Ich hatte einen sehr unerfreulichen Vorfall mit dem Kundendienstleiter Mr. Ilgiz. Ich habe um 10 Uhr morgens einen Anruf erhalten und wurde gesagt, sofort aus dem Zimmer zu verlassen. Die Erklärung war sehr unhörbar, etwas wie das zu sagen: Wir müssen Ihre Suite reinigen, da wir Ihren Zimmer an einige Besucher bei 12.00 zeigen müssen. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass der Kerl Schwierigkeiten hatte, Russisch oder Englisch zu sprechen, als er die Details nicht erläuterte und mich gebeten hatte, sofort aus dem Zimmer zu gehen. In der Gegenleistung wurde mir die ”sofortige Verschiebung zur De-Lux Suite” angeboten, die absolut keinen Sinn machte, da ich in ein paar Stunden auschecken wollte. Ein schreckliches Service-Beispiel für die Marke Crowne Plaza. Ich bin Mitglied des IHG Platinum und habe in vielen Crowne Plazas weltweit verblieben, so dass es das erste Beispiel ist, wie eine gute Lage und Reinigung des Hotels leicht durch eine falsche Person auf dem Sache zerstört werden kann.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Чисто, аккуратно, удобная кровать, завтраки - шведский стол, вроде бы все есть, голодным не будешь, но от Hampton я ожидала лучшего. В других 3* отелях я встречала завтраки и получше, и побогаче. В номере все есть, но кроме - холодильника. Тоже считаю это большим минусом.

Все было хорошо кроме завтрака. Оставалось еще 45мин до его окончания, а что то уже закончилось и не пополнялось (рисовая каша например), а вафли минут 20 ждали- пока ждали, уже наелись. Фруктов мало, овощей тоже. Ассортимент в общем то маловат. Для такой цены странно. Все остальное очень понравилось Особенно местоположение
