I had a really bad experience in this hotel . Receptionist named HELDA is a worst I ever encountered in my life .she was so inconsiderate rude the worst she threaten us to take out from the hotel premises I was with a 8 yrs kid and my wife . Heres the story we are tourist,I booked a hotel for 3 days(non refundable )I paid through one of my friends credit card . As hotel policy I had to swipe a physical credit $100 for (collateral)incase of anything damage in my room . Unfortunately I didn't have a credit card . I request her to keep a $500 cash instead( I understand hotel policy’ )But she was so so so rude wanted us to thrown out of hotel she kept saying cancel and find other hotel . I ask her to call a manager maybe manger could have an other solution but she dint even bother . Just said I can’t I won’t . Listening our conversations at the lobby one lady came up and said if I give her $150 cash she will let use credit card just to check inn . Where’s we dint have an option .

Gehen Sie mit 2 Vorschulkindern. 2 Queen Betten genügen. Hotelzimmer ist ein bisschen klein für die Familie von 4. Nach dem Einladen der Gepäck hat nicht viel Platz übrig. Aber sie haben 4 Stühle und Essenstisch. Vollfunktionsküche ist ein Plus. Orlando hat nth viel zu essen für Asien und Kinder mögen nicht das Essen in den Themenparks. Wir hv unsere eigene Essen zu produzieren die meisten der Zeit. Hier geblieben für 10 Tage in den Wochen der Xmas und das neue Jahr glücklich mit allem.

Schönes Hotel sehr nahe einem schönen Teil der Stadt. Der Hof war schön und ich schätze die Einrichtungen - wie der Shop im Lobby und die Willkommenspack. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr komfortabel und sauber und ich schlief gut. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle für Heizungsfutter, aber keine Schneidwerke oder Platten, so dass es vielleicht hilfreich gewesen wäre zu berücksichtigen. Ich fand die Dusche fiel kalt, aber ich war in einem Drehmoment so sah nicht in, warum das sein könnte. Ich würde wieder bleiben :)

Da das Hotel erst vor Kurzem eröffnet wurde, musste man beim Check-in etwas warten. Das Personal war jedoch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Ablauf angenehm machte. Andererseits gab es einige Bedenken hinsichtlich der Einrichtungen. Das Wasser im Handwaschbereich floss nicht richtig ab, und auch die Toilette hatte Probleme mit dem Abfluss. Solche Probleme mit den Wasserleitungen hatte ich in anderen Hotels, wie zum Beispiel im Universal Canaveral oder im Disney All Star Resort, noch nie erlebt, daher war das etwas enttäuschend. Außerdem überraschte mich die mangelnde Schalldämmung. Stimmen vom Flur waren im Zimmer sehr deutlich zu hören. Außerdem schien es einen Spalt um die Tür zu geben, durch den wahrscheinlich noch mehr Lärm eindringen konnte. In den zuvor erwähnten Hotels hatte ich derartige Probleme nicht. Da das Hotel noch neu ist, hoffe ich, dass sich in diesen Bereichen in Zukunft Verbesserungen ergeben.

Ich dachte an das Hilton Garden neben den Outlets, aber hier lag ich falsch. Die Lage ist nicht so gut. Es ist nicht weit von den Outlets entfernt, kann aber nicht laufen, da es in der Mitte einen Hochgeschwindigkeitsblock gibt, und in der Nähe Es gibt keinen Bürgersteig im Gebäude, nur ein Taxi, 4 Minuten nach Ole fühlen sich wertlos an. Wir waren in vier Personen (zwei Paare) in einem Zimmer in diesem Hotel. Gute Anlagen, vor allem im Vergleich zum nordamerikanischen Standard. Der große Vorteil des Hotels ist, dass es ein brasilianisches Hotel für Brasilianer ist, mit portugiesischer Betreuung, was für diejenigen, die nicht die Sprache beherrschen, sehr erleichtert. Das Problem ist, dass es seiner Logik zufolge für das Kurierunternehmen sinnlos ist, nur auf dem Zettel zu sagen, dass es zugestellt wurde. Ich fragte ihn nach seinem Namen und er sagte, sein Name sei ALLAN Am nächsten Tag fand eine andere Dame und ein anderer Herr an der Rezeption das Paket anhand der von mir bereitgestellten Fotos erfolgreich. Ich habe die Gebühr bezahlt. Ich hoffe, das Hotelmanagement kann sich verbessern.

Die Familie von sechs war bequem. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen etwas anders und reichhaltig. Es ist jedoch gut, etwas früh zu gehen, weil Sie nach 8:30 Uhr anlaufen müssen. Es gab auch ein touristisches Shuttle wie die Sea World.

Das Hotel ist geräumig und sauber. Es ist ein Markenhotel mit gutem Ruf. Es verfügt über zwei 1,5-Meter-Betten, in denen zwei Personen schlafen können, was für eine dreiköpfige Familie geeignet ist. Die Rezeption ist sehr engagiert und hat uns selbst gebackene Kekse gegeben. Sie ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel bietet einen 24-Stunden-Flughafentransfer. Da ich einen frühen Flug hatte, buchte ich beim Rezeptionspersonal einen Shuttlebus um 4 Uhr morgens. Die Fahrt zum Flughafenterminal B dauerte 7 Minuten, was für Gäste mit einem frühen Flug sehr praktisch ist. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es mehrere Restaurants. Ich habe ein beliebtes Restaurant gefunden, das etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist.

Das Zimmer ist groß und die Dekoration ist auch gut. Es ist ein großer Klimaanlage, jetzt ist die Saison nicht heiß und es ist geschlossen. Das Frühstück ist kostenlos, aber man sollte das kostenlose verstehen, um nichts zu hoffen. Insgesamt ist der Preis gut, 20 Minuten von der Weltfilmstadt zu Fuß.
