What makes our apartment so unique is the spectacular view of the sea and coastline from the private terrace. Being on the terrace is as if you are in the sea and could pretty much jump in. Being on the terrace you'll not want to miss having your breakfast, dinners and aperitivi with the view you'll have of the sun rising and the spectacular sunsets. We are very centrally located, only a 2-minute walk away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops and can avoid the crowds of the center.This centrally-located apartment is composed of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with direct access to the terrace, and a private terrace overlooking the sea.This apartment, located on the private gated stairway of Casa Caldiero which only our guests have access too, is only accessible by foot and is a 2 minute walk to the center, beaches, restaurants and dock. We are located in a great spot to get to the 2 beaches and dock without having to walk through the center and avoiding all the crowds. While still being a 2 minute walk to the center. Which makes life a lot easier. There are two entrances to the Casa Caldiero property; one at the top about 250 steps away, and one near the sea at the bottom about 90 steps away. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an air conditioning unit and has direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed which can be separated into two singles, a window with a view of the sea, an air conditioning unit, and a private bathroom with a shower.The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed which can be separated into two singles and an air conditioning unit. Please note that this bedroom has a window but no view. The 2 main bathrooms have showers, while the small bathroom has a toilet and the washing machine.There are both indoor and outdoor dining options. Amenities such as a washing machine, sheets, towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron, a 43" smart TV, a nespresso machine for coffee, a regular Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave oven and WiFi are available in the apartment.SERVICES: At arrival, I'll meet you all at the road where the driver will drop you off or if arriving by ferry down at the dock to make getting to the apartment easier and will organize the porters for you if needed.I offer a nice local bottle of wine, a few beers, a bottle of water and taralli so that upon arrival you'll have something cold and refreshing.And also offer Coffee pods for the nespresso, jams and butter so for the first morning you'll have a little breakfast option. For stays 7 days or longer, there's a mid stay clean which includes a change of sheets, towels and a quick clean of the apartment. For stays of 5 days I'll have an extra set of bath towels for you. If you would like to have maid service daily please let me know ahead of time for the availability of the maid and can organize it. She charges 20 Euro an hour. Please once booked take a look at the guidebook for restaurants, taxi services and the private chef that I recommend to make everything easier for you.I always like to warn guests that the town is built up on a mountain. There are steps and steep hills to take to get around anywhere.As we are located so close to the beach and boardwalk, we are further down the mountain than the lowest paved road runs through the mostly pedestrian only town. There are steps downwards to take if you come by car in order to reach us approximately 200 steps. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage, there are always porters you could hire to bring your suitcases to your front door, which we recommend. They typically charge around 15 Euro per suitcase.Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm, check-out at 10am. For any check-ins later than 8pm., we ask that you confirm our availability before booking. There is also a 50 Euro fee to be paid in cash at check-in for arrivals after 8pm. Please note that this apartment is for max 6 guests. In front you will have only the sea and the enchanting bay of Positano where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.The house: covered by wi-fi network, air-conditioned and with parquet is composed of a living area, accessible from the terrace through a French door. It has been recently renovated with fine furniture respecting the colors of the place, it includes a sofa bed and a solid wood table with 4 chairs all in decapé style. The furnishings are completed by a splendid glass corner and a TV. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed with a mattress made of anti-allergy and breathable products. The same is served by a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bidet toilet and a shower. Wir lebten zwei Tage, die Balkone des Zimmers waren sehr schön und das Frühstück war super reichhaltig. Wir hatten eine große Box, die vom Taxistation neben dem Hafen bis zum Hotel ca. 30 Euro reicht. Dies ist nur hinter dem Gepäcktransportdienst, der Sie benötigen, um die Treppe selbst in mehr als 10 Minuten zum Hotel zu fahren (die Aufgabe, die Tasche mitzubringen, ist fast unvollständig). Wir riefen den Transportdienst an, wenn wir gehen. Die Rezeption kann eine Ankunftszeit reservieren, 10 Euro pro Box, und geben Sie das Geld, wenn Sie die Gepäckstücke an einem bestimmten Ort im Hafen abholen. Es ist sehr zeitnah. Wir kommen, um in der Nebensaison zu spielen. Es gibt nicht viele Hotels zur Auswahl. Beim Fahren und Navigieren können wir nur dann eine Wegbeschreibung finden, wenn wir sie nicht finden können. Vor der Tür befindet sich eine Einbahnstraße. Wir können das Auto nicht parken. Die Hotelzimmer sind in Ordnung, das Zimmer mit Meerblick hat eine kleine Terrasse, das Frühstück ist nicht viele, aber es ist gut. Es wird immer noch nicht empfohlen, in der Nebensaison in Positano zu leben. Nachts ist es zu deprimiert und es sind nur wenige Restaurants geöffnet. Auf der Straße ist niemand in der Meeresbrise. Zu Fuß zum vom Hotel empfohlenen Restaurant am Strand zu gehen, erfordert Selbstwertgefühl. Es sollte besser sein, in Almafi zu leben, und der umliegende Positano Ravello Suriento hat genug Zeit für den Tag zum Spielen

Die Meerblickzimmer mit Balkon sind spektakulär und extra besondere in der Nacht. Busshalte direkt draußen, die Sie alle Wege nach unten nach Stadtzentrum und dann 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand nehmen und Sie Bus zurück von dem gleichen Ort nehmen Sie alle für $1.60 Euro jede Straße ab. Ich empfehle es sehr und werde sicher zurückkehren!!

