende in Bibione und haben für 2 Nächte für zwei Personen inkl Frühstück knapp 500€ bezahlt (Comfort Doppelzimmer). Wir haben bevorzugt mehr Geld auszugeben, um im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels die man in Bibione/Lignano kennt etwas mehr Service zu erhalten. Fehlanzeige! - das Zimmer war viel kleiner als online fotografiert und beschrieben (keine 60m2) - der Duschkopf wurde seit Monaten nicht mehr geputzt - kaputter Boden - nur ein kleiner Balkon mit einem Sessel (auch wenn es ein Doppelzimmer für zwei Personen war) - SEHR dunkle Zimmer und SEHR hellhörig! (Nicht empfehlenswert wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat) - Frühstücksbuffet klein, kein frisches Obst, nicht sauber (hab nichts gegessen) - „Hoteleigene Parkplätze“ sind ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt - kaputtes Licht im Bad, kaputter Klodeckel - dreckige Vorhänge (sehr ekelig!) Positiv ist die Lage (zwischen Strand und Hauptmeile) und die inkludierten Liegen am Strand (bei dem Preis erwarte ich es mir aber auch) sowie der hoteleigene Pool (der jedoch leider sehr klein ist und nur um die 10 Liegen hat) Wir hatten versucht an der Rezeption mit dem Personal zu sprechen (Mein Partner spricht Muttersprache Italienisch) aber wurden sofort sehr arrogant abgewiesen und das es ihnen egal sei, was wir sagen. Ich traute meinen Ohren kaum. Ich muss sagen, man sieht einfach wie sehr die Urlauber hier über den Tisch gezogen werden. Wir Österreicher oder Deutsche kommen sowieso hierhin auf Urlaub, wieso sollte das Hotel Geld investieren in Renovationen. Auch somit kann man knapp 250€/Nacht verlangen für ein Zimmer, dass normalerweise keine 120€/Nacht wert ist. Hätten wir die Hälfte bezahlt, wäre es in Ordnung gewesen - aber hier ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss einfach eine Abzocke.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in einem Standard Bungalow zu Gast im Lino und waren vollends zufrieden. Der Check-In war schnell, unkompliziert und vorallem freundlich. Wir waren sogar positiv von unserem Bungalow überrascht, da dieser sogar in Live schöner war als man es auf den Bildern vermuten konnte. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben und lädt morgens sowie auch abends zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren Selbstversorger und können zum Buffet nichts sagen. Allerdings war die Pizza, welche wir bestellt hatten, hervorragend! Ebenso wie das Eis. Ein großer Pluspunkt geht auch an das Barpersonal, welches einen stets freundlich und schnell bediente. Die Poollandschaft ist perfekt für Familien und sehr gepflegt. Sozusagen das Highlight im Herzen der Anlage. Die gesamte Anlage ist super gepflegt und vorallem auch optisch schön angelegt. Zum Strand sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Hier können wir empfehlen Räder im Hotel zu mieten. Alles in Allem eine tolle Anlage, die wir vorallem für Familien empfehlen können.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir hatten eine Terrasse, die direkt zum Pool führte. Das bedeutete, dass Sie auf der Terrasse bleiben können und die Kinder allein in den Pool gehen können und immer noch unter Aufsicht haben. Nice big pool. 10 minutes walk
