There is a beautiful arroyo and mountain trails to walk or you can walk to the beach. Enjoy delicious restaurants in front of the beach ( Pescadito Break) or in Palmilla area (Señora Cocina, Cream Cafe, California ranch market) Supermarket around the area: Fresco, La comer and Selecto. they also offer pharmacy.CAR RENTAL IS NEEDED OR STRONGLY SUGGESTED. Recently renovated condo at Las Olas, the premier destination for surfers and beach lovers in the San Jose del Cabo area. Quiet residence located in the A building, facing the Rock. Watch incredible sunrises from your balcony, and the three surf breaks (Zippers, the Rock, Old Mans). As the last property on the beach, enjoy a bit of seclusion and peace as you relax by the beach, in the pool, or on the deck. If you love surfing, this is the best. You can watch over all three breaks, and paddle out anytime with the closest access to the Rock. We have a surf locker to hold your boards and included are a couple of 8ft soft tops you can use. There is a large surf shop right across the street, and there is a surf school/rental shop about 50m away on the beach.You'll never need to leave with all the amenities onsite and restaurants nearby. You can walk 100 yards down to zippers cafe and Pescadito Break...and at low/mid tide walk around the corner to the Seven Seas restaurant. There's also a small grocery store with the basics about 100 yards from the gate. Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El personal muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones limpias y en buen estado, la habitación muy limpia y ordenada con vista al mar! El desayuno muy variado y fresco, nos gustó mucho!

A decent resort has been turned into the most predatory tourist trap. No menu prices online so we were shocked to arrive and see food and drinks charged at exorbitant rates, more than double what we are used to paying back home in the states. Gym was nice but had rotten fruit in the snack basket. No coffee machine in the room (seriously?) and a basic latte in the basement Starbucks is $10 USD. Wow. The staff were helpful and friendly. A nice resort, but not at all worth the insane prices paid.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber, ohne Geschmack. Es gibt auch Küche und Warmwasserpool. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr gut! Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind auch sehr freundlich! Dieses Hotel ist das günstigste Hotel für diesen Preis, und es wird sehr empfohlen, dieses Hotel zu wählen! Neben der guten Umgebung, um umgeben zu essen, ist es sehr bequem zu kaufen. Eine kleine Überraschung ist auch möglich, Kleidung zu sehr niedrigen Preisen zu reinigen!

Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été positive. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le petit déjeuner, bien qu'il ne propose pas une grande variété, était simple mais savoureux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Le service à la clientèle était excellent, l'équipe était attentive, sympathique et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes besoins, ce qui a vraiment ajouté à la qualité de mon séjour. En plus, la vue depuis le toit était tout simplement magnifique, un endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter du paysage. L'ascenseur est également un atout, surtout après une longue journée de marche. C'est vraiment pratique de pouvoir accéder à sa chambre facilement quand on est fatigué. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également parfait, il est situé près de tout, ce qui permet de découvrir rapidement les attractions locales sans avoir à trop se déplacer. Cependant, il y a quelques inconvénients à mentionner. Les prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas toujours correctement, ce qui a été un peu frustrant, et l'insonorisation dans les chambres laisse à désirer. J'ai pu entendre facilement les bruits provenant des chambres voisines, ce qui a légèrement affecté mon confort. Dans l'ensemble, si vous cherchez un endroit bien situé et avec un service impeccable à Los Cabos, l'hôtel Colmena Marina est une bonne option !

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit besonders hilfreich und super freundlich, so dass es für gute Einrichtungen geschaffen wurde (das Pool war etwas kalt in der Nacht und schwerer für ein schnelles Schwimmen zu gehen, aber wir konnten es nicht. Wir liebten die Betten, sie waren unglaublich komfortabel und das Zimmer, das wir bekam, war ruhig, so dass wir uns ruhig schlafen konnten. Das Frühstück war ok, aber ich hätte gern einige Kräuter geliebt, die sie anscheinend irgendwann hatten, aber nie wieder rausgebracht. Der Kaffee war jedoch ziemlich fest, so dass es ein Plus war. Schließlich war die Lage goldener Spazierstrecke zu allen Bars, Restaurants und Orten, um Touren zu buchen. Insgesamt erfüllte es seinen Zweck für unseren zwei-Nacht- Aufenthalt :).
