Booo... diese ist am unteren Rand meiner Liste Nun, wenn Sie die Möglichkeit haben, in einem anderen Hotel zu bleiben, näher in der Stadt etwas teuer, wenn Sie es zulassen können, versuchen Sie nicht zu lange auf diesem eine ist ein altes Hotel zu bleiben. Es ist ein alter stinkende ****** muss ausgeglichen und neu aufgebaut werden, falsche Teil der Stadt, viele vorübergehende Menschen auf der Straße. Ich mag es nicht, aber es war billig. Es war sauber und alt und stumpf telefoniert. Desk war freundliche Wartung war nicht vorhanden. Ich ändere den Filter in meiner AC-Einheit, weil es naiv war. Ich blieb dort für zwei nacht. Das einzige, was bequem war, war, meinen Truck draußen zu verlassen, weil sie Sicherheit in einem gefächerten Bereich hatten. Sicherheitswege auf den Boden, die ganze Zeit nicht schön, nicht gut ich nicht mag.

As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

War es für eine Veranstaltung im Event Center Hotel war sehr schöne Restaurants waren groß & Spaß , brauchte Mini-Bars & USB-Anschlüsse in den Zimmern aber andere als das war sehr schön für xmas dekoriert

The place was kind of loud.  Also, the Trip.com app *clearly* stated that there would be no additional fees upon arrival. BS. There’s a $45 resort fee and you’re stuck paying it. I raised hell and got the $45 refunded by Trip.com
