Wir hatten Familienbesuch aus dem US-amerikanischen Hotel und das BM Acacia Hotel war eine weise Wahl. Die Einrichtungen sind ausreichend, die eine Schlafzimmereinheit war die richtige Größe, das koreanische Restaurant-Outlet serviert in der Nähe der authentischen Seul-Nahrung, und das Haus- und Hotelpersonal waren immer schnell, um auf jeden unserer Anfragen zu antworten, Selbst während der wee-hop-Stunden des Morgens. Monamar, der unser Bell-Hop kam und als wir zurückgelassen, war sehr freundlich und hilfreich mit unseren Zubehör. Deren Verkaufsabteilung, die uns die beste 1-month Rate gegeben und geliefert, kann auch mit sofortigen Ergebnissen geantwortet werden. Ich werde sicherlich meine Familie wieder hier bleiben lassen.

Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Sie haben unser Zimmer mit Meerblick zu einer Familienvilla mit Balkon und Meerblick aufgewertet. Das Personal, insbesondere Ivana an der Rezeption, Danilo, der das Gepäck in unser Auto verlud, und Lourds, der uns beim Frühstück behilflich war, waren alle sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und einladend. Das internationale Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und sättigend. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber, geräumig und mit allen erforderlichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Alles in allem war es ein ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt und ich empfehle auf jeden Fall, dieses Hotel zu besuchen, um sich etwas Gutes zu tun.

Ein bisschen verschlossen, weit von allem entfernt. Ein guter Ort, wenn Sie sich entspannen wollen. Wir reservierten das spanische Zimmer, so dass wir die Meeressicht hatten. Keine Aktivitäten im Ort, also wenn Sie nach Spaß und Unterhaltung suchen, ist das nicht der Ort für Sie. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind geplant, aber mehr Sorge ist, das Zimmer braucht eine ernsthafte Reinigung . Alles ist Staub und Fett, vor allem in der Küche, und der Kühlschrank ist voll von Eis! Der Tauch leckt auch, wenn Sie waschen. Das gleiche gilt für das Teppich und die Gürtel, die etwas Waschen benötigen. Die Zimmer sind nicht gesund. Sie können den kleinsten Lärm von den anderen Zimmern hören. Und während unseres Aufenthalts war einer der Bewohner vielleicht etwas zu reparieren und bis 11PM zerkleinert! Das einzige positive ist also für mich die schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Andererseits ist es nicht das Geld wert.

Großes Hotel Alles gefällt! Reinigen jeden Tag Bett ist sehr weich, groß, komfortabel In dem Zimmer gibt es alles, um sich dort zu bequem zu sein leben Klimaanlage, Safe, Teepot, Tasse, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, 2 Flaschen Wasser. Jeden Tag wird alles aktualisiert während der Reinigung! Auf dem Meer und zurück Minibus, aber leider nur zweimal am Tag, möchte ich oft und der Bus mehr sein, da die ganze Person nicht in einer Zeit. Das Personal ist nett, aber es wäre gut, wenn es auch russischsprachige Mitarbeiter auf der Resepschen) Ruhe gefallen, das Hotel ist gut! Vielen Dank 🙏

Wir waren auf einem Geschäftstreffen in Ras Al Khaimah, erhielten kostenlos spät und beschlossen, dort übernachten. Hatte eine letzte Minute Suche und fand dieses Hotel! Als wir kamen, war das große Zimmer, das wir online bezahlt hatten, noch beschäftigt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfreich, sie fanden uns ein anderes Zimmer und bot ein Frühstück als Ausgleich an. Wir haben nicht das Frühstück versucht, weil wir zu müde waren, aber ich schätze die Professionalität des Personals, das wusste, wie die Situation ohne Mühe zu lösen! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Möbel sind neu. Sie haben Teepots im Zimmer, das ist ein großer +. die Badezimmer sind groß und sauber. Es gibt auch ein Café und in der Nähe, wenn Sie irgendwann ein paar Biss oder frische Saft haben möchten. Ein großer Keller mit Carrefour befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir hatten keine Chance, mehr Nachbarschaft zu erkunden, da es eine schnelle Haltestelle war.