Das Zimmer war eindeutig anders Meine Zimmer war nur ein sehr enger Balkon, nur 2 Personen stehen, immer noch unkomfortable, aber mein Freund, das Zimmer ist angrenzend, der Balkon ist geräumig mit 2 Sets von Sofasitze zu sitzen und entspannen. Als ich das Hotelpersonal informierte, antwortete er mir, weil Sie in einem Zimmer neben einem Freund bleiben lassen, so wählen Sie dieses Zimmer. Das ist ein Zimmer auf der unteren Ebene, das ich bezahlt Nicht nur das, das Personal bot mir auch, um auf ein besseres Zimmer zu upgraden und ich musste eine zusätzliche 1000Euro pro Nacht zahlen. Es tut mir sehr leid, dieses Hotel zu wählen. Nicht wert das Geld, das ich bezahlt. Selbst wenn Sie Gepäck zum Hotel bringen, müssen Sie extra zahlen, nicht für diesen Service. Meine Freunde und ich gingen hoch und weit vom Boden. Es gab keinen Eindruck von dem Zimmer überhaupt. 포지타노에서 엄마에게 좋은 추억을 만들어 드리고 싶었으나 5월이면 포지타노 숙소 가격대가 높아져서 ㅜㅜ쉽사리 선택을 고민하다가 가격대비 컨디션도 좋아보이고 깔끔한 숙소로 선택했는데 대만족입니다. 가정집의 일부를 민박집으로 개조해서 럭셔리한 느낌은 없지만 코지한 가정집 느낌을 좋아하시는 분들께 추천드리고 싶네요. 또한 조식 10유로인데 주인분께서 재배한 신선한 과일과 카푸치노를 경험할 수 있습니다. 요거트와 사과가 맛있더라구요. 다만 숙소가 저렴한만큼 초행길 이동에 어려움이 있었는데요, 구글맵에는 포지타노 순환버스 교통정보가 실시간으로 표시가 안되어 있고 걸어가라는걸로 표시되어 있는데 걸어가는건 너무 힘드니 꼭 순환버스 타고 가세요. 그럼 숙소앞에 세워줍니다. 포지타노 페리 선착장 근처에 타바키와 파란색 옷을 입은 포터 서비스 안내원이 있습니다. 포지타노 선착장에 도착하자마자 포터서비스로 짐 먼저 붙여 놓고, 근처 타바키에서 순환버스 티켓을 1.3유로에 구매하고 숙소 이름을 말하면 순환버스 운전기사가 어디서 내리라고 신호를 보내줄거애요.(다들 마을 사람들이라서 숙소 이름만대도 다 아시더라구요) 숙소 주인분인 maria의 친절함 덕분에 너무 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 이탈리아에서 좋은 추억 만들어주셔서 감사합니다:)

Our stay at Hotel Vittoria was a lovely experience. The room was spacious, clean, and designed in a beautiful Greek-inspired style. Despite not having air conditioning, the room remained comfortably cool thanks to its location near the sea. One of the highlights was the balcony with a stunning view—my partner and I enjoyed a peaceful evening watching the sunset from there. A big concern for us in Positano was managing our two bulky luggages, but the staff, especially Christina and Roberta, were incredibly helpful and responsive. They kindly arranged for porters to assist with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which made a huge difference. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed their homemade drinks like the chocolate and americano. While the room didn’t have a kettle, the staff gladly provided us with hot water at night whenever needed. Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay with excellent service!

Ein schönes Boutique-Hotel mit einem großen Gastgeber, das sowohl vor als auch während unseres kurzen Aufenthalts sehr hilfreich war. Große Tipps und Ratschläge sind wir gemeinsam über die Art und Weise, in das Zentrum zu kommen und wieder zurück zu kommen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern mit einem Aufzug, um Ihrem Boden zu erleichtern (wirklich hilfreich nach einem Aufstieg aus der Stadt). Die Einrichtungen im Zimmer waren großartig und ich liebe die Tatsache, dass es eine historische Fresco auf den Wänden gab, schön erhalten. Das Frühstück am Balkon war erstaunlich. Wunderbare Aussichten, perfekte Schatten und eine leckere und frische Auswahl an Lebensmitteln zu genießen, ergänzt durch einen großen Kaffee. Würde nicht zögern, zu empfehlen.

