Wundervoll Lage, sehr geräumige, saubere und komplette Villas. Das sehr freundliche Personal. Aber der klimatisierte Pool ist tot: es gab Schalenfrüchte!! Und darüber hinaus riechte es sehr selten und unbehaglich. Es ist schade, dass wir es nicht genießen konnten, aber das ist alles andere toll.

Absolut liebte mein Aufenthalt in Tivoli Algarve!! All inclusive Hotel mit viel Essen, Getränke und Snack-Optionen. Die Einrichtungen waren perfekt, wenn Sie den Fitness-, Spa- oder Sauna-Nutzen möchten. Wenn Sie nur beim Pool entspannen wollen, können Sie einen Drink aus der Bar und der Lounge entweder allein im Erwachsenenpool oder im allgemeinen Pool bekommen. Sie hatten Outdoor-Sportoptionen, Basketball, Paddelball oder Minigolf mit einer Bar/Snackbar in der Nähe.Die Unterkunft war ziemlich groß, aber ziemlich zugänglich. Sie mussten das Eigentum für nichts verlassen, es sei denn, Sie wollten zum Stadtzentrum, wozu sie einen kostenlosen Shuttle hatten. Insgesamt genossen ich meinen Aufenthalt in Tivoli Algarve und würde wieder zurückgehen!

The hotel was okay to stay in but way too overpriced especially because they’re not really a five star hotel in my opinion. Simple amenities such as shampoo, bathrobes, slippers and lotion are not provided for a five star hotel. I didn’t get help from the Porter to take my bags etc. I like that it’s all inclusive and it’s so convenient to eat at the hotel however the food could have been fresher. The pools were amazing and the hotel is very close to the beach which is good. Getting around is a headache unless you hire a car, it would take me forever to get an Uber. Not the hotels fault obviously but just something to note. The hotel is so huge that the shared lift would take forever and unfortunately can’t choose which one to take as the lift chooses the floor automatically . While it was a good stay I don’t know if I would stay here again because of my expectations of an all inclusive 5star hotel. Also make sure to go watch the sunset by the beach, absolutely breathtaking.

Once called the Alvor Luna Bay when bedrooms seemed larger!!! Renamed and reshaped. Swishly refurbed as new. Now the main problem is the lack of storage in what seem smaller bedrooms despite voluminous balconies. Simply, storage is inadequate for two guests for longer than a week, maximum. Let me describe............ a small [4feet tall?] open metal wardrobe rail with five fixed point clothes hangers. Four or five open shelves beside this rail., one occupied by the rooms safe. In all other respects its fine. The staff good and plentiful and helpful. The location the best in town!

Bom atendimento, instalações antigas, pois é um hotel de 1966 precisa muito de uma atualização. Os dois campos golf são ótimos e bem tratados. Acredito que o 5 estrelas se deve aos campos, de golf pois de resto posso considerar certamente um 4 estrelas.

Gostámos imenso das instalações e do serviço, especialmente dos funcionários do restaurante Green, apesar de estar muito cheio, nunca faltava nada no buffet e a qualidade da comida era muito boa. O staff estava sempre muito activo e pronto a ajudar. A piscina é excelente, pena que o tempo não ajudou muito, para poder usufruir. Recomendo.

Super Appartement mit allen Geräten in der Küche von Mikrowelle bis Pfanne! Alles Top, Pool war very nice! Personal äußerst freundlich. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Sehr viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Für Urlauber mit Auto eine klare Empfehlung als Hotel!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We only had one night here so didn't get to appreciate the surroundings and facilities. Amazing staff at reception on arrival and at breakfast (such a wonderful lady who helped us with all our orders) Lovely, clean, and fresh room. **The only issue I have is the shower, its fine with the blind down and lights off but if you wasnt with a partner, it could be quite embarrassing Will visit again