Das Resort ist unglaublich. Zweifellos ist es eines der besten Resorts in RAK. Wir verbrachten die neuen Jahre und unser Jubiläum im The Cove Rotana und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir wurden mit allen Sonderbehandlungen wirklich gut versorgt. Das Essen in Zimt ist fantastisch und das Personal im Resort ist so freundlich. Als wir in unserem Zimmer eincheckten, stellten wir fest, dass das uns zugewiesene Zimmer weder einen Balkon noch eine Badewanne hatte. Wir haben um ein Upgrade gebeten, da wir für Silvester einen hohen Betrag bezahlt hatten. Eine Mitarbeiterin namens Tara hat uns geholfen, das Upgrade sehr schnell durchzuführen. Der Haushälter war der süßeste. Er hat unser Bett schön dekoriert und auch eine Tafel mit den Jubiläumswünschen aufgestellt!! Außerdem gab es in der Breakers Beach Bar einen Mitarbeiter namens Min. Er ist ein toller Kerl. Ich hatte einen Mojito bestellt und ihn darüber informiert, dass er genauso gut aussehen muss wie für die sozialen Medien. Er stellte sicher, dass er mir das Beste gab, und empfahl mir auch, mich für Erdbeermojito zu entscheiden. Dann sagte er, es sei ihm nicht möglich, den Mojito im Glas zu geben, da wir nicht an der Bar saßen, sondern am Strand auf den Sonnenliegen ruhten. Als er sah, dass ich etwas verärgert war, ließ er uns das Glas zum Strand bringen. So ein toller Kerl!!! Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Erfahrung und können dieses Resort allen wärmstens empfehlen, die gerne eine tolle Zeit mit Familie und Freunden verbringen möchten.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist gross und hat vor allem auch für Kinder vieles zu bieten. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Buffet im Hauptrestaurant hat eine grosse Auswahl. Das Angebot wiederholt sich jedoch alle paar Tage. Das Servicepersonal war meist sehr freundlich und vor allem Mallesh hat einen hervorragenden Job im Hauptrestaurant gemacht und war immer sehr aufmerksam. Als einzige negative Erfahrung möchten wir an dieser Stelle das Foodwasting erwähnen, welches jedoch von den Touristen verursacht wird. Zahlreiche Gäste überladen ihre Teller mit dem Essen, nehmen zwei Bissen davon und schmeissen es weg...um den nächsten überladenen Teller am Buffet zusammenzustellen.

We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

Ich bin zum Wettkampf nach Ras Al Khaimah gekommen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Wettkampfortes, aber es ist zu heiß, sodass ich nur ein Taxi nehmen kann. Taxis kommen sehr langsam an, schließlich ist es nicht vergleichbar mit Dubai und Abu Dhabi, wo es weniger Menschen und weniger Autos gibt. Aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Hotels ist immer noch gut und das Frühstück ist köstlich, mit Kaffee, Saft und Kuchen. Auch der Pool ist wunderschön und der Service an der Rezeption ist auch sehr gut. Sehr zufrieden.

Stayed at Mughal for 3 months (march to may). Very friendly and helpful staff that will do everything to make your stay enjoyable, whether it is to offer to help carry stuff to your room if they see you are struggling, print documents for you at the reception, receive packages on your behalf if you are not ”home” and in general solve any issues you may have in zero time. The hotel is specially recommendable for families (they have 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with kitchen), but also good for long-stay guests like ourself that look for a peaceful place located close to the beach and not far from RAK city & malls. The pool is nicer in reality than in the pictures, and if you want to ”upgrade ”your stay to a 5* experience, then the hotel offers day tickets (for a very modest price!!) to the 5* Hilton resort on the other side of the street, which is one of the best hotels in the area, with a really wonderful pool and beach area. There is also a public beach a little farther down the road (300-400m) and some food trucks and the fish market and harbour is about 500m walking distance to the other direction. Also a thumbs-up to the Liwan restaurant & Czech pub which is in the same building. The Czech Pub and Liwan restaurant share the same kitchen & chefs (the Chef is from the Czech Republic so I specially recommend to try some of the Czech specialties).

