Enjoy a peaceful stay in this artsy one bedroom back house filled with plants, personality and a true Austin vibe. You will find a fully stocked kitchen to make your favorite dishes or snacks. Lounge on the couch and binge watch some Netflix on the TV. The bathroom is recently updated and includes a beautiful claw foot tub. Step out the back doors and onto the deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine.We call the space the 'back house' because it is a converted garage. Although you would never know it as you step through the door and see the vaulted ceilings with skylights. It’s super cozy but feels very spacious at the same time.You will have access to the 'back house' and the deck and small yard behind the cottage. There is a laundry area behind the main house on the back patio. All guests have access to the laundry. We do typically have guests in the front house, so you might see them on the patio.If you are renting our space, that means we are traveling. We will most likely not be available, but we can have someone else check in on you or help if needed.We love our neighborhood. We are walking or biking distance to so many amazing restaurants and coffee shops.We are super close to the bus route that runs through downtown. It's a short Lyft or Uber ride to downtown or the most popular areas (usually $5-$8). Ich war sehr beunruhigt, einen Film mit Nacktheit und eine Szene von einem nackten Mann und einer Frau, die Sex hat (AKA porno) auf der Lobby / Frühstückszimmer TV zu sehen. Ich war noch beunruhigter, als ich den Manager, Diana, gebeten hatte, den Kanal zu ändern, den sie in die Gegend kam, und ich statt nur den Kanal zu etwas geeigneter zu ändern, Der Mann fragte mich, ob es ihr gut wäre, den Kanal zu ändern, als ob etwas wie das für eine Abstimmung unter den Gästen statt der Hotelpolitik. Ich war wütend, dass sie falsch behandelte, wäre eine Unterbewertung. Trotz der Tatsache, dass ich in diesem Hampton mindestens ein halbes Dutzend Mal im letzten Jahr geblieben habe oder so. Ich werde nicht zurückkommen. Halten Sie das öffentliche Fernsehen aus und lernen Manager, wie man sich mit Unternehmensfragen umgehen würde, wäre mein Vorschlag Hampton/Hilton. Andernfalls ist die Lage gut und die Zimmer sind sauber. Zu schlecht erlaubt sie unrein Programmierung auf ihrem Fernsehen im öffentlichen Raum zu spielen. Glücklicherweise waren da zu der Zeit keine Kinder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, aber die Umgebung ist ruhig. Unterhalb des Hotels ist das kostenlose Frühstück sehr gut, die Gesundheitsbedingungen sind gut, der Preis ist gut, die nächste Reise wird überlegen, wieder zu bleiben.

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt keinen Restaurant und Waschmaschine, aber das Hotel bietet Frühstück, es gibt keine anderen Speisen, es gibt eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer, sehr unkomfortabel. Die Pflegeeinrichtungen sind alt und nicht sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist konsequent schön und mit konsequent guter Service. Die Juevo Rancheros, die ich bestellt und an mein Zimmer geliefert hatte, waren unglaublich gut! Und der Kaffee war schön und stark ..... froh, ich bat um zusätzliche Creme und Zucker ! Große Lage in der Nähe der Geschäfte und Geschäfte im Domain. Auch in der Nähe von Voll Foods, H‑E‑B Gemüsegeschäft, Gateway-Filmtheater, und viele gute Restaurants, viele in der Nähe von Spaziergängen.. Große Zimmer, Badezimmer mit Aveda-Produkten. (Schampo, Klimaanlage, Körperwasch, Bar-Seife für Hände) war ein sehr schöner Touch! Das einzige, was ich nicht mag, war, dass sie kürzlich begonnen haben, für den Selbstparkplatz in ihrem unentdeckten Lot zu zahlen ..... Ich habe $20 auf 1/31/24 gezahlt. Das mag ich überhaupt nicht. Legen Sie einfach den Preis in Ihrer Zimmerpreise und sagen Sie kostenfreie Parkplätze!

