We stayed for 2 nights, the room for 3 was basic but very spacious, comfortable beds, how ever the bathroom area has no door, the wc and shower both have a glass door that you can totally see through, and hear everything, very embarrassing! The hotel is very big and the food is great, breakfast, dinner, drinks- all nice and not too expensive. The service was not good, our room wasn’t ready when we got there, and when we finally got to it, the third bed wasn’t ready (no towels too), the breakfast payment was very hectic, and finally when it rained they wouldn’t open the gate for us to go in the parking area because “the parking is flooded “, after 5 (!) calls on the intercom, we managed to drive in and found a small puddle, not even close to a flood (our other car wasn’t even wet!). It was really stupid and rude and just unnecessary.

Wir waren zu Freunden für 3 Tage im Winselerhof und haben Golfurlaub und Tagesbesuch in Maastricht in dieser Zeit miteinander verbunden. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Hotel etwas außerhalb, aber dafür mitten im Grünen und wunderbar ruhig. Der Service war wirklich herausragend freundlich, das Essen abends auf der Terrasse des Restaurants oder im Innenhof sehr gut. Vielen Dank nochmals dem sehr freundlichen Team des Hotels. Wir kommen gerne wieder. J. Signon

Clean, comfortable room. We always stay in the apartment rooms, giving us flexibility and more like home than a hotel room. Staff is always friendly and all speak English which we appreciate. Location is near the freeway, stores and multiple restaurants are close.

Es ist eine historische Gegend mit Charakter und ein schöner Hof. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber alten Ausstattung. Parkplatz außerhalb der Elemente ist exponiert, und das Restaurant ist nicht immer geöffnet. Das Personal spricht mehrere Sprachen, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, und die Lage ist ideal, um das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen und in den Wäldern zu gehen. Dienst war gut. Zimmer komplett. Frühstück gut betreut und eine große Auswahl. Leider hatten wir das Zimmer über dem Irish Pub. Das ist schön wertlos. Bis 4.00 Stunde keine Augen geschlossen. Trotz der Fenster dicht Ventilator, auch keine Klimaanlage, und war sehr warm ....Diese Zimmer über dem Pub sollten eigentlich nutt verwendet werden ......

In een prachtig gebouw een prima en royale economykamer gehad. Goede douchefaciliteiten. De medewerkers aan de receptie zijn voorkomend. Gevraagd om een waterkoker en kregen toen meteen de vraag of we ook bekertjes en theezakjes wilden. Wij konden vanuit hier weer heerlijk uitgerust verder met de Dutch Mountain Trail.

Ausgezeichnet! Wir kamen etwas früh, aber es war kein Problem, und wir wurden schnell von einer sehr freundlichen und professionellen Empfangsperson geprüft; sie war auch sehr hilfreich mit einem großen Humorgefühl. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, groß und sauber und das Badezimmer ist groß, mit einer Auswahl von Duschekopfen und einem separaten Bad. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine Menge Optionen und ich war beeindruckt, es wäre perfekt gewesen, wenn sie vegetarische Sauce serviert hätten, aber das ist mir unglaublich picky. Überprüfen Sie, was schnell plus Sie können auch online überprüfen oder Ihre Schlüssel in einem Tropbox verlassen. Es gibt eine große Parkplätze und die Lage ist sehr gut, da Sie gerade von der Autobahn zwischen Belgien und Deutschland entfernt sind. Wir haben direkt mit ihnen gebucht, so dass sie uns einen kleinen, super schönen Behandlungszugang anbieten. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel ausdrücklich; die Parkplätze, Zimmer und das Personal sind sehr, sehr gut!

This is a very nice place and probably we would stay again. It is in a historic building and that comes with certain quirks. The biggest thing to know is it’s not for people who are physically limited. You don’t park near the entrance and there are no elevators to the room. Everything has steps and there is no assistance offered, so unless you get a ground floor room you are toting your bags up the narrow steps. We are fully able so it wasn’t a problem. The grounds are gorgeous and the staff generally very nice and helpful. It’s a bit odd though as it combines high luxury with low frills, such as no help with bags. They seemed a bit understaffed. The food is great but expensive if you dine in. Not unreasonable for the food but high for every day dining. Overall the stay was very good but a bit on the expensive side. One oddity was we wanted to stay an extra night ( we emailed a few weeks ahead and got no reply) and when we inquired as we checked in were told they had a room but they couldn’t book us at the front desk we had go online. We decided to move on.