A very enjoyable experience with Aman Ullah a lot of fun he is very friendly the way he approach the absolutely unbelievable.When see any gust he welcome everyone and thoroughly interesting activities to entertain the kids whilst the poolside was a relaxing atmosphere for me and my wife. Das Hotel ist voll mit Touristen … die Rezeption gibt mir zunächst ein Doppelbett, obwohl in meiner Buchung ein Kingsize-Bett mit Sofa steht. Als wir uns nach einer langen Fahrt bereits in unserem Zimmer entspannen, kommt jemand von der Wartungsabteilung und repariert das Muster oben am Kopfteil. Sie sollten das tun, bevor die Gäste einchecken. So eine Unannehmlichkeit! Als ich dies der Rezeption meldete, sagten sie, sie würden nachsehen, meldeten sich aber nie bei mir. Am nächsten Tag bat ich den Rettungsschwimmer um Hilfe beim Aufklappen des Sonnenschirms, aber er lehnte ab und sagte mir, ich solle andere Mitarbeiter um Hilfe bitten, obwohl der Sonnenschirm direkt hinter ihm ist! Wir haben in vielen Hotels übernachtet und dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich einen so schlechten Service erlebe! Die einzigen guten Dinge an diesem Hotel sind das Frühstück und die Zimmermädchen. Sie sind gut ausgebildet und netter als in anderen Abteilungen.

What an amazing experience! In this review I’m only talking about things we did. There is plenty more we couldn’t do as we only stayed 2 nights. First let’s cover the resort: The resort itself is very luxurious and massive. The villas are huge (we stayed in the Al Rimal Villa)! Having your own pool (very private, no one can see you) is so nice, especially if you have kids who are in there constantly. We were two adults with 2 kids, 12 and 2. There are several restaurants but only 1 is open for breakfast and lunch (can be increased in my opinion, especially the farmhouse should be added). Unfortunately several things are only happening on weekends so try to include the weekend to be able to experience all the offerings. To get around the resort, you can either use the bicycles or the buggy. As we stayed in June, we used the buggy mainly as it’s super hot throughout the day. However, we did cycle in the evenings and during the day a couple of times. There are wild animals all over the resort. They just come and go as they please. Everything feels very authentic and true to its surroundings. Nothing is staged. If you like to see Camels and Onyx close up on your way to lunch or in the evening when cycling back to your room, you will love this place! Let’s look at the Restaurants. Farmhouse - this is a great restaurant right at a waterhole which is beautiful in the evening and a place where a lot of animals gather. The food, drinks and staff were great. This was our favourite restaurant. However, only open for dinner. Shame! Kheela - this is the only restaurant for breakfast and lunch. It’s nice with an Arabic vibe. The food is good (not amazing). The one thing that makes this place very special is the staff. They are sooo friendly and helpful. They loved playing with our little toddler Max. They truly made the experience special for us. I’d like to call some of them out by Name: Wandy, Hemal, Sujala and Susmila. I only put those down as they written their name on my partner’s birthday card but all of them were amazing. In terms of activities: We did the nature drive and camel sunset ride. Both are amazing! During the nature drive you get a real feel for the desert, it’s animals and plants. If you are lucky, you get to hand feed the gazelles. The ride itself is very intense with lots of up and down and many many bumps, so not suitable for small children in our opinion. The Guide, Martin, was great! I can highly recommend him. We also did the rainforest experience which is very lovely. We recommend at least 2 hours. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every bit of it! It’s also super kid friendly so highly recommended for families. The staff make this place truly special and add to the the overall experience. We can’t thank all of the staff enough for taking such good care of us.