John is the best. He helped us with our luggage and waited with us for the bus. He was very considerate.Our room is upstairs with a restaurant. On Friday nights, the sound of chairs being dragged upstairs continued until 12 o'clock, causing us to be unable to fall asleep. Overall, the hotel is doing well.

Wonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm. The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful. Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries. Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

意大利之行最好的酒店，37+的價格儘管是這一路最貴，但對比其他波西塔諾動輒上萬，這家絕對性價比極高。 一定要定海景房，海景房位置絕佳，推開窗户心曠神怡。 衞生很乾凈，設施也完全，新酒店，電梯都是觸摸屏的。 工作人員很熱情，早餐是提前一天自選，送到房間的。在陽台看着海景，吃着早餐，絕對是享受。 建議預訂BRUNO餐廳看日落，這個餐廳酒店沿路晃蕩過去1公里，關鍵位置和酒店行成面對面，兩個地方可以把所有波西塔諾的景色拍全。 小提示，帶行李的話，別不捨得10歐一個箱子的，酒店會提前提示碼頭有POTER（類似搬運工，把行李送到酒店），提着行李上山，大概率廢掉。酒店在半山腰，不要看離碼頭的直線距離！！！

Es ist dunkel, als wir in Bosmino ankommen. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, wie viele Umdrehungen wir gemacht haben, als wir in diesem Laden ankommen. Die Navigation führt uns zur Spitze des Hotels. Eigentlich kann das Auto hier nicht hinfahren, da es eine Einbahnstraße gibt, die eine Einbahnstraße ist. Unter der Anleitung einiger netter Leute fand ich nach meiner Rückkehr einen anderen Weg. Als ich im Hotel ankam, ging ich zuerst zum Parkplatz. Dann war niemand an der Seite. Ich habe die Bar nicht gefunden. Eigentlich muss ich mit dem Aufzug in die ”0”-Etage fahren. Als ich die ”0”-Etage erreichte, war ich sofort von der Landschaft hier beeindruckt. Ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass es so schön ist. Das Rauschen der Wellen und der Brise am Strand sowie das Abendessen bei Kerzenschein passen wirklich zu dem romantischen Eindruck, den Bosmino den Menschen vermittelt. , Ich bin dem Kellner auch sehr dankbar für das Upgrade des Zimmers. Die Aussicht auf das Zimmer der Villa ist großartig. Leider blieb ich zwei Tage und es war sonnig und regnerisch. Ich hatte keine gute Tour, aber ich habe sie auf dieser Reise nach Bosmino diesem Laden geschenkt. Wir haben tolle Erinnerungen! Würde Freunde empfehlen!

Die Lage des Hostels ist wirklich die beste !! 👍🏻👍🏻 Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt vor dem Strand, vor dem Hostel befindet sich eine Musikbar, so dass Sie kostenlos guten Musik zu hören. Ich frage mich, ob es eine bessere Lage in Positano gibt. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sind alle verfügbar. Es kann ein wenig schwierig sein, den Eingang zur Unterkunft beim Einchecken zu finden, aber das große gelbe Gebäude ist die Unterkunft, und es gibt einen Eingang zwischen dem Restaurant und der Unterkunft auf der linken Seite. Wenn Sie die Eisentür eintreten, ist der Ort, an dem Sie auskommen, das Hostel! Der Gastgeber ist eine alte Dame namens Rossa, die nicht sehr gut Englisch spricht, aber sie versucht, so freundlich und einfach wie möglich zu erklären. Ich wollte den Porterservice am Tag der Abreise nutzen, so habe ich alle Reservierungen gemacht. Ich war besorgt, weil es viele schlechte Bewertungen gab, aber es war wirklich gut. Es war so schön und schön. Wir haben unser Zimmer aktualisiert. Jeder macht eine Buchung :) Ich möchte die freundliche rosa sehen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich die beste!! 👍🏻👍🏻 Es befindet sich direkt vor dem Strand, und es gibt eine Musikbar direkt vor der Unterkunft, so können Sie guten Musik kostenlos zu hören. Die Lage war zentral, großartig und das Personal freundlich und insgesamt war das Hotel sehr gut gepflegt. Es gab eine Terrasse und ich habe es geliebt. Im Bett zu liegen und zum Fenster zu schauen, fühlte sich einfach glücklich an. Ein Makel war, dass das Zimmer ein wenig nach Schimmel roch und alles andere gut war.

Das Personal hat mit unseren Gepäck auf und nach den Treppen geholfen, das ist ein Gott-send. Sicher schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Auch das Frühstück war großartig. Neben der schönen Lage zwischen dem Treppenhaus und dem Treppenhaus, wir lieben diese Villa! Der Spaziergang war jedoch eine gute Übung!