Sehr gutes Motel, schon beim Betreten duftet es nach Kerzen, die Rezeption verständigt sich sehr gut, die Bettwäsche ist sehr sauber und die Kissen sind sehr bequem. Die Klimaanlage ist das größte Highlight. Es ist das einzige Hotel in den USA, das während der halbmonatigen Reise fast geruchlos ist. Die Toilette ist hell und sauber, der Wasserhahn hat keine Wasserflecken, die Handtücher sind sauber und frei von Fremdkörpern und die Schränke sind voller toller Geräte. Es gibt Popcorn, das direkt erhitzt werden kann. Alles in allem ist es großartig (ps: Ich habe Geld von einem nahe gelegenen Hotel verloren) Wenn Sie das sehen, können Sie direkt buchen, wenn das Budget stimmt, und es wird Sie nicht im Stich lassen.

My entire stay was first class. The location is central and close to major venues in downtown. The lobby and common spaces were very clean. The gym and pool were amazing, clean, and top tier. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I would definitely return to the Stephen F Austin Royal Sonesta.

Das AC des Zimmers war inkonsistent, schwer zu finden die richtige Temperatur. Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war direkt hinter den Aufzügen, so dass es schwer war, sie zu schlafen hören, bis 3 Uhr nicht aufhören. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr dunkel und schwer, sich selbst im Spiegel zu sehen.

Stayed before our flight back from Austin. Free shuttle to and from airport which we used after returning the rental car and to get to the airport for the flight. Lovely hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Used the pool at 7.30pm, it is quite shallow but was warm . Everything was clean, there was a fridge, coffee machine and bottled water in the room as well as usual things like hairdryer and iron.

Das Zimmer ist nicht nur ein dichtes Fenster, sondern auch ein schlechtes Zimmer. Einen Punkt: Die restlichen Kips sind noch im Eisschrank, wenn sie geblieben sind, wenn sie aus dem Laden gehen, und es ist offensichtlich, dass sie das Eis wirklich nicht reinigen. Das kleine Eis ist nicht groß und hat keine Auswirkungen auf die Empfehlung. Obwohl das Zimmer keine Wasserversorgung mit Füllbehältern hat, gibt es neben dem Elektrem einen Eismaschine und ein Filterwasser (Eis und Temperatur), und es ist auch gut aus ökologischer Sicht. Im zweiten Stock hat es im Essensbereich in den letzten Tagen im Grunde warmes Wasser für Kaffee geliefert, lobenswert

Liebe die Lage, aber die Zimmer sehen alt und müde aus. Die Gästezimmer müssen aktualisiert werden und Walk-in Duschen wäre eine klare Verbesserung über die alten Badezimmer ... vor allem, da das Badezimmer so klein ist. Das separate Wohnbereich ist schön, aber nicht zwingend für die meisten von uns. Frühstück ist wunderschön und kostenlos zu Tippen für eine anpassende Frühstücksaufstellung ist schön, aber nicht erwartet. Ich war schockiert, dass sie das letzte Mal, als ich dort war, begonnen haben, für den Parkplatz zu zahlen (dies ist ein Geschäft und Einkaufsbereich, nicht in der Stadt!) Das hinterließ einen schlechten Geschmack in meinem Mund ..... genug, dass ich nicht sicher, dass ich zurückkehre. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Kosten bei dem Vergleich der Preise zu ermitteln! Rufen Sie für die neueste Parkgebühr.

Ich habe 4 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Es soll relativ neu sein, aber die Einrichtung ist einfach schön, aber nichts Spektakuläres. Ich muss allerdings sagen, dass alles reibungslos geklappt hat, das gesamte Team war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und insgesamt war meine Erfahrung angenehm Ich vermisse nur das Je ne sais quoi.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, aber es ist zu schlafend. Mehrere Pubs in der Nähe des Hotels können bis zwei Uhr nicht schlafen. Obwohl das Hotel mit Ohrring und Hilfsstuhl ausgestattet ist, ist die Wirkung nicht groß. Das Frühstück ist wirklich allgemein, die Auswahl der Pakete ist nicht groß. Die Wanderung in der Nähe des Hotels ist ein Problem.
